Joy did my daughter's 4th bday cake along with some Ube & Calamansi Crinkles. Our guests raved about this cake! This is my first time ordering from Joy and I'm so glad I found her! I ordered her Filipino-inspired cupcakes, Ube and Halo Halo, for my son's birthday party and they were a big hit! The Halo Halo cupcakes were delicious and moist. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to try the ube cupcakes since they were all gone, but my husband luckily was able to have one and said that they were way better than another ube cupcake he's had in the past. Joy is amazing at what she does! If you tell her what you want in a cake, she does her best to accommodate you and make your dream cake come true! I had asked her if she did sugar free cakes since both of my parents are diabetic. She told me she's never done it before but would try. The cake ended up being a sugar free (made with Splenda) marble cake with Oreo buttercream (buttercream was not sugar free but that was totally fine). There's an up-charge for the cake being made with alternative sugar but it was honestly worth it. My family and I enjoyed the cake and it warmed my heart to see my parents being able to eat something they've missed so much. I'm so grateful for Joy for being able to make my brothers birthday cake a dream come true and for being so patient and so hospitable! It's really not easy to find even close to a sugar free cake so I'm so blessed I was able to find someone like her (shout out to Adrianne and Alyson)!
