They were answered promptly by a very nice customer service agent, however they still were above their competitors, and so I hired another company. That company didn't work out, and so I was on the hunt again for plumbing companies to do my job. I put Spartan back in the mix of quotes. About that time, the customer service agent emailed me asking if they could answer anything further regarding their quote. I sent a second email with a few more questions and unfortunately did repeat one question from my prior email. However I also gave new information about my setup that would affect the quote and invited them to update their quote. I also wanted to understand why they were charging over $1500 for a second man for 10 hours when none of the other 5 companies did that. I received a call from the plumber. I had originally posted what truthfully ensued during this phone call. However, the company disagreed with what I said happened during the phone call and asked me to change it, which I have done here at their request. The plumber seemed, in my opinion, to have a very brusque tone, and I never got any further answers to my questions, nor was I able to explain the changes to my scenario that led me to need an updated quote. The call left me feeling very disrespected and intimidated. Not being able to get an updated quote, I had to move on from this company, as they seemed, in my opinion, unwilling to take on the job and perfectly willing to pass on several-thousand dollars, simply because I asked too many questions.
