I ordered a cake and received ice cream instead. I told the uber driver that the order was wrong and she told me I needed to contact the store. I contacted The store and it seems like their employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They told me to make the order again and that they would refund me later. I still haven't received a refund. They also said they would give me a free gallon of ice cream when I remade my order. They didn't do that either. I have called numerous times to speak to the manager and they say he will call me back and he never does. The store is run by a bunch of uneducated teenagers. It took 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. The service was average, she wasn't friendly, but she wasn't rude either. I was charged $10.56 for to small cups of ice cream. I love that I was able to load my ice cream up with all the toppings I wanted and didn't have to pay by the pound. I ordered the coffee and fudge ice cream. Not really happy with this location. I had a coupon which was for National Ice cream day BOGO free. On the coupon I got in an email there was an expiration date for 7/28/2019. I go in with my family and I asked the young man if we could use the coupon. He said yes and so I place my order. As we check out I show him the email and he then tells me he needs to make sure they can still take it. I hear him speaking to someone in spanish and comes back to tell me they do not take it and it was a one day deal. I said there is an expiration date. But they would not honor. We were shocked when we found the increased prices..$5.09 for a "Like It" size? You seriously can get the same amount of ice cream for less than $2 at Rite Aid. We wanted to get our money's worth for this fundraiser, so we were about to order an "ours" size of ice cream to take home. I was randomly craving some ice cream so I visited Cold Stone around 7:30 pm on a Friday and it was PACKED. Didn't think it would be so busy but there was a mad ice cream rush. My best friend and I got strawberry blondes in the "love it" size. It was yummy but there were a lot of chunks of toppings clumped together. The worker probably didn't mix the creations as much as she should :( and when she handed it to us it was already melting on the sides/down the cup. She was really friendly though and got to us pretty fast. Overall, I don't think I'd come back here anytime soon even though I live close by. They were also out of napkins at the time. Cold Stone has some great ice cream. . .according to the kids since I can't have it due to my lactose intolerance. But their creations look really pretty and if they sold a coconut based "ice cream" we'd be in some awesome business! But since they don't or at least I didn't see any, this review is based on other things: 1. Cold Stone IMO is on the more expensive side for ice cream. But it's like anything else that dubs their food "creations." You're paying for the Art of Ice Cream. So enjoy it! 2. Service is good. Not bad. Not excellent. The ladies there were attentive and smiling. Very ready to help and give requested advice or samples to my little tribe of kiddos. 3. This location is nicely placed among other food spots with plenty of parking. There is a nice outside area to sit a ways out. I wish it were closer to the door as my kid uses an assistive device to walk and getting somewhere is a hassle. It was a nice day so eating outside on a table close by would have been great. 4. The inside is a bit tight. Shortly after we ordered about 3 more families came in and it was hard to move about and somewhat chaotic. Too Long, Didn't Read: Ice Cream - 8/10, Service - 0/10 Today I was craving some ice cream and decided to go to Cold Stone since my cousin had given me his gift card. I walk in and see 4 girls working the front...or so I thought. I was waiting at the register because I wanted to check how much money was left on the gift card, however the 3 girls who were near the register were just standing around gossiping about something unimportant (not being able to attend a homecoming dance at another high school). My cousin and I were not impressed with the service we were receiving. It took about 5 minutes until one of the girls looked over at us and asked if we needed anything. When I moved on to sample my ice cream, the girl who was serving me (no name tag unfortunately, but she was wearing hipster glasses) began to talk to one of the other workers and left me waiting. I felt like it was kind of rude. Another girl next to her (Ariadna) looked at me and had to call my server's attention.
