Cold Stone is my favorite place to get ice cream but this location, I don't recommend. The store hours are 1100-0000. I arrived at 1115 ready to get my ice cream fix on and the gate was partially down and the lights out. After another 20 minutes, Someone finally arrived and put on the open sign. Well they weren't in fact open and the stone in the Cold Stone was not cold. He asked me to please wait another 15 minutes while he set up and prepared the stone. I gave them 25 minutes and reentered the store still anxious to get my ice cream. The person took my order and then took another 5-7 minutes to put the add-ons in order and wipe down the counter. When he finally made my order, the Stone was still not cold and it became a melted mess. I was so upset by the whole thing that I just wanted to walk out but since I had waited so long, I didn't all that time wasted so brought it home and shoved it in the freezer. In the end it tasted ok but was not worth the whole ordeal. I went there because this one has parking as opposed to the other location. Don't let the free parking fool you! The unprofessionalism and unpreparedness will frustrate you. read more

Visited with my mother for her 101 birthday recently. After lunch she asked for ice cream at the creamery. Small cup of strawberry at $9.00 seems a bit much. Mom really enjoys the ice cream I just don't get how a family of say 4 can afford it. read more

I've been in here a few times over the past few years. The ice cream is decent as expected from the chain but the place looks a little bit of a mess. Run down. The people working there can be a little rude and lazy. There's typically only one person most of the time managing everything so the lines can get long fast. I've been in there before and they've been out of cones. That's pretty bad for a place that's kinda supposed to sell ice cream. Delicious. Service is fine, it varies but it's to be expected. You can't go to a McDonalds and expect high end service. Many employees are teens. Some are great some are ok, but the ice cream is delicious and overall the place is great. Would suggest more fresh berries and fruits for toppings as well. That would top off the variety. read more

BEWARE if you order a cake. This Cold Stone is run terribly. I've ordered a cake from them TWICE and TWICE I went to pick it up, and it was never made. That is 2 occasions I didn't get the cake that I custom ordered & paid for days in advance. The manager never answers his employees phone calls and apparently he's the only person who gets the cake orders. It's a shame that they let incompetent people take on roles that they can't handle. The ice cream is extremely delicious! However the Cups are extremely overpriced; for two small cups of ice cream we paid $15. However the ice cream cakes are priced well; we paid $30 for an entire ice cream cake which is amazing! They need to adjust the prices for the small ice cream cups. Went here after movies and dinner at Fridays. While ice cream is divine, service sucks big time. There was one worker when I walked in and few people on the line. She clearly needed help, because kids she was serving took time to pick their ice cream. In the meantime line grew. She is still alone, I knock on the office door and politely ask if they have someone else to help. I am told that since store is not making money at the moment, they cannot keep too much staff in rotation. Huh????? Never heard that before, but ok. Finally another girl comes out, she is African American, I am white and the friend I am treating for his birthday is half black half Puerto Rican. Right away there is an attitude. Even though we are not even holding hands or kissing or anything like that because we are just friends and nothing more. When I asked to speak to a manager the staff rudely questioned why "I " needed to - someone claiming to be the manager "Mike" came out to speak with me. I am leaving two stars just because I really enjoy this ice cream! Otherwise I would give 0! Terrible customer service! First of all if there is a line-be ready to wait 25-40 min! And doesn't matter how many people in front of you, you will be waiting around half an hour even if it's just 3 person before you! I asked them to put my ice cream in a waffle bowl and he just started to make this bowl in front of me.(but usually they supposed to prepare them before). And instead of waiting for couple minutes,he just put my ice cream in a hot waffle bowl!!! When I really polite told him that it's not okay,that ice cream will melt really fast-he started making faces with his coworker and in a very rude way put my ice cream in a regular cup and throw the waffle away! Please, train your stuff! They can't be so rude and so slow. I've been to other locations and I saw how very little time it takes to help customer with the ice cream. I'm not big on ice cream at all. I go in here maybe once a year when my stepdaughter wants to buy me ice cream on my birthday. The ice cream is good, but it's very expensive. I've been in this location about 4 times, and the tables and chairs are always dirty and in need of cleaning. Also, there is no bathroom in this place to rinse your sticky hands after you have a sundae. Going here once a year is fine for me!! read more
