When we walked in the manager (whose name I forget) greeted us. He was very enthusiastic describing the game and gave us a "15 minute" demonstration. With our questions, it turned out to be longer than 15 minutes and worth every minute. His love of the game was clear and rousing. While he was talking with us, he was also able to deal effectively with other customers in the store. If I were to take up the game Warhammer, I would definitely patronize this store. It was clean and organized. But the manager was a very good advocate and customer-centric.

She helped explain how the frame worked (never had a floating frame before) etc. they had a great deal ok picture frames (but one get one) which was awesome! In the past I have also had a custom frame made here for an art piece I purchased. I had a great experience then as well. They do teacher discounts which I appreciate and they have a lot of fun items I can use for my classroom. Lines can sometimes.
