Cold stone's ice cream is good and the combinations are endless. I opted for Dubai chocolate, which was really tasty. My husband chose another combination, which was also good. It was a warm night but the wait was not too long. Service and vibe was not friendly and the price is high for a meh experience. Nowhere to sit and street parking was challlenging. read more

If I could leave a negative star-I would.Horrible people.I don't even know how to explain the absurdity of the fiasco that even took place-ordered ice cream pie for my daughter's bday-needed to change date-that's it and all hell broke loose from there-over a $20 pie! The woman that works there and the manager(or was it the owner?)-They were so CRAZY that I had to call corporate 3 times. Don't trust using your card and info there!The manager/owner started adding charges to my card-and then he denied it(yet it specifically said Cold Stone on my bank ), he fought with me-such professionalism there, buddy! This place was awesome!!! The ice cream was amazing, and it had a variety of ice cream flavors, and cones. The people there were very nice. But the only thing I didn't like was that the space was really tiny. We sat on a bench, and I much rather have tables. Maybe there was tables, but I cannot be for sure. Kudos for the staff here for allowing us to come in to choose a soft serve even though they had closed 45 minutes prior. We couldn't tell if they were closed at first and the door was unlocked so when we asked them, one of the staff members greeting us and let us come in with no hesitation (so long that we were just ordering soft serve and nothing fancy). Pick from 3 sizes- like many other places the most economical is the largest however for health reasons most of our crew stuck with the smallest " like it" size ( which frankly was a quite generous portion) Prices were comparable to other spots in the neighborhood with a similar product ( eg Dairy Queen blizzards, scooters concretes). Not cheap but expected for the neighborhood ( maybe mid $6 for a small but high $6 for a large) You first pick your ice cream base. The staff put your base on a cold marble slab and then add your toppings and mix them in with metal utensils ( basically a handmade blizzard for those of you who frequent Dairy Queen). Chose from a menu of pre selected combinations of ingredients or create your own for a unique flavor. My daughter chose " frozen hot chocolate" as her ice cream and added strawberries and Kit Kats. Unique and delicious- she loved it. I went with the sweet cream ice cream and mixed in strawberries and bananas. Excellent as well- I enjoyed it! Service was friendly and efficient - no complaints. I plan on returning for an occasional splurge. Oh, and tip - we found street parking with no problem but apparently you can park for free as well close by. read more

Kind staff and fast service! This is my favorite Cold Stone location. I got cake batter ganache with Reese's and sprinkles.

This is a smaller location that had just one worker that didn't seem too happy to be there. The ice cream flavors my group got all were "goopy" and had sticky pieces we had to spit out. I got pistachio which tasted good, other than the texture. It wasn't worth the money but was refreshing in the hot city weather. read more

Should the waffle bowl be the same color as the vanilla ice cream? I asked the person who made it and she responded that it "looks a little undercooked but should be ok." I questioned her "should be" and she again said it "should be". Since she wasn't able to either say the waffle bo was properly cooked or that it would, not should, but safe to eat, I asked her to replace the waffle bowl with a different one. She said she was unable to do that. I'd already paid the $10-something and should have asked for a refund. Instead the ice cream was just thrown out. read more

The most unprofessional place ever. So unsanitary, no one was wearing gloves and there was a hair in my friends ice cream. The first thing I saw when I walked in was a child picking their nose and eating it right next to the cash register. There was also a baby in the back room??? I understand not finding anyone to watch your children due to different circumstances, but right behind the counter doing that and then eating a banana and running around was kind of insane. First of all, the prices are outrageously high. I got a small ice cream and it was seven dollars and I ended up paying eight because I wanted to tip the workers who I'm sure deserved the tip, but the system they had going on was terrible and stressful for both the employees and the customers. A better system for scoopers, who's doing the register, mixing, online orders etc would really benefit them. My friend decided to get the peanut butter cup perfection and ended up with no Reese's cups in her ice cream. I'm sure it was a mistake so I went to ask a worker for a little bowl with a scoop of the Reese's mix in. She said yes but there'd be an up charge ?? For one scoop of Reese's cup pieces??? I told her that was fine and I'd just pay it because I didn't want to be rude (she obviously doesn't make the prices and rules) but then she went to go help the people behind us, we waited, and she never came back. Mind you--there is not that long of a line behind us. Maybe two more people, but then there's like 8 people behind the counter. Very irritating experience and I lost $8! Staff very unhelpful. There were 4 staff working and only one was helping serve customers. We had a gift card with $50 on it that would not scan and the manager was not helpful in finding a solution to get the card to work. Overall, very rude and annoyed that they have to have customers. read more
