Been coming here for years. It's a hit or a miss but most of the time you'll receive a decent service. My most recent visit was afternoon on July 10th. The person working the front desk seemed like she was absolutely miserable and did not want to be working. Asked her for cash back so I can leave a tip for the workers washing the cars which I always do. After paying I noticed she didn't charge me for the cash back and when i asked why she didn't charge it she blamed it on me and said "you never confirmed you wanted it." When I specifically told her "that's fine, go ahead and charge it" She then proceeds to give the following customers in line major attitude. If you are working a customer service job but hate the job itself you should seriously find other employment. Don't make supporting customers pay for you being miserable. First time seeing this cashier here so maybe she's new? Regardless this is a decent spot to get your car washed they do really good jobs on leather treatments and they are fast all around. read more

I've been coming here for years and have always had a 5-star experience, which makes this visit especially disappointing. Today I paid for the deluxe wash, which is supposed to include an undercarriage wash and clear coat wax through the machine. When I arrived, I noticed there was a line due to maintenance. (Employees were on ladders working on hoses near the wash tunnel.) No problem, I figured things might just be a bit slower. But then I watched what actually happened to my car. Instead of going through the machine, my car was pulled off to the side where an employee hosed it down using a regular hose with their thumb over the nozzle. That's nowhere near the pressure needed to properly remove dirt and debris. As someone who knows a bit about car care, this immediately raised a red flag. Improper rinsing can leave particles behind that can scratch the paint when using a mitt. Sure enough, the employee went straight into hand washing with a mitt, then rinsed it again with the same low-pressure hose. I assumed this was just a pre-rinse before sending it through the machine... but it never went through at all. Instead, it was pulled around the side directly to the drying area. So I paid for a deluxe wash that includes machine services... and never received them. That's not just cutting corners, that's charging for services not rendered. On top of that, I'm concerned this process may have caused damage to my car's paint. It's a brand new vehicle with just over 1,000 miles, so naturally I'm extra cautious about how it's handled. What's frustrating is that this place has built trust with me over the years, and this felt like a clear break from that standard. Whether it was due to the maintenance situation or not, customers should be informed and given the option, not quietly downgraded while still being charged full price. In the end, it wasn't about the $40. It was about the principle. I didn't make a scene or ask for a refund at the time, but I am leaving this review because it genuinely bothered me. I've been coming here for years because it's one of the few places with a drive thru car wash that doesn't use harsh brushes and slappy noodles that leave your car with swirls and scratches. I've never had their more detailed car washes but the drive thru is essentially hand wash, which is what I prefer. There's a guy who hand dries the car after and there are self service vaccuums you can pull up to once your car is off the track. Prices have been good but I noticed they recently had a price increase, with their lower tier options ranging from $15-18. Overall, still a good place for a quick and affordable wash! read more

Less than $30 for a wash but still seems a little pricey for a midweek car wash. You drive up, they vacuum first, then they run it through the wash, then dry it. The inside and outside gets wiped down. I've noticed dusty areas in the past and areas that aren't wiped down properly but it's close by and convenient. There's a little gift shop and waiting area with games, a massage chair, and a restroom and an outside waiting area as well. Overall a good carwash. Very nice and maintained Carwash. There are plenty of staffed and very organized to get you in and out as fast possible, while providing excellent customer service. -There are several lanes to pick from whether if you want the quality packaged washes on the left side or if you want the self service wash (where you just sit in your car, go through the wash tunnel for a basic wash and dry & clean your car yourself) on the right side. -I got the premium wash for my truck (2019 Ram Sport 1500 4x4). They did a really good job of washing it and detailing it. Only thing I wish the premium wash offered was interior detailing (at least to armor all the dashboard, doors and center console). Other than that, really worth it for the value as my truck was looking car show ready. -It took about an hour from the time I got in line til the time I was finished (on a Saturday afternoon). Inside is nice and cool with A/C, they have are you car amenities that you need, snack, drinks, etc. There's also arcade games and massage chairs as you wait along with 2 restrooms. -I took off one star because they use a (what looks like), a hard bristled car wash stick brush and I know those kind of brushes are very rough on the paint and can cause some paint / clear coat damage. If they would just switch to a microfiber wash stick, then I would have given them 5 stars. Other than that, I would recommend their services here. read more

In a perfect world, I would always have time to wash my own car but time is scarce so I opt for express car washes and do some finishing touches myself as well as vacuuming the interior. Gotta love the commercial suction power of the vacuums here. Eat your heart out Dyson! In SGV, I've done the express car wash here and at Bellagio carwash in Arcadia. Both express car washes do the job although Bellagio pivoted to only express washes so it depends on what type of car wash you want. It is important to keep your car clean to protect the clear coat and paint. Don't let bird poop or sticky stuff from plants/trees stay on your car for long. read more

I have been coming here for the last few years but I feel that this place has downgraded or just in a rush to get cars in and out now, even though it was slow with very little cars when I showed up. I opted in for the $38.99 car wash also known as the "Super Wash" which is the 2nd level tier on the menu. Unfortunately today did not meet my expectations as the service comes with air freshener scent but was not received. Also with the inside, were several missed spots.
