This place has potential considering its location and the fact that there aren't any similar places on the strip, but unfortunately it's a disappointment for the most part. Anytime I've ventured in, the staff seems pretty oblivious as to the menu items and what's in them (confusing considering I believe they make them in house??), and the selection is lacking healthy options. This morning I opted for a simple fruit cup but the fruit has a very funky taste, as though the fruit was prepared on a dirty cutting board. I give up. read more

Nice people. Moderately priced. Lox bagel is ok but they could do a better presentation. I will come back again. They are clean with the exception of the return vents on the HVAC system. I like it for its airiness and entrepreneur type of vibe. They should get a better name other than what they got. read more

I really like to study here over Starbucks or the coffee shops downtown. It's very laid back, quick service, the staff is always very nice, and it's not too busy. It's the perfect atmosphere for successful studying. Highly recommend. read more

Nice spot. Came here with my husband for a late breakfast. Customer service was good, some are more friendly then others. I had the Lox bagel and my husband had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Both were good. My husband liked his bagel so much he went back for another. The coffee is great. It's just a nice spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. read more

Friendly service. No to busy so I was served quickly. Broccoli cheddar quiche was very good, and the iced caramel macchiato was so good. I'm not a coffee drinker, I'm a Starbucks coffee drinker, but they took my normal there and it was better than any I've had. This place is my new normal. read more

This was my first time going there so maybe I need to try more on their menu but as far as their bagels go I'm not impressed. I ordered a lox bagel to go and was handed a to go box with all the individual items that I requested. I'm not sure if this is a usual thing but I'm use to having my bagel put together for me. How am I supposed to put it together in the car on the way to work? Plus, when I went to put it together I discovered that the bagel wasn't even toasted. The coffee was good though and I'll probably go back to try some other things but if you're looking for a good bagel you'd be better off just driving the extra few miles to Mid town deli. read more

This place is great! I hate to be cliche but you get what you pay for, and while the sandwiches are a little more expensive, they are phenomenal. The staff is always very helpful and kind. I enjoy the Cuban sandwich the best. The atmosphere is a perfect mix between, well, a coffee shop and deli! Come and stay in the comfy seating, eat at a table, or grab n go! Staff here is great and the playlist is good but not too loud. Sandwiches are good but pricey and sold separately from any sides. There is a nice mix of comfortable seats and tables. Big Plus: They have whole grain mustard! If the sandwiches were more reasonably priced, I'd be a more frequent visitor. read more

Maybe we were just there on a bad day, or maybe we're too unsophisticated... but we got lattes that were so bad, we couldn't drink them. Yes, we're a couple of cretinous Floridians who get our Lattes from D'n'D or make them at home with a consumer-grade espresso maker (gasp!); however, the ones we got from Coffee Deli had a strange, earthy, almost rancid taste that made them unbearable. It's too bad, because all the components seemed ok, fresh milk, freshly ground beans... but we think the flavoring (vanilla) might have been some kind of local-non-gmo-organically-grown-artisanal-recycled-vegan concoction that ruined the whole thing. To be fair, maybe it was a fluke... but, we'll pass. read more

I purchased a sandwich one afternoon and when I reached home I found that it was not correct. I contacted the shop and was promised by the young man that had waited on me that upon my next visit Coffee Deli would give me a complimentary sandwich. He informed me that my name would just be at the shop and all I needed to do was let them know when I returned. Today I stopped in planning to order a few items and then inquired about my replacement sandwich. After stating it had been a couple of months , Vera responded in an uppity way as to humiliate me saying we don't even have your name . She let me know in her condescending tone that too much time had passed for them to honor that promise. I decided at that point I would not purchase anything based on the unprofessionalism and rudeness of I believe the "manager"Vera. In conclusion, I would say that the food in pretty decent but when a business has no interest in honoring a verbal commitment and makes you feel bad for asking then I don't support them anymore. read more

I was in the neighborhood and needed some coffee to go. Walked in and stood 4ft from a staff chatting with a frieind/customer. After several minutes of catching up with the life of the customer, she began to take his order. 3ft to her left was another staff working on an odder. Neither made eye contact with me. Neither said "we'll be with you in a moment" or anything, because they never acknowledged my presence. Suddenly it hit me. Then I realized that I had been there about a year ago and had the same experience, a closed culture, not interested in customer service. After four or five minutes I turned around and walked out. I think this is a cute, friendly place and I like it but I just can't waste any more money here. I ordered extra egg salad on my croissant sandwich, because they always put jut a very small amount. But, again, I received a small croissant with a thin layer of egg salad. I ordered the tuna melt once also, and there was a skimpy amount of tuna. You can go to other places and get a decent sized full sandwich for the same amount of money. read more
