Let me Start off by saying it's 1:45pm on a Sanday afternoon, and there's barely anyone here... which is a plus! All other laundromats in the surrounding area are jam packed with people. I hopped on Yelp to find local laundromats and this one seems to be less packed. The downside is that the machines cost more to wash/dry the others in the area. These guys charge $4 for a washer that's usually $3 at other places. If money is not an issue and you would like some breathing room, this spot is worth checking out read more

this place is a disgrace and a scam. They're super expensive. One small load of laundry is like four dollars and it changes with temperatures and settings. The dryer is at two bucks for 10 minutes so basically two loads of laundry will cost you 20 bucks. There's absolutely nowhere to sit. Standing room only. This is not cheap. read more

Came to wash today was here five minutes before 9pm. The attendant today I haven't seen her before must be new she saw me arriving with laundry and close the door and left towards the rear of the laundry mat. After knocking several times she finally answered the front entrance door and let me in. She said according to her no one is supposed to be inside the laundry after 10:30pm keep in minds it's burly 8:55pm. She said the last wash is at 9pm and the "machine" has to be spinning. This lady is clearly rude and doesn't have any customer service she could easily approach us in a professional way and let us know. Also I'm the window at the front it clearly says last wash at 9pm not sure why they close the doors before 9pm management needs to let them know and if the washers need to be on at 9pm put a sign that reads that. For the employee she just wants to leave home early and get paid the full hours due to this situation I'm rating this experience at this laundry location even if I've come here for years a one star. read more

There needs to be staff in the mornings! Why did I just see a homeless taking a shower using the sink and soap. He was singing and making a mess on the floors with the water and soap he was using. No one was present to kick him out. He was also opening the machines to look for clothes. read more

I came to the laundry Matt today on Mother's Day @12:03pm 5/14/23 and we checked this washer and it looks like it's full of Dogg hair we looked for the person in charge of cleaning and she was no where to be found the laundry Matt was full and there was hardly no washers at the moment and we really needed the attendant to clean it out for us this is not the first time it happens. read more

This place is clean and has plenty of washers. It's small but I am impressed compared to Laundry Mats in Los Angeles. Bring your quarters. I prefer quarters than the cards anyways. Their single load Maytag top washers are $2.00. They have 2 load commercial washers for $2.50 but more clothes fit more in the traditional top washer. The drum is wider and deeper. It does say it rinses twice vs once on the traditional washer. With the amount of clothes I had, the top loader was the better option for me. I was also wondering why no one was using it. They do have big commercial washers. I do my laundry once a week so never had to use these. They are popular and they only have a few They have dryers line up on each side. It's Sunday morning and they're not all taken up. So that's a plus. I didn't need to wait for any machine. Just how I like it. Walk in. Walk out. Clean machines. It all tore up and dirty. Well maintained. They have an attendant too cleaning the lint out of the dryers. Huge plus. Never see attendants do that even for busy places. Dryer $0.25 for each 9 mins. Kinda expensive. I come here weekly to wash!! Never have an issue with anyone then today Sunday 10/22 these ladies from Double Tree/ Hilton come with over 30 loads of towels & bedding. I was literally still parked never left just to get fabric sheets. My alarm went off while I was in the liquor. These ladies are disrespectful that they went & took out all 4 loads of our laundry threw them in a basket. When my husband & I walked in she was taking out someone else's clothes. My husband told her WTH ARE YOU DOING? She said in Spanish " I'm helping you" I said" How the hell do you just touch peoples clothes because u guys have to rush n wash" she said it's against the law to leave your clothes in there(2 min past) What made it worse is the lady that was cleaning & working here never once said anything to these ladies she had the nerve to act like she was cleaning the washers on the other side and was talking and laughing with these ladies. I used to come here until I saw a pattern. All hispanics stick together when going to this advisement. They would get done with washer and leave they clothes inside washer til another Hispanic comes. I literally came here at 9am an didn't get done til after 5 pm due to that issue. No one ever has on a mask an the only worker who helped me was the short chubby lady so I do not no her name. For the price they charge for washers and dryers, you'd think the machines would work. Had 4 dryers, one of them kept opening and with a few check ins, it was fine. Wasn't until the last 15 min that the door opens by itself due to the shitty latches. Told an attendant, the short lady who speaks spanish and was told wasn't her problem since I left and didn't hold onto the door. I asked if I could at least have my quarters back since I lost 15 minutes due to their broken machine and she told me nothing she can do. Doesn't put a "out of order" sign or anything and leaves it as is. Saw the same thing with another customer. 50 cents for 8 minutes is a lot, least they can do is have the machines working. Wouldn't recommend this place after years of coming here, went downhill imo. read more

