This turned out to be one of the more pleasant Cold Stone's I've ever been in. The girl working was super nice and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her if I took a while to make up my mind what to have. Fortunately there was no one else in there so no one had to wait on me, customers I mean. I would have stepped aside anyway though. It was such a hot day outside but it was very pleasant in the ice cream shop and that's the main reason I went in there. I got what I usually get, the little kids cone, it's just the right amount of ice cream for me. I tasted about three flavors and ended up with the salted caramel. Or maybe it was the creme brulee. They were both so good it was a hard choice. The little cone that came with the ice cream was just about the crispiest ice cream cone I've ever had. Because it wasn't super busy at that hour of the day I was able to sit at a table and conduct some business on my phone without being a problem. I left in a really good mood. I wish I'd gotten the employee's name so I could give her a shout out. read more

This is your typical Cold Stone Creamery. The employees are friendly and down to earth. The ice cream is fattening and delicious. The pricing is standard. We came here on Sunday night and had a great experience. I ordered the birthday cake remix in a waffle cup and enjoyed every bite. I love the cake batter ice cream! Come check them out! Most flavors were out but the workers provided alternatives politely. I had no problems with customer service however an older short hispanic male interrupted my order telling the employees they were doing everything wrong and it was clear he could not hear or understand anyone in the store. Worst Service! We went into Cold Stone about 30 minutes prior to close one evening. I had never been there so I asked to try several flavors (that's why they let you try it, right?) The employee, Chris, was awful! He was rude & kept slamming the scoop around. He threw the knife he was using to cut bananas behind him onto the counter when he was finished making our ice cream. I tried to be super nice to him, but he kept rolling his eyes & acting like he was completely put out about having to serve us. 1. if you are open until 10, then you are open until 10. it's ice cream...hardly any clean up whatsoever 2. if you have taste spoons, expect peple to taste it. 3. if you have a problem with being nice to people, get another job The ice cream was ok & the facilities were super clean. I know when Cold Stone first opened, they were very discerning about their employees. It seems like they have really relaxed their expectations. read more
