I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend who love to try out new places. The location is a little out of the main stream, but it's not all that difficult to get to. The parking area needs some improvement, though. It's kinda odd and limited. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with a high ceiling. However, the noise level is jarring to the ears. The wait staff are very attentive and polite. The menu is split into different types of food offerings. We just had a a wedge salad and block chicken. It's rather expensive for a head of lettuce. The chicken looks like it's a Cornish hen, but perfectly cooked, covered in greens. We'll probably be back to try other items on the menu. There is outdoor seating. read more

Absolutely a gem!!!! So happy we came in. Scott the manager was super friendly and our server aka mixologist was superb! Started with cocktails: hibiscus hi c (rocked my world), frothy the coconut (delicious, not as sweet as expecting) and the big o (refreshing and wonderful) Apps included the blistered shishitos and sabiah. So flavorful. Mains are huge!! Consider sharing. We had the brisket sandwich, grilled cheese (should be illegal) and the watermelon salad. We had lunch here today after visiting the children's museum. It's about 10-15 away. The boys loved it there! We sat outside on the patio. The boys played while we waited for our food. Outside they have a play area w Lego big blocks, cornhole, and other toys. The food was yummy. I had the grilled cheese which was huge and delicious. The boys got the pancakes and pizza. Their food came with a side of chocolate yogurt. They loved it so much, I had to order another side of it for both of them. read more

We stumbled upon this place by happenstance and were greatly impressed. this is a Huge place with inside and outside seating and a giant green area with activities for children (we cant have everything) and a band stand for entertainment. With a smokehouse in the back and herbs and veggies growing around this was super cool. They have Sutton milk in the little store as well as some other stuff. Mehh on my specialty drink that was a little too hip for me. food was good and we had a nice afternoon. Service was a bit rough but we understand due to the crowd at the time. read more

I recently moved to Palm City (from Deerfield Beach) and while there are less vegan restaurants, I've had a great time navigating my way through the new city. I stumbled upon this gem a while back and just had the opportunity to check it out for lunch with one of my girlfriends. It's a very vegan friendly restaurant with quite a few choices on the menu. The service was a little slow and we were kind of taken back by the fact that we had to wait (a considerable amount of time) for someone to leave to have a high chair for my 11 month old; just FYI, there's a whole kids play area so one would think they'd accommodate a little more for the kiddos. Anywho, the food was delicious, there were plenty of choices for (vegan) deserts and they have a happy hour that starts at 2pm. I can definitely say that we will be frequent visitors going forward! They even have a little market when you walk in with TONS of vegan goodies! read more

Service was terrible. We didn't receive one of our appetizers, we barely saw our waitress. The pasta dish came out cold. We enjoyed the crab dip but weren't given enough crackers and were charged for more crackers. This restaurant will not be on our list for a return visit. read more

I had been wanting to try this place after seeing ads on Facebook. My plans for lunch in Stuart changed to accommodate a dog friendly request by one in attendance. We arrived shortly after noon and were quickly seated. The outdoor dining area has an adjacent play area for kids that appears safe to allow them to folic while you enjoy your meal. The server was excellent! She brought beverages and refills quickly, knew the menu, and was very "smiley". Two people ordered pork belly entrees and I ordered the heirloom tomato salad with a side of chicken salad. The presentation was lovely. The staff is great. The location would be awesome if I lived in Martin County. The only problem, and this is not necessarily their fault. Within an hour my stomach started to gurgle and I become sick. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere, so I will return and probably avoid salad and go for a cooked meal. read more

So excited to find a trendy cool place like this! Not exactly vegetarian heaven, but they do have enough interesting vegetarian dishes to choose from. They have a gorgeous market with local goods and bakery/coffee in the front. The second indoor area with open kitchen, light and airy dining and a beautiful bar along with some couches and lounge seating. Outdoors, they have additional (covered) dining and a big yard with a stage, small building where they smoke their meats, a food truck that they open for special occasions, fire pit, cornhole, pretty planters & lighting, etc. Kids are able to run around within eyesight of parents. Below is my awful dining experience. CoLab owners and management team are cowards for not acknowledging their role or even attempting to be better. I visited here recently. Did my normal thing which is to inform wait staff that I am Celiac. Then asked, since they claim to have gluten free bread, if they could make the vegetarian bahn mi sandwich gluten free. Was told no problem. I asked multiple times and was assured by the chef it was safe. It was not. This was not just cross contamination. There were gluten ingredients in the food. Service was very good Ambiance was great except the live music, a man who singing and playing guitar outside who wasn't bad if you were dining outside, but inside one can only hear the voice really loud and no guitar... it was like someone was wailing in pain. Finally a restaurant to be excited over!!! What a treat! I'm afraid to say I almost didn't go because I was trying to make a reservation and there weren't any available and I wasn't sure how busy or not it was going to be but we decided to go right at 5 which is opening time for the dinner shift and there were people already waiting. Well we got in line and got a table with ease and to be honest the restaurant never really got that busy the whole 2 hours we were there. I think there is something up with the reservation options because there were still plenty of tables when we left. When you walk in there is a little store with fresh veggies and jams and baked goods as well as some of the amazing smoked meats they make. Once we sat they gave us a menu that was differ t from what it shows online and it was even better. We ordered some apps and one of the main "boards". EVERYTHING was excellent!!! The okra was the most different thing and so amazing in some kind of spicy Korean bbq or something over some like hummus with extra tahini to take the spice down. It was killer ! Mushrooms taco were great with some kind of barilla dipping sauce and then the fried kimchi was ever probably my favorite but idk it's so hard to say. Chad went ham on the brisket board which came with the best collard greens I've ever had in my life and being a souther girl I've had a lot !! Chad said the brisket was the best he ever had and I had to agree it was up there!! It also came with corn bread, sweet potato casserole and some pickled veggies!!! Great spot! The bread appetizer with the salted butter, garlic and pimento spread are to die for. The wings are equally delicious and we had a great dish entree. Love the Abuelita tequila drink. I also can't get enough of the house vinaigrette they sell in the front market My only issue here is at times it does get warm inside and I know there are flies sometimes part of living in Florida with a mixed indoor outdoor space, however I feel like it's still worth the visit. read more

