She enjoyed her meal as it was covered in sauce and looked like the photo on the menu. I was jealous lol

A great location!!! You can literally do everything from having tires put on, to grocery shopping and making a Target run, in this vicinity. Love it! We came here for lunch and had a very nice waitress who was also catering! The food was OK but, I regret getting what I ordered for myself which was the Cajun pasta, because it was hella dry. Very disappointed !!! My lil Cousin ordered the same meal but she wanted broccoli as shown in the photo on the menu and they upcharged $3.00 for the broccoli. I too wanted the photo menu item and was confused as to why our meals looked different. Once we seen the check we quickly figured that out! The kids meals were filling for my other Lil Cousin which came with 2 sliders and an apple sauce. Cute! Recommendation: I recommend that Chilli's put a code on the games at the table computer so that, children can't just pick it up and start playing it... who knew that they cost $2.99 per game played? I was nonchalant at first thinking, oh nice, they give the kiddies a game to play while they wait for their food, until my other Lil minor cousin told me that the games came with a price! I had no clue, as it's not often, that I'm out with kids! ‍ The waitress had management to remove the charge after I asked, why wouldn't they have it locked so that broke minor children don't take it upon themselves to play it! I'd eat here again but, I'm never getting pasta from here...I'll leave that up to Olive Garden. Shout out to the youthful human who brung out the chips and salsa before I could even order them. He was fast! Give the waitress and this youthful human, 7 months off with pay... well deserved!!! Kuddos to them! There's plenty of parking onsite!

Chili's is always good for us. Especially at this location, we always have great service and it's pretty quick to get food in and out. We mostly go for the Molten Lava Cake, that's a must when we go here. Keep up the good food chilis

There are things that have gotten better about Chili's and things that went....Down Let's start with the ups: Our waitress was amazing Olivia!! Busy and very attentive to her guests! Cheese sticks are upgraded and delicious! Cheesy! Olivia amazing... Southwest eggrolls is a go to for my wife, consistent! Olivia amazing... Street Corn good, Olivia amazing... Drinks stayed filled... Olivia amazing... Your Main go to for Chili's fajitas missed the mark on so many levels. you don't get guacamole, steaks should have just come from dollar tree (ouch). Steak was hard to chew, missed the flavor mark, texture and cooked unevenly. The one thing you are know for you have destroyed, you need to reconsider your meat source. Shrimp were over cooked (yellow in the picture), veggies like mush in your mouth. Olivia amazing... BOH cleanliness was an issue from where we were sitting there was trash and food on the floor. At one point one of the female servers walked to the BOH, Trash dropped to the ground and there is stayed with the rest of the trash on the floor for another 20 minuets...... We will now reconsider what we order to give them another shot. Frankly Olivia was the star of the experience.

Good food. Cool drink (witche's brew). We sat at the bar and service was a little slow but not a deal breaker. It's chilis, not a 5 star restaurant. The $6 margarita was well worth it.

Ordered the 3 for me meal. Never disappoints! Food was fresh and service was fast. Waitress was quick with refills for my drink.

This is going to sound funny, but we came here due to a tiktok. My date saw a tiktok of the pillowy soft cheese "sticks" with different flavors on them, and couldn't stop thinking about them. I came in around 9:20 pm, I literally thought I walked into the wrong place. I didn't realize they modernized the place. I haven't been to a chilis in over ten years. It looked great. Our server was super nice and friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the cheese sticks with two different flavors to start us off. Then I ordered the triple dipper or something, southwestern egg rolls, chicken tenders and sliders. Then my date ordered some BBQ sampler of sorts. The one thing we came here for was the biggest disappointment of the night. The cheese wasn't melted, due to not being in the fryer long enough. It was luke warm, rubbery but kind of crumbly, it just killed all of our hopes and dreams of a foot long cheese pull. It was depressing. The my food came out after, egg rolls were barely warm, chicken tenders were good, sliders were barely warm and lacked in every department possible. The BBQ platter he liked and said it was edible. We ended up taking the food home still since paid for it. Now the topping on the cake...we went to pay on their electric machine. Their percentages were not correct. They were over charging patrons. So we spoke up about it and our server acted like he didn't know. He may or may not have, who knows. He takes out the battery to our machine and hand runs our bill. Honestly this all could have been a good experience but it was an epic fail, ambiance has improved a ton though...

Was it the best meal of my life? No. Was it clean? Yes. Was the server attentive? Yes. Did my son and I enjoy time together? 100%! I've been dying to try the Nashville Mozzarella Sticks for months now. They were as crispy and gooey and cheese filled as the trends and social media showcase! I had to stop after two because *GASP* they were so cheesy. Mind you, this is not a complaint! My son had the cheese pizza and ate it all. It was a successful trip and we will be back!!

Brand new location. Small restaurant but very open. Parking can be challenging as it shares a lot with Texas Roadhouse and Dennys. Ordered a steak and was served incorrect item, quickly corrected and manager apologized. Good service and hot food. Will be back!

We had great service, our waiter was friendly and attentive! We ordered drinks and they came out quickly and together we shared mozzarella sticks, and the 3 for Me deal! I got the ole timer with cheese and it was a pretty decent burger! The bun was a bit soggy and the mozzarella sticks and sauce could have used a bit more flavor, but overall not bad for a chain restaurant! This restaurant was also very nicely kept! Very clean, everything seemed updated, lots of tvs at the bar, I would recommend for an easy meal if you're in the area!

In between cocktails, we shared a couple of snacks that were such a welcome addition -- something you sadly don't always find at local speakeasies! The service was top-notch thanks to our bartender Rocco, whose knowledge and attention to detail made the experience even more fun. Of course, this place is known for its cocktails, so naturally they should be great--but trust me, I've been to several cocktail-only establishments that were lackluster. Absolutely NOT the case here. You could literally put all the pages of the menu on a wall, throw a dart, and whatever you hit would be delicious and interesting in its own right. The place is a little small, but honestly, that's what I love about it. It feels cozy in all the right ways. It's also very relaxing, floating along the sea with some delightful surprises here and there. We ordered several drinks, but one that's not on the menu (and they do make it) is the Pearl Diver, which is magnificent here. The mixologists and servers are all amazing and should be proud of themselves for bringing such an experience to Gilbert.

There were 6 of us on a Sunday night and we still able to be seated right away as they put two 4-top tables together (due to mobility issues for some party members we couldn't use the high-top tables). The restaurant is smaller inside than expected...they have a long bar with an estimated 12-16 seats and then mostly 6-person tables filling the rest of the floor. Even with the tighter seating quarters, the noise level was fine as we were easily able to hear each other talk. Their food menu has the staples you'd expect from a pub- wings, salads, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches and a few other entrees. We all ordered different items and most everyone enjoyed their meal. My youngest got the Asian BBQ chicken sandwich and it was so wet he struggled to eat it. My Caeser salad was average...could have used more parmesan and had black pepper available. They have a large beer selection with at least 60 beers on tap, and many more beers available in bottles. I tried a local hefeweizen from the tap and it hit the spot. They have plenty of TVs for watching sports...the NCAA games were on and it was enjoyable watching the actions while dining. Their prices were equitable to other similar establishments and we liked the location as it's pretty low-key. Overall, this is a good place for food, drinks and fun.
