Firstly, the employees did an exemplary job of handling a large family order quickly and efficiently and were so friendly during a seeming difficult order. I ordered the 6 pack of cupcakes for my son's birthday. They had freezer burn and were horrible. I reached out to customer service and was repeatedly told someone would contact me. I had a birthday BOGO to use & my mom & I were having a desire for ice cream. It was really quiet in the shop which meant wonderful service. The two gentlemen that were there were absolutely wonderful & extremely patient. While she and I ate, two parents were bringing their children after school and the man who waited on them was so patient & sweet I also got the chance to try their new Pink Lemonade Ice Cream & it was DELICIOUS!! It was subtle but it had the perfect taste of lemonade. Good ice cream from a chain restaurant when you're craving something sweet. I got the Birthday Cake Remix (cake batter ice cream, rainbow sprinkles, brownie, and fudge). The place was moderately crowded, but they had several employees working so line went quickly. All of the employees were very friendly. Friendly service. In a busy outdoor mall area. Parking is plentiful but it's off a small street off the Main Street. It's a bit pricey than other ice cream places but they do give a lot. This is my second time in this location. The first time was on a non holiday weeknight and we were in and out. This being Fathers Day the guys that only get their kids every other weekend and then this Sunday have decided to bring their kids out for a special treat. I'm glad they chose a quality spot and are having an active part in their children's lives unlike Hershel Walker who can't even remember how many kids he has even though he said that absent fathers are a problem in this country. Maybe Mr. Walker took his kids to a Cold Stone today. While this one has napkins on the floor the staff is operating like a well oiled machine. We walked in 30 min prior to closing, half of the lights were off, and all 4 of the girls working were busy cleaning and really didn't acknowledge us walking in. We had to ask if they were still open, at which point one of them came over to serve us. 2 stayed on their phones, and one was actively cleaning....I was a bit concerned about her cleaning the glass cases in close proximity to where the slabs for mixing the ice cream were. Before we left, 8-9 people walked in behind us, and still the same girl was the only one serving anyone. This is actually our second similar experience at this location. This was my favorite ice cream store for years. Over the past year it has become my least favorite. The portions are smaller, the prices have risen, and the help has become less friendly. They stopped giving tastes of samples. The tables are dirty and the floors need to be swept. The counters have finger prints that look days old. The girls stand around talking like 4th graders instead of keeping the store looking spiffy. Today when I paid I was waiting for the girl to ask me to input my rewards account information. She processed my card and when I asked about entering my card number she acted annoyed and said "too late", pleased sign the top copy. I had to ask for napkins. Amazing! I went around 6:30 pm on a Sunday. It's located in the shopping area,so it's a pretty busy location. Even though there was a long line, I was able to get my smoothie & get in and out in less than 7 minutes. Even though cold stone is known for their ice cream, they also sell milkshakes & smoothies. They have a variety of flavored. I got a regular sized strawberry mango smoothie. The smoothie was a 10/10. It tasted amazing. I'm not a big fan of smoothies but cold stone made me a believer! I really recommend coming to this location. There's indoor & outdoor seating. I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area. read more

This coldstone is in a very good location, placed in the middle of a giant (open) shopping center. I ordered the like it Cookies & Cream milkshake, and it was to die for. In my town, the best milkshakes in town are Chick-Fil-A, and these blew them out of the water, BIG. TIME. It was a truly amazing milkshake. This location was ok. After visiting today I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I went here with family to celebrate my birthday with a small dessert after lunch. When we walked in my mother in law went to use the bathroom, and when she came out she said there was no toilet paper and that the bathroom was completely filthy. Tables and chairs were pretty nasty as well. We walked up to the ice cream case and sampled one or two. My mother in law asked what was in the sugar free ice cream to sweeten it and the lady behind the counter did not know (She asked because she has had bad reactions to Splenda in the past) I ordered the seasonal dark chocolate peppermint specialty. Apparently they were out of whipped cream. Okay, no big deal. My husband tried to order the apple pie signature, and they were out of apple filling. He tried to order two other signatures and they were out of graham crackers, peanut butter ice cream, and whipped cream for his ice cream. They seemed to be lacking a lot for a Saturday afternoon.
