This is actually my second experience with Coin Connection (2019 and 2022). Both visits resulted in more than I anticipated, during some challenging moments. This place displays remarkably unique treasures. But I've found the real treasures to be the knowledgeable and accessible team members. I have to name names - Todd, David, Desiree and Paul, have saved my ASS more than once. Contrary to some of the glowing reviews for this company and their group, I've had a very different experience. As a former contracted broker I worked closely with Paul and Todd. I was brought into the "Inner Circle" because I came to them with clients I had developed over several years in the coin industry. Long story short between myself and another broker the company and Its group has taken and misappropriated $2,000,000.00 in cash and coins. There are past and pending lawsuits against Paul Wojdac and Todd Griffiths in Los Angeles and Orange County. My husband and I lived in the area over 30 years, and many days walked by this business. Several months ago was my first time actually coming in. More recently I needed to sell some eagle rounds. Each time the guys who helped me were personable, and they made it simple. I love their honest, straightforward way of doing business. I've never been treated so poorly at a store. The staff at CoinConnection are rude and act like they're doing you a favor by even talking to you. On top of that, their prices are way higher than any other place I've been to. They have no respect for customers, and it's obvious they just want to rip you off. The worst coin collection place I have ever went to. Paul not only insulted the coins that I had. Saying they were worthless, but he had the same coins selling for $50 in his display cases. He also stole 3 coins from my possession and is quick to act like he didn't. Complete waste of time from a racist and a thief. read more
