I came here to buy silver. I have cash. The owner/operator would not let me look at anything. Nothing. He said to tell me how many ounces I wanted to buy and he would bring out that much. I told him I was interested in types of bars I don't already have so I would love to look at some samples... but he seemed not interested in making a sale. He also had "no idea" who sells bullion in town. (FYI- I was the only person in the shop.) There is a chance that if you want to sell your stuff this guy is awesome (doubt it) but definitely don't go here to BUY anything. They are clearly not interested in selling. I had just come from COIN CONNECTION where I was able to look at and buy silver at a reasonable price above spot so this was a very disappointing contrast. I really don't have time to write reviews so I rarely do unless I have a very very great experience or a terrible experience. Hi          3/11/21 I am very concerned and upset about our transaction this morning. You asked me to count out the 30 Sovereigns. I put down on the counter and carefully counted out the 30 Sovereigns in 3 towers of 10 as you suggested. You then appeared to count them, accepted the Sovereigns and took them out of sight into the back to your colleague.  At that point Your colleage claimed that there were only 29 Sovereigns. I foolishly then gave you one more additional Sovereign immediatly.  I have no way  of knowing if you or he took or dropped or lost one of the Soverigns. I may have done transactions with you in the past but I do not know your colleague at all. All I know is that to my knowledge is that at your suggestion I carefully counted out 3 towers of 10 Sovereigns that you accepted as 30 Sovereigns. You had the option and I think the reponsibility to count them in front of me before removing them out of sight. You indicated to me that you accepted the count by removing them out of sight to the back.  I find it a stretch that both you and I miscounted the Sovereigns. I am very upset and honestly feel that I was taken advantage of. It feels to me that you were grossly unprofessional or worse.  I found your business through Yelp / Social media. I took 3 gold coins to gillio totaling $1,800 retail. Was offered $560 for 2 and the third wasn't able to make me an offer for whatever reason. The salesman was courteous, but was offered scrap value. I'm sure they don't sell for scrap value. I wouldn't sell them any coins unless they have no numismatic value.
