Coffee Noir is a really wonderful spot to work remotely. Don't overlook this hidden gem in Salt Lake's East Central neighborhood! It's open everyday and I always receive timely and friendly service from the baristas! The espresso is strong and bold and they offer some pastries and a few breakfast items as well. I would recommend Coffee Noir more in the warmer months, since their outdoor seating area is what draws me in, with lots of surrounding trees for shade. I usually order an iced americano with hazelnut and cream here, and it's consistently delicious!

Super good coffee, and my boyfriend loved his burrito. He kept saying, "ugh so good." After every bite lol

Very solid spot with reasonable prices this day in age. Thicc burrito for the price. Great outdoor hang out spot. 4 star for salt lake. Not 5 star because it's not a WOW spot but very solid. Pretty decent coffee options. Their mint tea absolutely slaps. Best mint tea I've had. Could have some more shade outside. Live music.

Love Coffee Noir! The pricing is amazing and the staff is always friendly when I go in. While it is a pretty small shop, there's usually at least one or two places to sit. I always go for the white mocha with vanilla

I loved the outdoor seating. It was so nice for a morning coffee. The croissant was buttery and delicious.

Quiet little neighborhood coffee spot. They're still closed inside just doing window service but they've got tables outside that are nice in the sun, and the WiFi reaches out there too. They have a pretty light food menu, a few breakfast burritos and various pastries.

Delicious hazelnut ice blended coffee! The staff was friendly and patient with me after asking a dozen questions and they even made recommendations on which plant-based milk blended well with the coffee! The place is super cute. Nestled in the middle of a neighborhood surrounded by green! Felt like I was in Seattle or Portland! We got to enjoy the fresh crisp air with our fur babies. :) The only sad part was that they didn't have vegan options for their pastries.

This place has quickly become a staple every time I am in SLC and with a seasonal rotating menu, plus all the normal coffee shop classics, there's something for everyone. Matcha is great, chai is solid, coffee is great and they even have a decent selection of other teas. Don't even get me started on the assortment of breakfast foods and pastries (wonderful)! Their sourdough toast is a must and boasts an array of fresh toppings to choose from that anyone can find something they'll like. Price is average. Service is quick and friendly. Presentation is nice-enough (nothing to gawk at). There are minimal outlets but lots of seating indoor and outdoor, but there is seemingly always a line so that must mean the locals love it too. I'd come early! Oh! They also have a board full of community events and a local artist sticker machine which makes me excited every time I'm in town. For this visit, I got an iced oat banana matcha and a sourdough slice w ricotta and seasonal berries. The matcha was buttery and smooth, well mixed, and lightly sweet. You can definitely taste the banana but it is minimal, which I like. The toast came warm and soft and crispy in all the right places. Blackberries and blueberries were juicy and complimented the cheese/bread nicely. The honey added the softest sweetness, tying it all together.

Such a good spot to study/get some work done. They also have outdoor seating. My husband and I walked here for a coffee. The girl working was really nice. I got the banana brown sugar iced latter and my husband got the browned butter Carmel latte iced. The banana brown sugar wasn't quite as sweet as I wanted but still good. My husband thought it had a really strong banana flavor while I could hardly taste the banana at all. His was sweeter than mine so I liked that one a little more. Overall, I'd highly recommend this spot either to grab a coffee or to go hang. We didn't get good this time, but I'd like to try it since the menu looks amazing!!

Definitely recommend giving it a try, even for a drink that's not caffeinated. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Loki Coffee! I personally recommend the Peach Please as well as the Spring Fling! Both are vibrant and flavorful, but the Peach Please stole my heart (as an aficionado of peachy fruity deliciousness). The coffee itself comes from specialty beans being brewed by super talented baristas. Pricing on this shop is fairly normal, considering it is a highend shop. I love stopping by because their baked goods are made by Mims bakery and Tomodachi, which are both fantastic. These aren't just frozen baked goods defrosted for a quick snack, but actually worth visiting for by themselves. A perfect compliment to a great cup of coffee. The shop itself has a ton of seats, but they are quite frequently occupied. Expect a busy shop, and if the weather is great, the patio will also be full. The decor of the shop is a little more modern and "clean" with simple design. Plenty of great light, open seating, and a good cup of coffee, are a recipe for a great day.
