    Absolutely awful! Started a policy for my husband two weeks ago. For a week and a half the company…read morecontinue to send me documents of someone else's personal protected information and their insurance policy, repetitively asking me to sign their insurance policy. When I told them the insurance policy did not belong to my husband they completely stopped responding. Then I receive a message a couple of days later asking to sign my husband's insurance policy. The insurance policy had the wrong address on it. I asked them to update the address on the insurance policy and I would send it back. They then tell me that it was changed internally and to sign the paperwork. The incorrect address is still on the paperwork! After the paperwork is signed, I let them know. I get no response. A couple of days later I get a text messages asking for address verification. The next day I get a text message that says the insurance policy is canceled. Over $300 to start an insurance policy and in 2 weeks after their lack of professionalism and attention to detail and they want to cancel the policy because they are behind with their timelines for sending me the wrong information! Unbelievable! Go with anyone but them!

I was with this company for almost 10yrs and they, particularly Tricia C.,…read moreroyally screwed me over the past 6 months, almost costing me my California home insurance policy. In a time when insurance companies are trying to cancel home insurance policies left and right, you want a agent on your side who knows the ins and outs of binding the correct policies and helping you work through any issues while mitigating the cost of your premium. Tricia's (and Inzone's) ineptitude when it comes to knowing what policies they are able to bind for a person is staggering. She tried binding a new insurance policy for me that was canceled not 2 months into a 12 month term, because she wrote it incorrectly. This then caused Mercury to audit my home insurance policy. Tricia was not only unhelpful when explaining the process to me, but she was also incredibly unresponsive. I followed up with her multiple times over the course of a few months with NO response. This caused a notice of cancelation which I was only able to overturn by working directly with my insurance company and cutting Tricia out entirely. When the underwriter would come back with questions Tricia NEVER relayed those to me. I had to deal with it all directly and with no guidance. Every time I called Tricia's line or even the company general line no one answered. I couldn't leave a message because their voicemail wasn't set up. I even emailed the general help line to try and speak with a supervisor or literally anyone else at the company to get guidance about my situation and never heard back. The 1 time in 6 months that I was able to get Tricia on the phone not only was she unhelpful in finding a resolution to my situation but she was incredibly condescending and rude. It was clear they wanted me to lose my policy so I'd have to bind a new one at a higher premium with shittier coverage and they could take the commission. If there's anything that goes wrong or is not normal about your insurance, you can bet these people will have no clue how to help you.
