The original piercing experience was clean and professional for my teen. However after the nose piercing was changed (6 months later) the 24 k gold ball she picked out and purchased ended up getting infected (it was too small) and backed inside her nose. She had to get it removed in an emergency from the school nurse because it was so painful. When we called to explain our situation via vm after hours, they returned our call on vm and basically shamed us for not coming in ( we live 3 hrs away) and didn't offer to re-pierce or help. We were big fans in the beginning but I would not recommend this business due to the customer service. We paid a lot and now the hole is closed.

As you can see here, it was placed very low + so close to the tip of my nose. She proceeded to show me google images of different septum's when I brought it to her attention so show how everyone's is different but failed to notice that the ones that looked like mine were labeled, "septum done wrong". When you arrive you also do not sign a waiver. Instead, you write down your license ID and are also not given any after care instructions. While this may be a case by case basis, I think when it comes to a delicate piercing like this, there should be more care. I am very upset because not only did it hurt like hell, but I tend to put a lot of trust in both piercers + tattoo artists. Will not be back + do not recommend.

I tried to let it heal to see if any of the random lines would get better or the harsh lines would get better but it's been weeks now and no improvement. Not to mention the vibe of the place, I thought it was extremely weird that they had one person so the line work and then one person do the shading. This is the first time I've ever gotten a tattoo where halfway through they make you move locations/chairs so the other artist can do a different part of the tattoo (I went with my dad and they did this for both of our tattoos) I am truly unimpressed with the quality of my tattoo, the price point for a tattoo of this condition and the vibe of the place. I thought about not even posting this and just asking them to fix it but honestly at this point I'd be terrified they'd ruin it more. I would also like to note I didn't even take pictures of all of the slips just a couple of them!
