Their technology is also a major hurdle; the check-in texts send you to forms that don't work, and their app doesn't actually facilitate insurance uploads or check-ins as promised. He is a joke, he lies and doesn't allow his patients to provide any usable input. The tests he gave me were not needed and I had to pay out of pocket. Even after he said he couldn't help me, he had the nerve to suggest another test. There was NO reason to change ALL my meds! Apparently he makes his money through opioid treatment drugs as there were signs all over the office for them and what credit cards they took for the various treatments. His office felt like being in an old trailer with bad paneling, not that that's any reason to complain, its just with everything else, I don't see how he stays in business.

My father sees NP Kim Plummer. My father is 76 years old with congestive heart failure, diabetes, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. In November of 2022 he got very ill with a virus (dangerous for a cancer patient) & ran around 103 degrees fever for three days while we tried to get in touch with NP Plummer. After the fourth day, we finally got a phone call back (after talking to the answering service in Ohio). She told the answering service to give her about 30 minutes to call my mom back (she was the on-call doctor & it was 6am. We were ready to take him to the hospital). When she finally called, she told my mother, in a very impatient manner, that she had already called in a prescription for my dad two days ago. No one in the office, including NP Plummer, took time to inform my mother of this. When mom told NP Plummer no one had informed us, Plummer's response was "I did my part". Apparently, bedside manner was not a course she took in medical school. Don't go here. Not only is she dismissive and uncaring, but the office is completely unorganized and obviously has communication problems.

Dr A is unreachable even after exhaustively chasing her. No place to leave a verbal or written message. No calls back. For days my husband calls and calls and no answer. June 4 my leg went numb and I fell Since that date my pain is unbearable. I am seeing other specialist. A Dr Kemp (ortho) took an X-ray of my lower spine The 8 spine surgeries of my distant past (25-30 yrs ago) have collapsed. Getting a MRI this week. Bone sitting on bone. Nerves being pinched between bones. Been to ER 3 times since that date also a 6 day stay. Surgery is the likely cure. I may have had a small stroke (appt being scheduled for Neurology) also cannot get dr A to see me or call me. I am faced with withdrawal again this week. I cry and twist about unable to sleep or eat. Have lost 22 lbs. cannot walk. Had to hire a home health aide to get me to bedside commode and move me about. At my age (74) all surgery is risky. Do your job doctor. Communicate with patients. When in hospital dilaudid, morphine and fentanyl are all used with me without long lasting relief. There are new problems the doctor must be made aware of. Why won't she return call or leave a voice mail available? Frustrated. Angry frightened. .

Nurse Harris is an amazing FNP, she may not have Dr. in front of her name; however, she's more than qualified to have those credentials. Nurse Harris has great staff, their friendly, has a smile on their faces, listens well and willing to do what it takes to make you feel comfortable. Nurse Harris is a wonderful primary care physician and specializes in a variety of medical care. As long as she's local Nurse Harris will be my PCP!!

I desperately needed to see someone for a severe allergic reaction to poison ivy, my dr is never available anymore and no one would see me. This is not new for me, my record would show I simply need a prednisone prescription. So I will be pulling my records and finding a new office. Amazon virtual visit was the only doctor I could get! After more than 20 years there!!! My husband got the last appt (same issue) and the nurse practitioner (even though I was willing to pay) and was there with him l, did not need a whole separate appt time, would not even consider treating me. It is literally over my whole body. I have had terrible terrible experiences at urgent care facilities. Prime Care has steadily become less about the patient and more about the billing.
