There are so many different sizes of machines to choose from , for a couple of clothes to big blankets . The place is clean . Nice that the ac is always on and music. You're not sitting in a hot laundry room . There a little sink to wash your hands only wish there was a little dryer to dry your hands. No restroom , no WiFi. Gone before and there was a young man cleaning all the machines and doing maintenance. Very clean read more

So I've read the other reviews and it has the same issues as of today. It leaves the clothes soaked with water and we have to squeeze it all out and it's dripping everywhere. No one to assist us and no one working at the store/around to help out. I did not expect a fast response but an assistant came a few minutes after my review and we did get refunded. Thank you for making it right and I'd be happy to return here! The customer service was amazing and they resolved it instantly for us. Honestly I have never had a worse experience at a laundry mat! This place was empty which I was happy about but now I know why! The machines are cheap BUT you have to spend more money to dry your clothes since the washers don't spin the clothes to get the water out!! I literally had to twist the water out of ALL MY CLOTHES in order to get them not DRIPPING WITH WATER!!! I tried calling the number on this account and SURPRISE it's out of order!!! Place is like a drugged up hang out laundry. Not a safe place to do laundry. Make sure you bring a knife and pepper spray just Incase.

It's an OK place seems to get the job done but there is very limited seating and it's really small. I wouldn't want to be here when it's packed if it ever is. A good place to put you're clothes in, it seems to be very clean so I felt comfortable putting my belongings in the washers. read more

This place is beyond the worst! If Yelp! would allow me to rate this place with zero stars, I would. I brought one small load of clothes in to wash since the washer at our home is broken. Placed my clothes into a top-load washer, added the $1.50 (which is a quarter over the cost at other laundromats I've been to) that is required, and waited until I heard the washer begin to fill. I then stepped outside to listen to music and relax while I thought the washer was running. I stepped back into the laundromat after my timer for the laundry had went off. I come upon the washer to find that it had filled with water, but never actually started washing the clothes. The screen read "LID" and no matter how many times I tried to make sure the lid was properly closed and start the washer, it wouldn't start. So, now my clothes are sitting soaking in water in a washer that won't move any further. At this point, I should just be able to speak with an attendant who will assist me with my issue, right? NOPE. There is no one to be found. I knocked on every door, waved at several cameras that are in the location, and even called the number listed on the Yelp! page. No answer. I could hear the phone ringing and ringing with no one to answer it. Needless to say, I am VERY upset. I was going to wait to do my review of this place just to be fair. However, so much has happened in this visit, I decided to write this one hot off the press. As I spoke before I was greeted by a shirtless man. That alone should've sent me packing but I saw other decent looking people coming to the laundromat so I decided to stay and give it a try.. Why did I do that?? While sitting in my car minding my own business, this man and woman drive up and park behind me. The woman takes off running with a baby. I can't make this ish up!! Yes running with an infant and the man starts chasing her! Yes, an episode of cops. She refused to go back in the car. The boyfriend started begging me to be his witness stating that she (the one with the baby) just got out jail. He didn't know what to do. I told him I didn't want to get involved. I just wanted to wash my clothes. So I check on my clothes and they are soak and wet!! The machine didn't wring them out. So I had to stand there and squeeze water out of my clothes one by one!! I put them in the dryer and hoping that works. Needless to say I'm never coming back here. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. This place will be out of business less than a year. Fast, clean, quiet and cheap! I had a ton of bedding (comforters, duvets, pillows and sheets) to wash. My washing machine at home won't fit the larger items and it'd take me all day doing one load at a time. Here I was able to use 3 xl commercial washers at once and have it wash well and fast! It was done in 19 minutes! Then I was able to dry it all at once also. All in all I was there for an hour total and spent only $14.50 to wash 3 large feather down pillows, king size feather comforter, 3 queen comforters and 2 king duvets. I feel so accomplished today and I can't wait to jump into my clean, fresh and fluffy bed! Ps if u took all that to the dry cleaners you'd pay A TON and you wouldn't get it back for a week! Tiny, mostly clean laundromat with several broken machines. My parents have owned and operated a laundromat since I was a kid so I'm basing my review as a comparison on how they maintained their place. For such a small laundromat, having functionality of all machines are critical, so it would be nice if all the machines worked. Thankfully it wasn't too busy so I didn't have trouble finding open spots. Big plus is not having screaming little kids making it rain hot cheetos. Still, there are little things they could do here and there to make the environment better. For instance, there's no point in having vending machines if there's a liquor store in the same lot. Some paint couldn't hurt either. I'm glad they don't have a TV or WiFi because squatters are bad for business. Any how, if you want a quiet no frills laundering experience, this place is great. read more

