Never been to this location!! It was very immaculate!!!, enough space for actual seating and to sit and eat your ice cream dining. I think it's cool to have other seating options especially if you're not eating you just want to wait for your order or something. The young lady that helped was nice, told us what was what with the flavors like if it was for Non-dairy or not. Made sure there was no allergies or anything that we couldn't have. I got the founder's favorite with my favorite cheesecake ice cream blended with the new chocolate malt!! I can't wait to try it!!.. my bf got the apple pie Ala coldstone with cheesecake ice cream and the actual sliced bananas from the banana caramel crunch since the pie already had caramel. As much as I love the ice cream, I always have an issue with the service. I entered the door at 8:45pm one night and then at 8:50pm a month later. There were different employees were working each tome. Both times I was turned away saying they were closed. The sign on the door and the website says 9pm. This is terrible customer service. Why would they turn down money? If I was the manager or owner, I would be extremely disappointed to discover customers were being turned away. The second time this happened, there were 2 people in line and the employee said they were going ti be the last customers. These young staff members want to be cleaned up and ready to walk out the door at 9pm sharp. They should be accepting business until close. It's terrible business. read more

Went here for a date and was really excited since I haven't had cold stone in a very long time. There were two employees working. When we walked in the person on the register was checking a customer out while the other just stood there. We werent greeted, we weren't even acknowledged, so we were just there waiting. When the employee on the register was done- they both went to the back. So we just left. Poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional. read more

Whenever I've been here service is good, accommodating and helpful. They've always let me try a sample, this time the Barbie flavor, so I don't have pay for a whole cup and then find out I don't like it. The Barbie flavor wasn't for me but I was in the mood for pink, and they were nice enough to do a half-strawberry half-raspberry sorbet base, when bases can't be mixed like that online. I usually only see one or two people making ice creams, but they're fairly quick. The pad by the cash register to put in a phone number to log points doesn't take long either. Most people walk out with their ice creams or eat in their cars, but there is limited seating inside at the front. There are freezers at the other side of the front with prepacked ice cream and cakes, but I think they've stopped putting to-go online orders in there and instead have them in a minifridge behind the counter so you have to let them know your name. read more

Came in at 9:05, minutes later still in line. Two guys working starting turning away customers at 9:30 saying they had too many customers in line and were closing at 10. They purposely worked slow so customers in line would leave because they got tired of waiting. One customers who came in at 9:40 challenged one of the employees when he was told about the store closing by staying the hours said open until 10. The employee just repeated his statement. Cold Stone Creamery is a national chain, which usually deters me from getting too excited. But the organization has stayed on its tippy toes as it keeps it's standards of quality and creativity high. In short, they have roughly 20 premium combination flavors of ice cream that use chunky and syrupy ingredients to create the full flavor they aim to serve. Example, they have a "Birthday Cake" flavor with chunks of cake batter. They prepare the flavors on a nice cold stone counter top, mixing and mashing all these wild ingredients for a tip or two. In addition to these premium mixed flavors they have sundaes, smoothies, and frozen yogurt. Again, the quality of everything is as good as it gets from a national chain. So what's the catch? Well, your luxury cone could cost $10 depending on size. You won't find Cold Stone Creamery coupons hiding inside your monthly Valuepack. If you take a cluster if kids for CSC, you'll get tuned up for $30 in a heartbeat. This makes it more of "Special Occasion" kind of dessert place for anyone with a budget. Overall, a lot of fun and incredibly tasty. It can get super busy, but you'll put the time to good use deciding what to gorge yourself with. I give it 4 stars. For 5 stars they'd have to offer a rewards program or coupons for savings, and make a better effort to reward their better clients. read more

Wasted my money at this Cold Stone Outlet today. I generally love Cold Stone icecream a lot but this was by far the worst experience I've had at a Cold Stone store. The person who served us today ( Sep 7, around 5:30 PM) was clearly new there and had to keep going back to someone else to ask for instructions on how to prepare our icecream. It took them so long to make my icecream, it was literally dripping by the time it got to me. I don't blame them but they should've been properly trained before being made to serve customers. This whole experience left a bad taste and it's safe to say I will not be returning to this store. read more

Had someone pick up a cake for me on Aug 19th. Very disappointing the cake was definitely missing more than half the layers. No answer when calling the store. Tall Dark Delicious ice cream cake was anything but. Only one layer of ice cream and no cake at all. Poor quality and obviously not worth the cost. read more

