I am floored to see so many ungrateful parents whining about wait times and "rude staff". I assure you that I drove almost 3 hours to this clinic and everyone was very professional. This place was a dream come true. All of the information I needed was provided to me when I asked for it. My wait time was not extensive at all. They did not lose my Childs appointment. My child's very first visit to this office was an absolute dream. It was my very first time there. I happily paid all of the fees. I will definitely be bringing my other 3 children here for healthcare from now on! And by the way, Dr. Caldwell and the DNP here are amazing. They're dedicated to keeping children safe and healthy. The nurses have plenty of knowledge to give sound advice. I appreciate the existence of this particular practice and it's a shame that so many parents in the comments failed to appreciate a Vaccine Friendly clinic completely ignoring how rare, few and far between they are and even tried to smear this wonderful office to turn other people away and harm this practice! They performed covid screening questions and asked me my medical history. The staff was extremely nice. Mr. Mayo was so patient with me even though I was in pain and acting very $&@&. And I was a real $&)&!!!!! He and the staff hooked me up and told me what to do for after care and yep! I wish they were my primary care doctors!!!! They even gave me advice and assistance for veterans benefits. They rock! If ever in Virginia again, I would most definitely stop by this place again.
