I was told to wait for my order, yet no one ever followed up or asked which order I was waiting for, even as customers were starting to queue up and confusion grew. The timing of our visits has been different each time, but we have always had "Beau" as our bartender and server. He's great with his guests and exceptional at service. The is place is big with lots of seating. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer and didn't see the server again for 30 minutes. She took our order and refilled 1 drink of 7. An hour later, our food comes out.My sister ordered a burger with no cheese on a gluten free bun. It came with cheese. She let them know. They sent out a new one on focochia bun. Again, not what she ordered. My daughter ordered a salad but had no silverware. She asked for a set and never got it. We went to get silverware from the bar so she could eat after the server came back again without it. Drinks were never refilled. Wouldn't go back due to service. The good was okay. Here's the thing... the food is great, most of the time. The service is great, some of the time... The management... well... um... I don't know who else to blame then management?! My photos and video are from a Friday night approx 645pm... the restaurant was less than 1/2 full. We were quoted 45min wait... I said there's empty tables everywhere... the hostess said, "well, it's really hard on the servers to get too many tables at once"... then your servers need to be trained better. Your kitchen needs to be trained better. Your hostesses need to be trained better. Give me a break. This place should have been PACKED TO THE BRIM AND STILL HAD A WAIT ON A FRIDAY NIGHT.... But people were leaving when told 45 min wait. There's no excuse for this... Only incompetence. And it's losing the company money. Sad. Because it's a great place. Had a last minute errand and wanted to watch the game. Stopped by this place for lunch and beer. Pretty decent. It was fairly empty for a Sunday. But lucky for us; we could her things quickly. The manager of this location has the absolute worst attitude I've ever experienced in a restaurant. The way he treated the two DoorDash drivers waiting for their orders to come out was unacceptable. Once their orders did come out he made a snide comment about the one who'd be waiting longer and that really pissed me off. My husband and I quickly finished and left. Really enjoy coming here for a drink and to catch the game. This location is not very big inside, but they have a large outdoor patio with seating and TVs too. We got there early but there was a line waiting by the time we were done. They have a really big menu for both drinks and food. Great menu for draft beers with a huge selection - definitely one of the better places around in that regard. Food is solid here! Apps are great sizes and definitely enough to share. Most recently tried the Buffalo Chicken Tots and the Cheeseburger Fries. Both are delicious! On GameDay, each TV is designated for a certain team/game which is very helpful. Good atmosphere too! Went in there with a friend for a drink one afternoon and sign said to seat ourselves as no one was anywhere around when we went in! We sat in a booth in the front corner of restaurant. Best part of the burger as I took one bite after my client complained.... The best part was the pepper jack cheese which was doubled and the bacon which was tripled but not cooked separately. I cook at my own home, but when clients ask me for stuff I pick it up, I've gone here personally for a few years and it's sad to see them water down their whole menu including liquor. My Bartender, Eric was less than helpful or friendly and sadly I left a 10 tip on a 36.11 tab cause I felt bad. 2/10 strictly for somewhere public to go. I don't think it will have occurred to us visiting Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers (CB&C) any time in the near future, as any of my review readers can attest, I am not one for Sports Bars, (yet willing to try them) especially unvarying and unexceptional chain sports bars. Particularly when they have at least eleven such local outposts in the Metro Valley Area. I have to say that SquareOne Concepts has come up with THE pervasive style of bar scene with total lack of exceptionality, yet they seem to get good sized crowds, and I have to say great French fries! If not for recently gifted gift card to CB&C, we may never have come. First, the place is very sterile, lacking in personality, and barren of any character whatsoever. Second, service seems moderate, but uncaring. No hello upon entering, no goodbye let alone thank you when leaving. Our server was good within the confines of what she has to work with - bless her. In our first and recent visit to this location we did not have much of a choice 'cause everything is basically saloon or stadium eats, nothing but bar food. With things with names like BaconLT, Phoenix Philly, Nashville Chicken or Cincinnati Dog! We thought we'd give it a chance with some basics like fried pickles, a hot dog and a Reuben with some drinks. The Fried Pickles were so over battered and salty you could barely distinguish the pickle, with dreadfully tasting chipotle dipping sauce, needless to say we sent it back... a Hot Dog (the Cincinnati) an extremely charred jumbo split dog along with almost no discernable hint of beef chili, yet plenty of onions with some shredded cheddar, which was served with not very good sweet potato fries. And then there's my Reuben (the California Reuben) with charred edged spam-like tasting pastrami, nicely melted Swiss cheese, a wet and sloppy coleslaw that inundated my sammich, along with some Wishbone 1000 island dressing - but I must say, the sourdough bread was pretty darn good. I must add that the Arnold Palmer my wife ordered was watered down to tasteless! My Pacifico beer pint was iced cold and great! In closing, I don't think we're fans. CB&C didn't seem to go out of their way to create our customer satisfaction, so I don't think we as customers can go out of our way to patron. Sorry. read more

You will have a blast cheering for your team with other fans, or just enjoying the atmosphere and the food. The one thing I don't like is being nickeled and dimed. All burgers come with chips - sometimes good, mostly overcooked and burnt. So annoying to have an extra charge for fries. Burgers go with fries! Period! You know that, everybody knows that. Just raise the price of the burger if you must. Finally, the bathrooms just went through a much-needed remodeling. Unfortunately, somebody missed the memo. Floor drains should be below floor level, not raised. Add a manual urinal (instead of an automatic flush), throw in some drunks that can't aim or bother to flush, and you end up with a restroom that smells worse than a NY city subway entrance. Food is good - standard American staples. This is my third time at this location and it will be my last. The service at the bar, well...it just stinks. Visited on a Saturday afternoon, college games on but bar and restaurant only 1/4 full. Ordered cocktail and asked for a food menu. Fifteen minutes later, I asked one of the two bartenders on shift (bar back also on shift) if I could place a food order. Sure. There's basic math: the more a customer orders, the higher the tip. The service was good until it was time for payment. We had a $100 gift card and put cash down for the remaining amount. The waitress took this payment and charged the cash before using the gift cards. She made the corrections after we brought it back to her, but ended up being there for another 20 minutes waiting for it to be corrected. There was a lot of ppl so I just chalked it up to her having a lot of tables. So by the time I did catch up with her I was ready to go and didn't want to wait for a replacement or ordering something different so I just paid the check and left.
