I wasn't sure what type of ear piercings I wanted but she truly spent time going over different options and evaluating my ear anatomy for what would work and what wouldn't. She was also very receptive to my opinions /preferences and feedback without judgement. She also very interested in what my goals were, what my aesthetic is, and what preferences I had to ensure I would be happy with the results. It was also clear that she has a strong understanding of anatomy and knowledge of piercings. We were able to make a plan for future piercings for me and this was very exciting for me. I truly loved that she took the time to help me have a plan and future goals for the aesthetic / piercings I am looking for! And I truly mean she took her time evaluating my anatomy and listened to what I was looking for! In addition, I strongly appreciated the priority of cleanliness and sterilization. It was very evident throughout my appointment. Another part of my appointment I strongly appreciated was the price quoting of the jewelry + piercing before the actual piercing took place. Every other place I've been to did not do this. I appreciate knowing roughly (before tax) what i'm going to pay before actually getting the work done, especially because different jewelry has different pricing. In conclusion, I have been to many different shops for piercings and this was by far way above standard in my opinion. No wonder I have heard so many raves about this place! I recommend 110% for anyone looking for piercing work! I also had very pleasant email and phone communication with Chrissy! Today we did 2 tragus and a conch. With the plan to do more on both ears and upgrade jewelry to hoops when healed! Whitney didn't want to do more than 3 cartilage piercings on one ear at a time and this is also something that speaks volume to me! This is about not overloading the bodies immune system and allowing the time and space for these to heal before future work! The original piercing experience was clean and professional for my teen. However after the nose piercing was changed (6 months later) the 24 k gold ball she picked out and purchased ended up getting infected (it was too small) and backed inside her nose. She had to get it removed in an emergency from the school nurse because it was so painful. When we called to explain our situation via vm after hours, they returned our call on vm and basically shamed us for not coming in ( we live 3 hrs away) and didn't offer to re-pierce or help. We were big fans in the beginning but I would not recommend this business due to the customer service. We paid a lot and now the hole is closed.

I tried to let it heal to see if any of the random lines would get better or the harsh lines would get better but it's been weeks now and no improvement. Not to mention the vibe of the place, I thought it was extremely weird that they had one person so the line work and then one person do the shading. This is the first time I've ever gotten a tattoo where halfway through they make you move locations/chairs so the other artist can do a different part of the tattoo (I went with my dad and they did this for both of our tattoos) I am truly unimpressed with the quality of my tattoo, the price point for a tattoo of this condition and the vibe of the place. I thought about not even posting this and just asking them to fix it but honestly at this point I'd be terrified they'd ruin it more.
