I asked if I can exchange money for tips for their workers , and she says i have to buy something. Weird i have never had that before as the cashiers i normally deal with on Saturdays are chill and just take it from my card. I buy a water and ask for change , she asks how much , and I said well id like 20$ deducted from this purchase. She says so not one 20? Im like no thanks, just deduct it from the bottle you're saying I have to buy and to just give me the rest of the change with smaller bills. She says "so no 20$ tip?" With like a dumb tone. I just explain again no and my plan was to give the dude like 10$ bucks and have a couple singles and a five if it were like multiple dudes working on the truck. Bought a water bottle for 2.79. She didn't deduct it but added for a grand total of 22.79? I explicitly said not to do that? Dude i pay like 175$ for these washes off my company card every other week for a nice detail and the dudes do a solid job . I tip outta my own pocket and she just made this experience annoying. Typically its a solid place, but shes also being like loud , condescending, and so it was just an unpleasant experience. Still a solid place. But 4/5 for this experience because I know she probably like that with other customers too.

The person that took my order, said he would let them know to only wash and dry the car so that it would be quick. I arrived there at 1:07-1:10. I had to wait for about an hour to get my car back. The car was a SUV to be specific, it was a Range Rover LWB. all I needed was a quick wash that wouldn't take more than 20 minutes. There were about 4 cars in front of me before my car could get washed. After paying and waiting for around 15-20 minutes, I saw 4 other cars and one small SUV that had arrived after me getting done with their wash and getting vacuumed. I asked a worker and he said the car was coming and to wait. After another 30-40 minutes of waiting, I went to the cashier to ask why my car wasn't ready. she had to call the manager and ask when the car wasn't ready going to be ready. whoever she talked to, told her that the car was getting vacuumed and getting tire shine when it wasn't on the receipt nor on the windshield when they use chalk to write on it. She told me the car was ready but the car was still not fully dried. I don't understand why they left my car to be washed last? If you are looking for a quick wash for your I guess large SUV, Do Not Come Here. You will be wasting your time. I usually come here to get a quick wash if Fasching's car wash is taking their lunch break. I have my cars detailed once a week but if they get bird poop or they get noticiable dirt early in the week, I take them to this 2 car washes. After this experience, I'll rather wait for Fasching's lunch break to be over and wait 10-12 minutes for my car to get washed and vacuumed. Their break is from 12:30 -1:30 if you ever want to visit that place. It's located on Santa Anita Ave and E Colorado Blvd across from In-N-Out. Save your self some time and money and go to Fasching's. You can give the workers a tip for working quick. check them out.

The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you live anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. I've seen the improvement firsthand, and I hope they keep it up. Keep up the great work, guys!

When I specifically told her "that's fine, go ahead and charge it" She then proceeds to give the following customers in line major attitude. If you are working a customer service job but hate the job itself you should seriously find other employment. Don't make supporting customers pay for you being miserable. First time seeing this cashier here so maybe she's new? Regardless this is a decent spot to get your car washed they do really good jobs on leather treatments and they are fast all around.

I recommend bringing your own microfiber towel to clean the outside of your car, which will make the job much easier. I would come here for a wash again if I am in the area.

Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. This is exactly the reset my car needed. Will definitely be back!

Set it to soap, walk fast around the car you want make 2 laps for really even coverage. Then switch to high pressure rinse, zig zag spray while going from top to bottom going around the car just 1 lap. Switch over to spot free rinse At this point you probably have 1 min 30 seconds. Same as the last step but you keep going until you run out of time. The most effective for $3. Make sure you bring your own towels, I suggest a minimum of 3 microfiber clothes.
