I was in town briefly on a Monday and Coffee Etc was one of the only places open so I went there. It's a cozy and friendly little spot. I like that the owner must love Jesus. They post a daily scripture and that day I felt it was for me! Great place to sit and reset or get ready to face the world.

There is a special kind of peace in this place. Even though I like trying different coffee shops, this one always makes me feel good. I especially love the corner with the electric fireplace sitting there gives me real comfort and joy. The staff are truly kind people, and I feel like I'm visiting a family home when I come here. The atmosphere is clean, calm, and very cozy. I hope they continue just like this. Definitely one of my favorite spots.

Cute coffee shop with quality coffee/cold brews & sandwiches with a Christian flare! Got a seat quickly, despite it being busy. Food took a bit but was worth the wait!

This is a cute little coffee shop and has that small town vibes. It had games, a puzzle while you wait for your order and really yummy drinks. I got the turkey bacon sandwich and it was honestly, one of the best ones I've had. The chai was really good.

THIS PLACE GETS PACKED. They have limited seating inside/out so I suggest coming asap. They have such a variety of drinks and flavoring. They even have BYOBreakfast Sandwich. I got the avocado toast and bacon/egg/cheese bagel and it was soooooo delicious! I highly recommend coming and building your own sandwich with their iced matcha lavender almond milk. All food items come with a delicious biscoff cookie!

Was excited to finally try this coffee shop on a rainy Saturday just before noon. I was surprised to see that despite the weather, people were seated outside at tables under the overhang and the line to order was to the door. The line moved very quickly and gave me about 2-3 minutes to figure out what I wanted. The staff were all very friendly and polite. I ordered an iced latte and the last bear claw from the case to go. While my latte was being made, I used the ladies room that was a clean single stall with plenty of soap and paper towels available. By the time I washed my hands and came back out, my drink was waiting for me. The shortbread latte was sweet and creamy. I would 100% order it again. I think it came to somewhere around $5.50 with the flavor added and the bear claw was $3.50. I paid a little over $12 after tip was added. I was a little disappointed with the bear claw, unfortunately. It looked delicious and flaky, but was definitely on the dry side with not too much flavor. The icing cracked and fell off when I took a bite and the pastry itself just lacked any moisture at all and only had a hint of almond flavor to it. Next time, I'd grab a Nancy B's cookie instead.

Ham and cheese egg sandwich with raspberry chipotle sauce

My husband and I stopped in here on a Saturday morning at the recommendation of a friend. We love checking out local coffee shops and couldn't believe we had never been to this place. It was absolutely adorable inside with lots of menu options for drinks and sandwiches. We both decided to do the build your own breakfast sandwich. My husband had ham, egg, cheddar, and spinach on a plain bagel with raspberry chipotle sauce. I had bacon, eggs, cheddar, and tomato on ciabatta with a spicy aioli. They both came out piping hot and were a 10 out of 10. Maybe one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! I had a cappuccino and my husband had a double espresso, the coffee was spot on too. The whole time we were there, it was a steady stream of people in and out. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. We cannot believe we didn't know about this place and cannot wait to go back!

One of my absolute favorite places for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They always have a rotating selection of coffees and something for everyone. Their breakfast sandwiches always taste very fresh and have good ingredients. The service is always very friendly. I did experience that the breakfast sandwiches could tend to take a while to be made, but the last two times lI visited it was a much quicker process. I say this to visit when you are not in a rush.

Coffee Etc. is the cutest coffee shop! The menu is also very impressive - TONS of flavors, non dairy milk, and other options to choose from as well as a delicious variety of sandwiches. I opted for sausage, Gouda, and egg on ciabatta. The food was homemade and made to order, not just a frozen breakfast sandwich. For my drink, I had a toasted marshmallow latte with coconut milk. Friendly staff and steady with customers, this is a local favorite that is highly recommended.

I've driven up and down Potomac Ave for years and never noticed Fredo's which is right next door to…read morethe Dormont Theater. I had to stop into Fredo's after seeing photos from my daughter who had just spent two weeks in Bosnia. The interior of Fredo's is like stepping into a small shop you'd find in Bosnia. The yellow walls are welcoming, and cozy. There's a small variety of snacks, and beverages on one side of the shop, and a large counter where you'd place your order. There are a few tables for dining in, but I chose to take my order home. I ordered a small Cevapi and Sirnica, plus picked up some Croatian chocolate for dessert. The Cevapi were delicious skinless beef and veal sausages, that were nicely savory and well browned. A cup of chopped onions, and what I think was a yogurt sauce came with my Cevapi which added more flavor and an overall goodness to the Cevapi. A bread similar to a pita made eating Cevapi easy, and filling. The Sirnica was equally delicious. A wonderful mix of flaky, chewy phyllo pastry, and cheese baked inside the pastry. It definitely hit the spot with a nice balance of a light pastry and mild cheese. I ate the leftover half cold, and it was just as good! The lady at the counter was friendly, and patient with me. The menu is truly a deli menu full of sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. If you're wanting to go for the House Specials, you won't be disappointed!

They have a couple of tables inside for dining and we chose the one closest to the coffee bar. The one employee there took our order and made our food right next to us at the counter/kitchen set up located behind the register. We did see several takeout orders get picked up while we were there. My mom had the gyro salad and I ordered an Italian with no onions or dressing. My mom was disappointed that the "greens" were actually chopped romaine and/or iceberg. The gyro meat was flavorful and had a nice crisp to the outside and the homemade dressing was delicious. The Italian was also decent. I'm picky when it comes to hoagie rolls and this baguette was soft and fresh. I typically prefer more of a crisp exterior, but this was fine. The meat and toppings were fresh and the sandwich was served with a small bag of Lay's on the side. Overall, we had a nice experience dining in the small deli, but with so many options in the Pittsburgh area, I can't say we were wowed enough to be repeat customers.
