I've had the machine for months and was only able to use it a handful of times because of constant issues. He has zero accountability, takes no responsibility, and communicates horribly. Instead of fixing the issue or issuing a refund, he left me stuck with defective equipment that malfunctions repeatedly, costing me thousands in setup, expensive lens reorders, additional costs at another lab to cut lenses, and lost time. He clearly does not stand behind what he sells. And if this is how he handles equipment, I can only imagine the shortcuts, corner-cutting, and poor quality when it comes to your prescription eyeglasses and lenses. Dr recommended that I purchase wide progressive lenses. I made sure that he added this to the prescription. However I never saw the prescription until after my glasses were paid. I should have been smart enough to notice that. However the friendliness of the place was deceiving. When i first sat down with Izabella, I mentioned to that I needed wide progressive lenses. My prescription required these lenses in order to correct my vision problem. We negotiated a price for my glasses. At times I felt like I was in a car showroom negotiating every point. Finally we agreed on the price. Izabella was able to get to my price by deleting the wide progressive lenses that I required Izabella took it upon herself to delete that very important requirement without discussing with me. I only discovered the issue after my glasses were paid for and the receipt and prescription was presented to me I asked Izabella how could she on her own decide how my prescription was going to be adjusted without discussing with me or the Dr? After all, was she the Dr? How could she, on her own make a medical decision? Izabella calmly told me that I could cancel the order or bring the glasses back within 30 days. This after spending almost 2 hours at the location. I was flabbergasted. Izabella mentioned to me that I could add $100 to the order and I would be able to get the wide progressives. This is a perfect example of bait and switch. I also noticed on my invoice that she charged me an additional $50 for 1 year product protection plan. This was also never discussed. Nor would I have approved it. After all, what the hell is a 1 year product protection plan on a pair of glasses? So in the end, I was scammed. Stay away from this place. My appointment was initially scheduled for noon. I entered the store at 12:10 pm and was advised by Julie that I had to reschedule because I was late. I then stated I thought there was a fifteen-minute grace period. Julie then said they only allowed five minutes. I then asked to speak to the manager to see if I could still be seen. The manager, Joe Fulco, explained the store policy regarding appointment times to me.  During this time, I could tell he felt irritated that I had requested to speak to him due to his demeanor. I then stated information regarding the grace period should be made clear on the website so customers are aware. Mr. Fulco  stated, "The website doesn't need to say to be on time for you to be on time."  At this point, I told Mr. Fulco that I no longer wanted to reschedule and to file a complaint through corporate. As Mr. Fulco wrote down corporate information, I reiterate that his unprofessional comments towards me were unappreciated. Mr. Fulco then ripped the paper with the corporate information and told me to get it myself. I then said you know everything is on camera; that wasn't smart to do. At this point, I felt utterly disrespected and devalued as a paying customer. I proceeded to write down the store employees' names and exited the location.  This behavior committed by Joe Fulco is entirely unacceptable. Mr. Fulco should not hold a supervisory position at Visionworks. He should understand that he is held to a higher standard as a representative of your organization. The customer is always right, no matter what. The disrespectful behavior and unprofessional comments were not necessary. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Not only did my daughter feel Doctor Manin was rude to her and in her words "mean" but felt it was because she was Hispanic. The supervisor Joe fulco gave me some BS about not having her prescription over the phone and in my opinion was steering a specific product. When confronted with a valid doctors prescription he back stepped his words. I have had issues at this location and it's the reason I stopped going there in particular.
