It Always has a Biblical scripture or saying. Today I made an appointment to just kinda follow up from having had 3 extractions & a root removed in June following our Family Cruise. All The Dentist I 've seen have been Amazing; they identify each other by their 1st names (interesting) but I like it. Today I had the Pleasure to be seen by Dr. Sara or Susan . Their staff is extremely friendly and nice and accommodating. I especially like the front desk lady with the brown hair and glasses. She is phenomenal. She is on top of it! I'm only rating 4 stars because when I went in to get my filling at first, I had the Doctor Who had a busted blood vessel in his left eye. He seemed to be under stress. When he did my tooth it looked like SpongeBob. It went by quickly he seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. Being an advocate of my health, I did request for him to shorten it some more because my tooth was clearly wider and larger than the left tooth. He did just that. And asked me to bite down, I bit but my bite felt different. He said that my bite should adjust. So I went along that weekend and I tried to eat later that day, and it was very hard for me to eat. I tried to speak and say certain words, but my mouth couldn't form it. This is just from two teeth getting done. It was uncomfortable. I called them and complained because there was too much composite on my teeth and I couldn't function properly. So I went back in the following week and Dr. Hannah took care of me. They shaved down my teeth some more so that my mouth could close properly. It worked! I have been extremely pleased since then. I am happy they were able to see me again and fix everything. All in all if the doctors are under stress, they shouldn't be at work and they should never try to rush people out of there. I appreciate the doctors that I've had there that take their time and accommodate me patiently.

He has a wonderful staff too...They also care. Amanda & Christy have taken time to explain my condition and options because they understand and (like I said) they care. Christy may be the new hygienist on the block (at the practice ...lol) but she brings a wealth of experience with her. She's great!! She offered advice to me about things I could do to improve my oral health based on things she knew from past experience. What a gem!! I highly recommend this dental practice!

Everyone was very helpful in scheduling and he was made comfortable the day of the procedure as he was very nervous. His procedure was done in under an hour and his recovery pain was minimal. The office checked on him the following morning and the dr was available after hours to answer our questions about some renewed bleeding my son experienced on day two which was a Saturday. The office even called to follow up on that after the weekend. Everything healed nicely.

He numbed me and came back about 10 minutes later. From many years experience with dentists, I know when I not numb, so when he started yanking on my tooth, I immediately felt pain and raised my hand. I told him I felt pain, so he gave me more novacaine, but instead of waiting 10 minutes like before, this guy started yanking on the tooth right away! Again, I felt pain, raised my hand and said, "I can still feel that." He was behind me, and I could feel and hear an abrupt move that he made, and then I saw the plastic glasses he was wearing FLYING THROUGH THE AIR AND LANDING ON THE COUNTER ACROSS THE ROOM, followed by him saying, "I'm going to have to come back then!" in an obviously irritated manner. Let me first say that I struggle with posting this review because Dr. Richter is the best dentist…read moreI've ever had. The office staff are always polite and professional. I was getting on the transplant list for a kidney but I needed dental clearance. I contacted a charity called Donated Dental who told me that Dr. Richter will be donating his services. I was blessed that I got free dentures and my teeth pulled. He even found a surgeon to donate his time to remove the one he couldn't. I saw him maybe 5 times for fittings. A year later I received a call from the dentist office saying that they received paperwork for another transplant clearance. I still didn't have medical or dental insurance with my job because I had not paid my first copay. When they called me I assumed that it was under Donated Dental. A couple of day after the transplant clearance I went in for a fitting. When it was over they handed me a bill for almost 7 hundred dollars. I'm on disability and they knew I went through donated dental for help. I dont know why when they called that they didn't let know this was out of pocket The lady who is very nice made me a little intimidated. I tried to explain but she just stared and said nothing. I went into my wallet to give my dental card and prayed it went through. Later that day I got a call saying it wasn't valid. If I had the money I would have paid them because they are so nice. 6 months later I was in court with a lawsuit demanding money. I had my wages garnished but for $1,200. I dont understand how a great thing could go so wrong. I wanted to do something nice for him but couldn't afford it. I instead i wrote a letter to the newspaper who published it. In the letter I thanked him and his staff and the service I would like to think that was a communication disconnect. I thought anything dealing with my transplant was through Donated Dental. First time being sued. I'm not upset but I am disappointed. I dont get it. They knew my situation and still sued. I work part-time and with this pandemic found it hard to keep my head above water. No hard feelings. Being garnished on a part-time job is rough. I would have fought it but between dialysis and working I couldn't defend myself. I hope he reads this and know I never meant to stiff him. I'm not that type of person. Again thanks you Richter Dental. I noticed that they responded to all if the reviews except mine. The reason why is that I totally told the truth and no one will address why they did this to me. I contacted Donated Dental who tried to help me get my money back but wasn't able to because they are the go between. They did look at the paperwork I sent them and saw clear as day that on the sheet for liability, I wrote donated dental. They did encourage me to seek restitution through a Civil suit. Donated Dental says that at no time was i supposed to pay for anything. I would like a response telling me why I was sued and garnished for a service that was supposed to be through charity. 1