I used one of the bigger machines, usually it could handle my big blanket, but it didn't this time. Half of my clothes were soaked and the other was dry (kinda my fault). Maria, a worker or manager there noticed me and was so kind she offered to pay for my next batch. They gave me TWO machines and even explained to me why that happens and gave me tips to better clean my clothes next time! I love this place, I love these people. I will be forever loyal! I'm going to preface this by saying I don't write reviews often, and it takes a lot for me to take the time to write something out like this-positive or negative. This place was in my typical rotation of local laundromats, but not anymore. It might have been the times I would usually go (typically 7:30pm and later) but thats no excuse for bad service and a lousy experience. Today I decided to swing by in the afternoon to put in a quick load of laundry in in between errands. Not only did I notice that the prices went up (was $1.75 for the single load washers, now $2) but as soon as I stepped foot inside I was greeted with dirty looks and feelings of judgement from the patrons inside. Now, it would be one thing if I looked silly, like a silly outfit or makeup or if I was dirty/smelly-but I was none of those things. I was so uncomfortable by everyone staring at me that while my 1 load was in the washer, I sat in my car (which I never do, i prefer to sit inside the laundromat while my clothes are in the wash). While I was waiting for my clothes to wash, I needed to use the bathroom. I went inside because I knew one was there (I had been there before). The sign on the door said to insert a quarter and pull on the door-cool, no problem. While I was doing so, I had some difficulty with the door but tried my quarter at different angles, trying to make it work as that was the only instructions given on the door. Suddenly, an employee comes up to me in a condescending and shocked way that I would DARE try the door in the way that sign says and says something along the lines of "my key is needed for the door". That would have been great to know beforehand! After that she opens the door and goes inside herself, before completely ignoring me and saying that 2 people are waiting. I walked out feeling like a fool, feeling judged for simply going to that laundromat and overall not appreciated as a paying customer. I will not be returning anytime soon, for that negative experience as well as the not-so-competitive pricing of this location-the other ones I go to charge $1.75 or less and the machines at other locations are more accurate with their timers. I ended up gathering my clothes after washing and drove home to have them air-dry. I couldn't stand being there anymore. To the patrons: You live in Southern California, one of the most diverse areas in the entire country. There are going to be people that use services and go places that don't always look like you, and that's okay. What's not okay is staring someone down to the point that they are uncomfortable. If you don't like white people, at least make it a little less obvious. To the owner/employees: Be more welcoming to the people that step inside your doors, and if a process in which you do something changes, at least put up a sign about it. After all, you are charging a premium for your washers, you can afford a 10 cent piece of paper that says to ask an employee to use the bathroom. read more

This place is always very clean, but on the downside there's always a million people here who have their kids running around and they don't even watch them. They have a special after 6pm all the good commercial washers are a dollar! Wow you can't go wrong right, but you're lucky if you would even get a washer at this time. read more

This is a straight up place to do laundry, listen to a TV if/ and a a unofficial babysitter confinement. If you can squeeze in and find a free machine to use, use it, guard it, don't let it out of your sight for many reasons. Don't leave and come back. Kids!!!!! There's as many kids as there are clothes. Using a machine that just washed a bunch of poopy clothes makes me puke. Then I got to wash my pukey clothes. Life would be so much cheaper if we were all naked. The prices here a above average to use the washer/ driers. Plenty of parking. Attendants are attentive. New go to laundry place. I like how all of the washers and dryers show how much weight it takes, as opposed to how many loads. It's usually clean here .The maintenance crew is always on location. The restroom is coin-operated which kind of sucks. read more

This little wash house had the AC blowing when it was too hot to even think about washing clothes at the crib. It was clean and had hot dryers too. The machines were plentiful and even though at the time I didn't have the time to wait for it, this wash house also helps you save money at certain hours of the day when you're funds are low. read more

Apparently when the machine steals your money it's not their problem. It's also another typical Santa Ana Spanish only business. Filled with panhandlers, bootleggers and overcrowded with little space. Machines are worn and constantly are breaking. Even the engineer that came to fix the machines at one time was complaining. Floor is always wet and dirty. Benches outside are broken and worn. They do have some cheap cctv dome cameras but besides that there is no security. read more