This place is lacking in every way. Compared to other OC laundromats, the owners need to sink some capital into this little place. Emphasis on the *little* in that last sentence. - Sure they have the prototypical washing machines, but only one row of dryers? - I expect there to be hand soap in the bathroom ESPECIALLY if I have to pay $.25 to use it! - There is one sink in the laundromat. ALSO with no hand soap! - All the vending machines are gated up and unavailable for purchase. - There is a single (one) change machine in this coin operated laundromat. I would love to be here when that thing breaks down. - One single bench for the whole place. What if more than 3 people want to sit down here? - Summary For a small laundromat, this place has fewer pro than it does cons. Pro's: machines all work, seem to be working well, place is fairly clean, it's quiet and it's small. Con's: small, no wifi, limited seating, limited dryers, vending machines appear to get locked at a certain hour, and no soap. For the money and time, pleanty of other options. read more

Seems like only half of their washers actually work. The other half don't and leave your clothes soaked. So you end up having to run the load again in a different machine, just to get the clothes dry enough to put in the dryer. read more

Pretty decent place, super convienient location near the intersection of two major crosstreets (Euclid and Commonwealth). They have a tonnnn of washers and dryers and from the few times I've been there haven't been any in disrepair. There's only usually 2 or 3 other people in here so its pretty quiet. Benches to sit and a pepsi and snack machine. You can grab a slice of pizza next door at Saucy Broads while you wait! Sooo good...or go get a quick mini tat at the tattoo shop. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I feel like they charge like .25 to .50 cents per load higher than most places. $1.50 for regular washer, $4.25 for big commercial washer, .25 for a 12 minute jam in a commercial dryer...(you usually need at least 24 minutes of dry time.) read more

The place is small, few broken machines... but really, probably one of the better options. Located in a decent area, has a lot of available machines for use in the middle of the day, no homeless people or bums walking around. Liquor store in the same complex of you need cash for quarters. Dirty Ass laundry Mat roach infested pure disgusting .I wouldn't recommend anyone to wash there laundry here especially if you have kids...the manager was rude, he tried to kick me and my kids out before closing time..and then on another separate occasion I went to finish drying my clothes that were still wet and he told me I couldn't dry there unless I washed wtf difference did it make you illiterate idiot if I'm paying to dry..hands down this is the worst laundry mat in Fullerton.. read more

This is my FAVORITE laundromat! Seems like everyone is complaining about how small and uncomfortable it is, clearly they are deluded. I come to the laundromat to wash my clothes, not take a nap on one of the two adequately sized benches provided. This place is quiet, clean, no screaming kids, the washers are up to date and FAST (16 mins), and the dryers dry on what the dictionary would define as hot. ---not to be confused with larger laundromats where they are so large numerous problems would go over looked and "hot" can really just be "kinda warm". The owner is awesome and comes in to check up on things and do maintainence. Plus he came around and introduced himself... Um I've never gotten that! I believe his name was Mike (I can be bad with names) ... You can tell he cares, and since I have moved I drive to do my laundry here. The cleaning guy is super sweet too. So if you want to go to a bigger laundromat that doesn't care about your business go ahead! More quiet washing for me while I support a local business!! read more