(5/21/2015) We had dinner at the Thai place next door (Fuji San is in our regular rotation) and while I do enjoy mango with sticky rice, I just loooooove ice cream. For convenience, we went to Cold Stone. The ad hoc customized order was kind of a new thing when they first came out, but fairly jaded now. I had a hard time locating any fruit for mix-ins, this place does the candy better than most. I just got Sweet Cream with blueberries. The ice cream was the consistency of soft serve, rather sweet and sticky; the blueberries were actually unpleasant, completely flavorless, and still frozen, but chewable, a little bit like paper pulp. You'd expect a berry to have some juice or moisture of some kind, these had neither (almost thankfully, the portion was skimpy and there were very few blueberries in my actual cup of ice cream). Service was friendly, all kids. Prices are somewhat outrageous, $17 for 2 small scoops (free add-ins only) and 1 large shake (which ended up being not so large). After thinking about it, they strangely got just the right mix of retail into Yorktowne Plaza Shopping Center, a dinky strip mall that ends up being the perfect suburban date location for any stage of dating you happen to be in. Teenager? Get a shake with 2 straws at Cold Stone. Young adult with first job out of college? Hipster cred, yet cheap, Five Guys. Blind date? Starbucks. Recent divorcee? Universally acceptable, yet mildly spicy Thai at Fuji-san, and if all of those dates are going well, extend with a little ice cream at Cold Stone. read more

I LOVE COLDSTONE, always good ice cream, granted most of the time their out of something when it gets past 9:00, but it's extremely understandable due to the variety of the menu. I've been to this Cold Stone a few times. Each time is a pretty similar experience... THE GOOD... -easy to park -good amount of flavors to choose -creations they on the board all look good -cookies n cream creation is really good, but better with cookies n cream ice cream -prices are ok -some of the staff is friendly THE BAD... -the music they play inside is absolutely awful! I mean, adults to like ice cream too so some variety please...not just music for tweens -not enough tables to sit inside -cheesecake ice cream is not something I'd ever order again -some of the staff is texting and playing on their phones intermittently while at the counter -they don't always have certain flavors Overall, this Cold Stone is ok because it's just ice cream so it's a pretty brief experience. Terrible terrible location. Nothing but teenyboppers run this place. Oh and don't think about going in an hour before the shop is closed, they will have already begun to close up. Then lie about certain products not being available because they already put them up!! Worst cold stone experience I have ever had. Makes me never want to go to cold stone again. The service was absolutely terrible. The woman helping us acted like we were a huge inconvenience to be in there wanting to get some ice cream. Not only did she act like she hated her job, but she did a terrible job. I ordered ice cream with oreo and sprinkles, and watched her not mix any of the ingredients in then sweep them off the counter. My love it size didn't even have half an Oreo in it. In addition to not mixing the ice creams we ordered at all, the two love it sizes we ordered were completely different amounts of ice cream. I am not a huge ice cream person, but Cold Stone is definitely delicious! The store itself is small, and has a only a few tables, but that isn't a big deal. I have occasionally had to wait in a long line, but only once or twice, and it's worth it! The employees always sing when someone leaves a tip, which I know is the policy, but they really always go for it! read more

I love Cold Stone and it's ice cream - the ice cream to me is 5 stars. The service at this particular ice cream place was not good at all. There was a bunch of teenagers just standing around and no one seemed to want to wait on me. I waited for 5 minutes and there was no line. Then finally one of the teenagers waited on me and she did not seem that happy. That was annoying. I've been to other Cold Stone places and no matter what time of day or the age of the staff, I've always had a pleasurable experience. One of the nastiest places I have ever gone into to get ice cream. Staff is all high school kids that don't know respect. I saw a few on their phones, not very professional. Music was not appropriate. The bathroom was filthy and smelled, not to mention the trash cans were overfilled. I could see the dirt on the floor and the hand prints on every glass surface in the store. The wall paper seems to be peeling and the counters behind the ice cream were filthy and VERY unsanitary. The ice cream I received was soft and almost runny. The staff was just so rude. The man I believe was the general manager, looked filthy. He was wearing pants without a belt and I caught a glimpse of something unsightly, I literally could have filled the crack with the chocolate ice cream. His shirt was also very visibly stained. Overall disgusting. The young lady who actually served me, was disrespectful and smacking her gum. I asked for them to put gloves on and to wash the spades they use to get ice cream with because my niece has severe allergies and they refused to do so. They then proceeded to tell me the water bucket they put them in cleans them enough. My husband got a milkshake and they did not wash out the blender with soap, just a squirt of water from the sink, I could see the residue from past milkshakes still in it. Overall just a very very nasty establishment. I wouldn't want to touch it with a ten foot pole. Most definitely would not recommend anyone unless you enjoy bad service and possible food poisoning. read more

Quite a letdown today. The shakes here used to be superb but lately they've been awful. Tonight I got two shakes and on the first sip it was the consistency of soup. If it weren't for the extra bits and pieces I requested, there'd be no texture at all. It's so disappointing to have that happen to what was my fave ice cream store. read more

The ice cream cakes here are absolutely delicious. However, if you decide to order a cake ahead of time and pay online because you want it inscribed, you should allow an extra hour to pick it up. That's because they only have one poor harried person working there, and you'll have to wait in line behind the dozen or so people getting their mix-ins, which take forever.