The good: ice tea has a nice twist on it, flavors of food are great, the place itself is beautifully designed so you like being there. The not so great: for a restaurant that seems very kid friendly their kid meals are not great. The chicken "tenders" were overcrusted ones you buy in bulk at restaurant depot and I'm not even sure how they cook them because they don't have a deep fryer. No fries. No real kid friendly sides other than fruit and salad (which is delicious, if you're an adult). Keep in mind this restaurant is very brine and pickle forward, pretty much that's the thing. If it can be brined, they'll put it on the menu. read more

No soothing music, loud, loud noise due to acoustics and room being quite full of people. Difficult HEARING what my friend was saying! Ordered rather basic food, due to limited lunch menu options. GYRO pizza dough was RAW. Looked RAW, felt raw, WAS raw. How it wasn't noticed before it was served, is a mystery! Looked unappealing. Onions, feta, brisket looked 'dumped' on the raw dough. Took a small piece of brisket. It was salty and tasteless. Needless to say, unedible. BASIC pizza was tasteless! By description, thought it was a margarita pizza. Big on crusty bread, looked orange. Guess cheese melted and mixed in with sauce. Hungry so ate 1/2. Friend with raw dough pizza had some. Ice tea and French press coffee ok. Granted, the raw pizza was removed from bill...would hope so! Don't think we'll drive an hour to give it another try. read more

Nothing I tried I liked. Not all drinks are pictured here. After the 3rd one I ordered and was unable to drink I gave up. I know all taste buds are different but wow they were extremely salty and spicy. If that's what you like then this place is for you! I didn't try the food but I liked the ambiance. Absolutely terrible from start to finish. Here are some highlights: *they seated a visibly handicapped person outside with shaky lawn chairs. We had to ask several times to be seated in a better area. They finally moved us to a table inside. We were six people (2 children). The table was like for 10-12 people. We could barely talk to each other. *it took over an hour to order (yes, it was brunch, so we expected a wait, but the inside wasn't even filled up) *all the food was terrible, especially the pancakes that came out raw. Sent them back. Came back raw again. *not the waitstaff's fault, but he was running around like a chicken without his head. We had to make an effort to catch his eye, and say we wanted to order. This was after waiting over an hour already. *ordered 2 bottles of root-beer. No glass, no ice, no straw. Just an open bottle *Chai tea we ordered was terrible Positives: *they were quick with the bill. No waiting. /s *took the pancakes and one bottle of soda off the bill *gave a free cake pop to one of the children Overall, the restaurant is badly managed. All the employees are running around like crazy doing what I don't know. Because they certainly aren't checking on customers. I mean this literally. Overpriced, small portions and just okay service. When we asked for anything, the answer was "no, but..." The $12 kids chicken tenders came with 2 tenders and a small bowl of fruit that was maybe a palm full. The $9 kids eggs and bacon was in fact, not eggs, but a single egg and 2 small slices of bacon with the same palm full size of fruit. Both of my children left hungry and they are not huge eaters. If I wanted to add chicken to my salad, the total price of the salad would be $30 AND the waiter said himself that the chicken is not a big portion. They do have fans to combat the heat if you're sitting outside, but I've one by our table was broken and the other one had a loud squeaking noise the entire time. To top it off, we had to ask for the check 3 times and the nice woman that was clearing the plates was actually the one to get it for us. I only ate there once I might try it again. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong thing. A lot of healthy foods presentation was beautiful atmosphere was nice. My sister and I tried two different things and we shared them and when we got to the conch salad, we kind of pushed it away. Think it was raw or slimy. We just don't eat stuff like that.
