Me and my girlfriend was just driving through the area and saw the store cold stone decided that we want ice cream. Honestly wanted soft serve they didnt have any but they a had alot of variety in choices of ice cream abd toppings. I gave it a try and ordered myself an oreo cookies and cream with fudge and rainbow sprinkles. They habe their own unique style of making their icecream. The lines can get crazy on Friday and Saturday nights so go early and freeze it for after dinner or just have it early in the week. I love cold stone ice cream! Their signature creations are awesome, personal favorite is birthday cake remix! Although I love coming here, I only have one complaint.. they always serve their ice cream a little more melted than what it should be. It's disappointing since they don't have a sitting area, most times it has to be taken to go. Even when I've eaten it there I still feel like it's too melted. This is on the corner next to an antique store i believe so it may be easy to miss this place. It gets busy with hs kids a lot and some of the kids working behind the counter are a bit too excited to be working there l o l. Terrible all around! My husband and niece stopped here because it's only a few minutes from our house - not only was the service incredibly slow (30 min. wait in a short line) but their orders were wrong. All that was ordered were 3 simple milkshakes - 1)cookies&cream: tasted terrible and was handed to him in pure liquid form not frozen; 2) vanilla: although a simple vanilla milkshake was ordered, they put caramel drizzle all over the cup and my niece was rushed away from the counter by the next customer needing to be served so she felt awkward trying to ask the worker to please fix because she didn't order and doesn't like caramel; and, 3) chocolate: handed to my husband again in a liquid form as if the worker had left a scoop of chocolate ice cream in the sun and then poured it into a cup to serve as a shake- might as well have microwaved it. Disgusting!!!! If I was there I would have demanded my money back and am only not driving back there because my husband has begged me to let it go. I usually have a great experience when I come here, but tonight I was very dissapointed. The girl that made my ice cream was extremely rude from the start. From the moment she asked how she could help me she seemed extremely annoyed to be there. She rushed my whole order, did not mix any of the ice cream, and put all of 2 rainbow sprinkles in mine. Ordered on DoorDash as I always do and have never had an issue. I ordered a love it as usual and when my ice cream arrived it was the smaller size, not what I ordered. I'm not one to complain, but when you're paying almost $11 for a cup of ice cream you'd hope it was what you actually ordered. Figured it was just a mistake so I called to speak with someone from cold stone, she was very friendly and told me if I came into the store she'd have someone make a new one and apologized several times. I drove to the store where I was met by a very rude employee who persisted to tell me that I was wrong and that he was the one who made my ice cream and " of his 15 years working here he never makes mistakes" he continued to tell me I was wrong and argued in front of a long line of customers. As someone who's been coming here for the past 8 years, I've never experienced such a rude and disrespectful employee. Needless to say he then turned around and went inside and made me a new one. Then came back with the ice cream in his hand and goes " doesn't this one look exactly like the first one I made you" I replied no because that one is the correct size, said thank you and walked away. I got a large cup of vanilla with Reese's pieces Brownie and hot fudge. When she was putting it all in the cup I asked her if she could put a little hot fudge on top. I watch her use a diff form so when she was ringing me up I asked her if she used hot fudge or syrup on top and she said I used Hot Fudge both time. When I got home and opened it, it was clearly Syrup on top. I got no recipet but when I did the math, she actually charged me for it. Just cannot stand being lied to read more

Placed order online. Went 15 minutes later to pick up and they do not have order. Asked us to write it down. We give telephone number, name and order number and after ten minutes they come and tell us that they found it and making it. Girl apologized and was nice. Stuff like that happens and with all the craziness that is not my complaint. My complaint is that during this pandemic, all are required to wear masks. I am parked directly outside door all but one employee following the rules. One female employee is wearing it on neck. While they were looking for order, I asked if they could have her wear the mask as she is making orders - got dirty look from girl and something said but since you must wait outside door for order, could not hear what. But did the girl comply- no- still not wearing mask- scary in time like this and guess will not frequent businesses that won't comply with mask rules. read more

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I bought a cheesecake for my daughter on 1/31/15 current weather 22 degrees. By 7PM the cake melted in my refridgerator. Went down to the store and basically was yelled at by the new manager ADRE ESPINOLA. THIS IS AN ICRECREAM STORE YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES. Paid $28 dollars.
