This is what I experienced. 1. Was involved in a NOT AT FAULT Car accident in Sept 2023 with estimate damage cost: $44k. ETA Dec 2023. 2. Constant repair delays. Still haven't received car back. ETA April 19th 2024. 8 TOTAL months repair. State Farm worked with the shop to stay within the total loss so with the supplement; total repair cost: $54,499 while the total lost threshold is $55,710.00. Not only did I had to wait 8 months for my car back, my premiums kept increasing. Tesla insurance was $50/ month cheaper with same policy. SO LET THIS BE A WARNING. You are buying insurance. Your best hope is to never call them. I thought my family's +10 years customer loyalty would do something but at last nothing. State Farm doesn't have your back especially when you own a Tesla. Save your money AND TIME, by ditching State Farm in favor of Tesla. Basically why stay loyal when the treatment is worse if not the same. They won't help you. It's State Farm.
