Now i need to wash the front of my vehicle again...
Brandon W.

This used to be my go to coin-op car wash but not anymore. The price used to be $5 for 13 minutes but now its $6 for 11 MINUTES. I needed the 13 minutes to wash my car.... I don't mind paying more money but why take away the 13 minutes.... So wonder it was empty today The reason for the 1 star review? If you look at my other photos. Theres rusty water leaking from the top of the water piping. So i washed my vehicle & then went home to wash my front section of my vehicle.....

Stuck quarters

On one of the vacuum, when I put in the quarters it comes right out. Which is not a problem, but it's impossible to get it out of the slot unless you have a tweezer on you. Usually the quarters will roll out but this time it didn't. You can get your 50 cents back by snail mail but I decided to call it a loss. Never going here again

Really pleased with my experience here a couple of weeks ago. I feel it was a good value for the price. The entrance sneaks up on you and is kinda set back from Duarte Rd. so be watching for it! If you get to Nano Cafe, you went too far. Like some others have said, the area is a little sketch, but I was alone and there during the day and felt relatively safe. Seemed ok at that time, but not sure I'd go alone at night. I came around 1pm and was able to go right into a cleaning bay, no waiting. The vacuum cleaners are positioned before the car wash bay instead of in the back, so I really liked that bc I always vacuum before I wash the outside. The vacuum had ample tubing and reached all areas of my car. For the $1 it gave me plenty of time to do one whole side of my car (not sure the exact amount of time, but it was good value imo). I added a couple more quarters and was able to finish the whole interior, so it's ample time. I spent the $5 up front for the 13 minutes and it was the exact perfect amount of time to do my whole Mazda! I used the tire cleaner and brush, used the soap wand and then the soap brush for the whole car, rinsed, did the coat protectant and then the spot free rinse and finished just as the time expired. It was the perfect amount. Everything cleaned nicely as well! The wands and brushes have plenty of slack in their tubing and pretty much rotate entirely so you can walk around your whole car. The spot free rinse worked well too...there were a small few spots of water dried on, but hardly noticeable. They also have floor mat hangers too. Will definitely be back!

Self Car Wash! Cleanest Car Wash in the area! $3 for 6 minutes! You can select different mode for the pipe: tire cleaner, soap, foam brush, rinse, clear coat, and spot free rinse! Save you time and water than to wash at home! Area is clean, and it has a timer to tell you how much time you have left. If you deposit $5, you get 3 free minutes, which turns out to be 13 minutes for 5 bucks~

This self car wash is great. I like the spot free rinse. Plenty of space to park and wipe your car.

Nick & Francisco worked miracles! All but one deeper scratch was GONE, my car looked new again! Worth every penny, plus I'll try to come more regularly for sure. Grateful it was a gorgeous day, waited outside at one of the tables to watch, plus they kept me updated on status. Also, the cashier inside was super nice, and friendly. Wish I took pix!

I saw this car wash having a promotion on those mail catalog booklets and also at Albertsons Arcadia. I saw that the prices were competitive against the other local car washes (faschings and temple city car wash). So I took my bmw x1 to Nu Way. My first impression is..ok it's a mom and pop business. What I love about these old car washes is that they have windows that show you your car being washed. But this one does not clean their windows and you really can't see what they're doing. I then went into the cashier/store area. Really gives me a 1970s vibe. But the ceiling tiles were bulging/swollen like when it last rained, the roof was leaking. So far so...ok, I was waiting for my car and then I went outside to the patio where I think there used to be a fountain but they covered it up. When my car came out of the car wash the rear tow hitch cover was missing. I thought that they remove it but after a while my gut feeling says I have to ask where the cover is. The guy who was wiping down my car said, "I don't know, ask the guys". So I went to the cashier and told them about the missing tow hitch. I then spoke to the shift supervisor and he was asking the guys where it is. No luck. Then the shift supervisor referred me to the GM, Nick. First thing that he said, "you probably came in without it". Wow, gaslighting. I can't believe the customer service skills of this guy. I told him that if he doesn't believe me, I got a video with a time stamp with me coming out of my house 15 mins before I arrived to the car wash (cuz it takes that long). He doesn't care, so he went to the video cameras in his office. Lo and behold when my car appeared for the first time in the car wash, the rear tow hitch is still there at the bumper. And then we followed the car where it goes then sometime in the middle of the car wash line the rear tow hitch cover is still there. But it's weird the car came out without it The rear tow hitch cover has a string, so it can be attached to the bumper. Its hard for it to come off unless you pull it. Nick said, "oh maybe you went to the cheap car washes in the area and that's how it got damaged bad". Look who's talking. And also, of all the car washes I went to with my car, this has to happen. And it's a 2025 bmw. If I went to a cheap car wash, you would see scratches on the clear coat. And that's not how you treat a BMW So Nick was checking out my bumper, seeing if there's a tear on the clips. He said the clips are loose. GTFO of here. I think one of their washers stole it (cuz it's nowhere to be found in the car wash line) to either stole it to sell on eBay or to just shaft it to the owner. He agreed to replace the tow hitch cover and I went on my way. He called me on my cell and he'll be in touch with me. It was nice, at least to have some sense of customer service. Went to BMW monrovia and see how much it is. $40.16. not bad. BMW monrovia is another dealer that's gaslighting especially when I rent their cars (because back then my bmw needed more than one day to service) but that's another day. Got the tow hitch replaced (reason for 2 stars). Now the question is, would i come back? Naaaahhh never ever. If you will be going to this car wash, just know the risks, especially if you got an expensive car. When I was there, didn't see premium cars and I learned from now on, this would be a red flag.

They did an excellent job--the car came out looking spotless inside and out. The staff was efficient, and the quality of the wash exceeded my expectations. For the price, it's definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this car wash. It's one of the better car washes in the area, and I'll definitely be coming back.

The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I won't be returning.

I reported it immediately, spoke with the manager, and followed their requested claim process by filling out forms and submitting photo evidence. After weeks of hearing nothing, I called the corporate office myself, only to be told they never received the manager's written report. So I had to resubmit everything AGAIN -- photos, forms, and details. The general manager later called me and asked me to go to the dealership first to see whether the repair could be covered under warranty. He also mentioned they could maybe provide one month of free car wash service, but offered no actual solution or compensation at that time. What frustrated me even more was that he partly blamed me, saying the damage happened because I did not use the tape their employee offered to secure the wiper. A customer should not be responsible for preventing damage caused by the car wash equipment. I followed his instructions, went to the dealership, and confirmed the repair is NOT covered under warranty and must be paid out of pocket. I obtained the repair quote and sent it to corporate again. I also called multiple times and left messages for the general manager asking for a callback. It has now been TWO MONTHS with no resolution, no follow-up, and no returned phone calls. Very disappointing customer service and claim handling. I will continue contacting corporate until this issue is properly addressed.

StreamDrive was willing to provide an estimate with the details provided in messaging, unlike the other companies who contacted me! Every other businesses' response boiled down to, "bring your car in and we'll look at it." The old entrapment model of auto detailing. Where they're counting on you not having the willpower to leave if the work has already begun. Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.
