If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Junior claims to be a professional and knowledgeable and he's neither of those. None of his staff knows what they are doing. Not only was my husbands taxes filed incorrectly, but we are now finding a slew of mistakes made and he chalked it up to his staff just "having a bad day". He verbally agreed to return all my money ($250) and of course, in zeron fashion, he shorted me about $100. I've already filed a form 14157 to the IRS. The good news is that they'll willingly lie and cheat on your taxes for you! Junior, a rep from the IRS will be giving ur office a visit for a full audit and review. I hope ur know-nothing staff has backup of all the lies you've been filing. read more

When I first started with Zeron a few years ago I felt like I was getting good quality for the price I was paying but unfortunately over the years I noticed a drop in quality as well as a spike in unnecessary charges. This time around I finally decided to start insurance shopping before the renewal and noticed how much money I was wasting. When I called to cancel, the brokers couldn't " find my policy " and at that point I knew they were trying to delay my cancellation so my renewal goes through because how did I just receive a letter in the mail 2 days ago with zeron insurances information aswell as an ACTIVE policy number. anyways, there are other events that had occurred in the past that gave me a red flag but wanted to continue and support this company. Will no longer deal with insurances like this and from now on just going to the company providers themselves. read more

This is for the one on Warner... Be careful when getting your insurance here. I paid for the year and my car registration at the same time. I asked a few times making sure what I was paying for. I asked Jenny Zeron to break down what I was paying. She overcharged me $103. She told me it was more, but when I looked at the documents I was signing, it said a different price. They're liars, cheaters and thieves! Instead of being upfront with what they are charging you for, they try to sneak overcharging you so you don't notice! Definitely don't recommend using them for insurance purposes. If you do, make sure they are clear with what they are charging you for! read more

Cool little place. Went here for registration and was greeted promptly. It took them a few minutes before they saw me, and it was perfectly okay since they were a little busy. Definitely beats going to the DMV. Service is very friendly. The guy who helped me definitely knows what he was doing. Process probably took less than 5 minutes once I was seen. This is not the DMV, so be prepared for extra charges. Their charge is definitely VERY reasonable, though. If you want to avoid the extra charges, go wait in line at the DMV. After I left, my father and I spoke about how much was charged and he seemed to say I was overcharged, so we called back. When, we called my dad spoke to the guy and asked for a detail of the transaction and claimed he overcharged me. My dad believed since I'm a girl the representative charged thinking I wouldn't expect to question the charge, but he was willing to return the money he accidental overcharged and apologized saying he didn't realize and wouldn't wanting it to hurt the relationship to go again.
