Raspberry olive oil cake, Earl Grey tea latte
    Nikki G.

Chill vibe with lots of space to work. The baristas were helpful in deciding what to order; great variety of pastries and coffee/tea drinks to choose from. The raspberry olive oil cake and earl grey tea latte was perfection!

We ordered tea at a good price of $2.50 for a small pitcher of hot tea. The Ikea pitchers must be poured slowly. The decaf lattes are nice and foamy, mid-tier compared to other coffee shops. The coffee is mid-tier, the ambiance is lovely with cute decor, employees were accommodating. What brought us here is that they are open until 9pm. However, they don't have wifi. That is UNHEARD of in a coffee shop. I used my hotspot, but it's pretty odd for a coffee shop not to have wifi.

Cute little spot in an O-Town type area. This came recommended from a friend who used to live here. Huge coffee shop with a super crowd but a very large space both indoors and enough of a few seats Outdoors. The menu is extensive and I didn't know what to get. If you aren't a regular, definitely recommend looking at the menu in advance. They also sell coffee beans and thermoses here - Irish coffee - 4/5 - pretty good but nothing too special

The COFFEE GARDEN is a welcoming stop day or night.

A legacy of fabulous coffee, pastries and baked goods, wonderful baristas and wait staff. The perfect meeting place 7 days a week and during warm weather the patio along 9th south is filled by hundreds of regulars and visitors from all over the world. At times the service line can be long but no worries, the coffee gardem team rocks. And the rotating art displays create an even more enjoyable. Try 6 stars !!!!

I love this location as a sucker for 9th & 9th. It's got great people watching, cute neighboring boutiques and shops, and local restaurants that make it one of SLC's most beloved neighborhoods. If it weren't for its location, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to get their coffee. It's good enough and they have tons of flavors like blackberry and coconut, which inspired me to go outside the box and order a blackberry coconut latte. I love the atmosphere and the baristas are super friendly. It's a cute place to chat or work, although apparently they don't have WiFi which is a bummer.

    Iced chai
    Jeff C.

My word the iced chais here are a godsend on a warm day! What was particularly helpful (and delicious) was the barista assistance in selecting a true one-off experience flavorwise. I encourage you to try something new--just ask these mad flavor scientists for a unique creation and they'll find one to your tastes. We tried the Tajin-watermelon lemonade, iced chai with garam masala + cardamom brown sugar, and cold brew. Shout out to Emmett, Joanna, and Camallo -- you're the reason we'll be back after this, our first visit.

This gem offers more than coffee pastries, cookies, teas, coffee beans. Love the ambiance, great service

This is one of my favorite place to get a little work done and people watch. It's normally busy cause of their large menu of coffee, snakes, sandwiches and lite bites fair. Service, cleanliness and ambiance is lively.. Love the house made quiche here too. They have company brand coffee with is what they usually get. Overall great neighborhood hangout... good luck finding seating inside.

    Vanilla latte with whole milk

This place is typically on the busy side which tells me it's a solid spot. They have a great selection of foods and coffees to choose from. Seating is nice to study except there's no wifi available but a hot spot works just fine. Music choice is a hit every time. The baristas always add latte art into my drinks.

The Coffee Garden is a way to get away, to be with members of my tribe. BTW, the coffee is great.

Great place to study or do work over a pastry and coffee. I had a cafe au lait and a bomb strawberry tart.

This place has quickly become a staple every time I am in SLC and with a seasonal rotating menu, plus all the normal coffee shop classics, there's something for everyone. Matcha is great, chai is solid, coffee is great and they even have a decent selection of other teas. Don't even get me started on the assortment of breakfast foods and pastries (wonderful)! Their sourdough toast is a must and boasts an array of fresh toppings to choose from that anyone can find something they'll like. Price is average. Service is quick and friendly. Presentation is nice-enough (nothing to gawk at). There are minimal outlets but lots of seating indoor and outdoor, but there is seemingly always a line so that must mean the locals love it too. I'd come early! Oh! They also have a board full of community events and a local artist sticker machine which makes me excited every time I'm in town. For this visit, I got an iced oat banana matcha and a sourdough slice w ricotta and seasonal berries. The matcha was buttery and smooth, well mixed, and lightly sweet. You can definitely taste the banana but it is minimal, which I like. The toast came warm and soft and crispy in all the right places. Blackberries and blueberries were juicy and complimented the cheese/bread nicely. The honey added the softest sweetness, tying it all together.

I spoke to the gentleman who took my order and he raved about the cake, stated it was a shame they only made it once a year, etc. - all this to say, I certainly ordered and paid for the special cake. Flash forward to today when I break open the box to dish out the cake. It's not the cake. It's an olive oil cake, which is fine if you like it, my mother does not. Was Mother's Day ruined, no. But paying 50.00 dollars and driving to order the cake, then days later driving to pick up the cake, only for them to give me a cake you can literally get everyday is just wrong. So very saddened by this.

It's never been like that before I had my daughter take them and put them in the fridge until I got out of the hospital Monday and we took them back to the bakery on our way home from the hospital. The person that I brought the food back to which incidentally cost $15 started to interrogate me rather than listen to my gentle complaint simply to ask for an exchange so that I could enjoy them when I got home from the hospital he was beyond rude and condescending wouldn't even really listen to me or the description of the croissant that I normally get on a regular basis and know what they taste like look like et cetera took the croissants back into the kitchen and then came back out and asked me if I bake?! do I bake? they weren't in the same condition because they went from Room temperature to me having my Daughter put them in the refrigerator so that I could at least preserve them enough to just give them back showing that I hadn't just wanted free food or anything like that As I stated, I've been going there for almost 20 years. One croissant wasn't even touched mine was just torn apart trying to figure out why it was so mushy inside I've never had a problem with my Bread products or cakes that I've ever purchased there. I don't think I ever wanna go back to this place. The person that was rude to me. The only description I can say is he's black and probably gay and not fabulous. and I'm not racist or homophobic my boyfriend is black and my daughter is LGBTQ. This has nothing to do with anything other than a description of the person that literally made me cry when I got into my daughter's car. Fuck you Tulie Bakery you have just lost a true New Yorker who appreciates the best cookies cakes and pastries in the City fuck you!!! incidentally this review is for the bakery on 900 east next to the Pilates studio not the one on 15th !
