Good ice cream but RIDICULOUS prices. One scoop is $6.25. Strangely, two scoops $7.19-?? Can't afford to come back.

You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream all that ice cream and sorbets. Disclaimer I'm lactose intolerant it's rare when I do dairy let alone America's most loved desserts. Smitty's was worth every spoon; they serve sorbet as well I just get the ice cream to get the real stuff. The atmosphere and ice cream were delightful and sweet. The customer service top notch the owner even entertained me and let me get a second take on my picture. She gave me a few dog treats for the kid at home. There's an area off to the side to enjoy your treat and downtown Graham. My number one ice cream shop has been replaced by Smitty's. Close to home we're able to get the exercise in and a nice treat to Kool off. Well be back for sure in the mean time stop by and get a few scoops if something sweet crosses your mind. PSA try the Oreo coffee is the best flavor thank me later. read more

We have been to Smitty's in Burlington and they have the best ice cream ever, and I know ice cream. We happened to be closer to Smitty's in Graham and we went to that one and the ice cream was no where near as rich and creamy and good as it is in Burlington. I would highly recommend Smitty's in Burlington and they are relatively close together, I would never go to Graham Smitty's again. It has to be totally different recipes. 5 stars for Smitty's in Burlington, 2 stars for Smitty's in Graham. read more

I went to get some ice cream a few days ago and the woman who helped me was nice and it was a quick and easy transaction. Plus really good prices, i got a pint for me and a medium ice cream cup for my mom and it was only about $13! That's pretty good. read more

We love the Smitty's in Burlington but tried Smittys Graham and had a different experience. My husband and I had an in-date coupon for 2 smalls. The employee told us we couldn't use it without the owners permission (owner wasn't there so we were out of luck). There were no prices listed in the store, every table was dirty, and the ambiance just wasn't there :( Paying $13 for 2 smalls (2 scoops ice cream) just doesn't feel right when the aesthetic isn't there. We eat ice cream out for the experience. Would rather get a gallon at the grocery store. Burlington is worth the drive. read more

Went to the one in Graham I was so disappointed in the flavor of the ice cream and the amount of Icecream that I paid $4.45 for a scoop of ice cream that you could hold in the palm of your hand, not kidding for real I usually don't rate places, but I was so disappointed I could've got three containers of Breyers ice cream for the price that I paid for three small little cups of ice cream with tax it was $14.38 read more

They are serving icecream at double price and it's exspired. Please don't come to our town and treat your employees bad and most of all your customers. I was in there with my son and had terrible freezer burnt icecream and wanted my money back and the owner refused so I just threw it away in there trash. I saw a local news feature on Smitty's, and it sounded great. I like to support small businesses, so I decided to check them out. The place was empty in the middle of a Saturday afternoon, and the lone employee working behind the counter was less than enthusiastic--definitely not salesman-of-the-year material. So I could get a good sampling of everything, I ordered three kiddie-size ice creams. Vanilla: besides being a fan of vanilla ice cream to begin with, I thought that this would be a good base flavor to get a feel for what they are all about. It was good, but a little on the mild side even for vanilla. Butter pecan: I enjoyed the very large pieces of delicious, sweet pecans, but the ice cream itself would have been better off with a little more buttery flavor. Black cherry: this was definitely the best ice cream I tried today, and had a great flavor. The essence of all this is that I just wasn't blown away. The ice cream was good, but eating it actually made me realize how much I enjoy the frozen custard craze that is taking over the sweet treat industry. That said, Smitty's is a place where you can get some good ice cream at a good price while also supporting a local business. read more

Best ice cream you'll ever eat in your life. Seriously. It's all homemade (a rare sight nowadays) with the best ingredients, making it perfectly creamy and delicious. I've grown up eating this ice cream, and it still never gets old. They have lots of unique, inventive, flavors that you won't find anywhere else. (The Amaretto cherry chip is a must-try!) Saw the banana split road sign and we (my wife and I) had to try them. I liked my chocolate chip cookie dough with hot fudge sundae but it could have been better with fudge being actually HOT. My wife said her chocolate-peanut butter ice cream in a waffle cone was good but the ice cream could have had more PB flavor. The service was good and prices not bad compared to the mall. One can test taste flavors and there are many to try. So we are coming back. read more

We had to stop when we saw the homemade ice cream sign. I got two flavors--strawberry and banana. Both had that clean, fresh ice cream taste that reminded me of good old-fashioned ice cream. Others in my party tried the vanilla, butter pecan, cherry amaretto, chocolate peanut butter and brown sugar oatmeal. The vanilla wasn't very good--had an artificial-tasting vanilla flavor to us. We stopped and got ice cream on a whim. It was great, the ice cream was creamy and flavorful. The taste was great, the price was great too! Great find!!! I had family in town and decided to try Smitty's after a Royals game. The service was great and so was the ice cream. It was good enough for a family request to return again the next night. My personal favorite is the coffee ice cream. I have never tasted better!!! read more
