Was a bit offputting and I had no idea why he was so angry. After I pulled up, he said something to me and I didn't answer right away and he said, "talk to me! if you don't talk to me, I'm not gonna do no work!" I mean, this guy was just full of animosity towards me. By this time, I'm getting angry myself and said "well don't then. Just close the hood." He went ahead and replaced it and I paid the lady in the office (who, by the way, was very nice). As I was pulling away, he was just standing there glaring at me. Rudist behavior I think I've ever encountered from a place of business. He had one of the mechanics there immediately start work on my car. The mechanic was fairly young, but clearly took pride in his work. Although it was past the time he was supposed to be off, he took his time and made sure he did it right. He also checked the tire pressure, at my request. An oil change is not that big of a deal and it is not a glamorous set-up at their shop, but I had a very good experience with them, which is more important to me than anything. I recommend trying their services, if you need work done on your car.
