When we entered the shop, there were no other customers and there were 2 people behind the counter. Neither of them spoke to us as we entered. We walked up to the counter and had to ask if they were ready for us to order. We our group ordered 2 ice cream cones and 2 bourbon pecan ice creams--we requested the smallest size and the response was "it's prepackaged and comes in one size." We were fine with the information, but that was literally the only words from the people who worked there. The ice cream was fine, but given the poor service, we would recommend visiting one of the other establishments for dessert.
