What an awesome little spot. Picked up a CC Style PSL which is their play on a natural pumpkin spice latte (with almond milk and pumpkin puree) and it is amazing!! They were careful and courteous, given all that's going on- you walk up, order outside and they bring everything out to you. They also had a super cool outdoor area to sit and hang out.. they had live music, as well (potentially a weekend thing). Prices were more than reasonable for quality coffee, espresso, etc. I loved their seasonal offerings- plenty of options for all types of coffee shop goers. I HAVE to upgrade my review to 5 stars, Coffee Corral is just THAT good! Since I've been spending quite a bit of time in Red Bank lately, I was on the hunt for a coffee shop that is locally owned, roasts their beans on the premises, has excellent single origin pour over coffee, and friendly faces behind the counter. The coffee coral is ALL of this! I have to say that the HOUSE coffee, which is there C&C blend is the perfect dark roast. It's a blend of their 3 darks, (Bali, Sumatra, and Brazilian) and it's smooth, bold, and well, PERFECT. The Bali dark roast is a close second, which is another dark roast, and a must try... as well as all of their blends, from medium to light depending on your taste and country of origin. I originally knocked down this place a star because there is no seating (except one large table inside and benches outside) and the parking is only 2 hour street parking. However, the coffee here is just excellent that none of these things matter. Grab a cup to go on your way to work, the library, road trip, etc. Or, they will grind beans for you or you can purchase the whole beans yourself and grind them at home. Prices are well worth it. Plus, you can always find a close spot and just run in to get your coffee. No big deal! If your hungry, grab a muffin (many gluten free options as well) and these muffins are HUGE. The milk bar is super cute, where they offer soy, almond, whole milk, heavy cream, skim, etc. All baristas and employees are laid back, friendly, and happy. My first visit to this coffee shop was after a REALY bad day and I just found myself smiling when I left. This place is simply adorable and magical. The number of organic choices is available at every roasting level (light, medium, dark) and when they do get Kona coffee - it is ALWAYS worth the extra splurge! A true community coffee shop with lots of events that serve the local community (I.e. local vendor pop up shops, animal shelter adoption events, live music.) Great place to meet up with a friend on a nice day, and bring your dog! You can always text in your order and they will bring it out to you. Would not recommend going for the egg sandwich if you are looking for your typical bagel type HEC, or BEC, not the place for your egg sandwich. They have already made English muffin w scrambled egg, wrapped in foil in a warmer. It's not bad in a grab and go pinch. I feel like I can give 2 stars because the barista was very friendly however... I need to give my honest opinion/review. The barista did not tamp the espresso with nearly enough pressure, threw the steam wand into the steam cup with a thermometer and left it unattended to top other drinks. Never cleaned the steam wand between steaming milks. The espresso was stale and tasted like the machine hadn't had a proper cleaning in quite some time. The menu items are amazing in theory but fall apart in practice. I bought several lattes for several people and not one person could pallet the drinks ordered. I say all this as a long term and experienced barista. read more

The place is adorable. The food choices are usually pretty on point. They even offer smoothies and gluten free muffins. BUT- the coffee, which is what their supposed to best at, is subpar and way over priced. I've given them many chances, and I'm always disappointed. Their chai latte always tastes like spiced milk, no espresso at all. Their pour over, is bitter. All of their coffee is generally bitter which is very disappointing seeing as they charge almost $5.00 for a cup of coffee. The owner does a lot for the community and I admire that, and will continue to go there for a cup of tea or a quick bite because I believe in small business and appreciate the work with the community. read more

Ordered an avocado toast, it came with fresh hot thick bacon and spinach, it was great. Also purchased a 16oz ice coffee with caramel, I added cream at the side station. They greet everyone with a good morning and a smile. Super friendly and polite. Definitely a good quite spot to go to that's not in "downtown" . read more

Have driven past this spot many times but never stopped in. My husband and I decided to stop in this weekend and I am glad we did. I love that they offer organic and dairy free options. This is probably one of the only coffee shops where Manuka honey was added to drinks as a sweetener and I absolutely loved that. I had the French toast latte and hubs got their original cold brew and said it was the best he's had. Pricing is right on par with Starbucks (was actually a little cheaper) and ingredients are quality. They also offer teas and smoothies. Will definitely be returning. read more

Driving up to this place it is adorable! There is limited seating inside, but a few tables outside. If you are in a rush, I wouldn't recommend coming here. They do have a good selection of milks but maybe should consider adding soy to the list. The coffee was standard and looked like they had a good selection of pastries. read more

This hidden gem of a coffee stop is AMAZING!! My wife and I found it driving while heading to Broad st Red Bank. The aroma was so incredible we literally turned the car around to follow our noses. Lol. Glad we did!! Their selection of coffee Is impressive. This place makes , and makes well, a Traditional macchiato. Not the kind you find at other coffee shops.
