Hot rolls

Pretty disappointing. I was here on yesterday to meet my son for lunch, my grandson and I. I didn't care for the fact that 2 out of 3 of us were here but, we couldn't be seated until the third arrived. He arrived about 5 minutes after us. It was not crowded at all to be a Friday afternoon. For some reason I just was not feeling too welcomed. We were seated. The 2 adult in my party received water. However, the child didn't receive water. I just ordered a cup of chili. My grandson ordered the medium welll 6 ounce steak with shrimp, French fries and a side salad. My son ordered the medium well but, more well done 8 ounce steak with onions with mashed potatoes and gravy with a side salad. Neither of the boys were feeling the salad at all so they didn't finish the salads My grandson said the steak was just ok. However, my grandson steak was cooked more than my son steak which was not requested. My son tried to eat his steak but, the blood was still coming out of it. I made the server aware. She politely took the steak back to be cooked some more. That did not work either. The steak came back overcooked. At that point my son had no desire to eat steak at all. My chili was just ok. Oh i forgot to add that when the steak came back overcooked they had the nerve to put a mound of onions on the side. This was a very disappointing visit. We didn't want to cause a scene so I just paid the bill and we left. Nothing about this visit gave us the desire to return. Not sure anyone in my party of three would even want to give this business another try.

We came on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 and there was no wait to be seated. The waitress was nice and attentive. The food was great I forgot to capture photos of it. We had bacon burger with fries, chicken tenders with ribs and mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad. The ribs were delicious and tender! It's clean and well kept inside.

I picked out my 20oz ribeye. It was cooked perfectly. Great flavor and very tender. Was surprised on out come. Service was also very good. I enjoyed it and would recommend it if in the area

I have loved Texas Roadhouse since I used to frequent their Denver location over 25 years ago. Who can resist a basket full of hot rolls with honey butter? Not me! I don't eat a lot of red meat, but I ordered a 6 oz sirloin this time and asked for it to be well done, no pink. I ordered green beans and a loaded baked potato as the sides. The server informed me there were no potatoes. I think the whole restaurant turned to see me yell, "What?" I explained that I only came to dinner here tonight because I had a hankering for the loaded baked potato. Sadly, I had to settle for fries. While waiting for my entree, the server returned and whispered that the manager said there were "a few" potatoes left. I DID get my craved loaded baked potato after all, and it was yummers. Unfortunately, the steak was NOT well done and it WAS pink (and bleeding). I couldn't eat it, but I took it home and after heating it through it made for a tasty snack for someone else in my household. The rolls were out of this world, as usual. Excellent service by Eden, the potato whisperer.

A solid chain where it definitely feels nostalgic. I haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse in about 10 years but my friend had a craving so we made the trek to the suburbs. It was super busy for a Monday night - I guess it was a holiday weekend. It was loud with country music blaring and the waitress sat us down with their famed rolls. It's a solid choice - the bread is as good as you remember and the portions are huge. It's a chain and not something I would frequent for another 5-10 years but if you're craving a casual steak - this isn't a bad spot especially on a Monday when not a lot of restaurants are open.

Hello! I am not a big fan of Texas Roadhouse white marsh. However, I do really like the Hunt Valley location. They were kind and accommodating; they made sure we all sat in the same area ( 17 ppl), and our server was great ( attentive, fast, kind)! I loved my ribs and sweet potatoes ( I can't have the rolls right now , I'm recovering from holiday eating). Anyway!, there is good parking. The price for my food was great( 19.00... half rack ribs and a sweet potato). The atmosphere was good and pleasing. It was hectic.

The best rolls on this side of this earth!

Came here last weekend for dinner. I ordered the 8 oz medium rare steak with grilled shrimp with baked potato and green beans, along with a peach sweet tea. I don't remember what hubby ordered. My steak was somewhat not pink enough, but seemed to have been cooked more medium well. Overall the food was good along with reputable service.

Finally decided to try this place and it was worth it. First, it was much more affordable than the bbq spots in the west. We ordered the black plate special and a 3 meat plate. The black plate special was a smoked ribeye and every bite of that thing was tender snd flavorful. Honestly, it didn't need the sauce it came with. For the 3 meat plate, we got fatty brisket, cheese and jalapeño sausage, and baby back ribs. The fatty brisket was definitely fatty, maybe a little too fatty for me, but great flavor and fat is flavor. The baby back ribs seemed more like spareribs, but tender with a nice bite, not too "fall off the bone". The jalapeno sausage had a nice snap. My favorite meat was the ribeye. For sides we got potato salad, cole slaw, and mac and cheese. All the sides were good, the cole slaw was refreshing and gave a nice contrast for the fatty meat. I wish they had rice though. Steamed rice and that ribeye would have been top tier. The staff are very friendly and they check up on you even though it's a self serve place. Sadly, I live in the west coast, so I don't know if I would ever be back again in the area.

They messed up the order, but we're quick to fix everything and gave a little extra fries for the mishap! The location itself was unique. Baseball cards were plexy glassed into the counter. We went at night time, unsure if there was seating or not. We got ours to go. Quick little to go counter worked well.

Pappas in Cockeysville came up in a couple of influencers' lists, so we made the 1 1/2 hour drive north to experience it for ourselves. We arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday morning and chose to sit on the restaurant side (versus the sports bar side). Our meal started with soft rolls right out of the oven and vinegar-y cucumbers. My wife had some them while I passed on them for I don't like cucumbers. Obviously, we later ordered the single crab cake entree with two sides ($33.99). I chose the fries and the up-charge for a Caesar salad while my wife picked the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The crab cakes did not disappoint! Even though it was a hot day outside, they kept the restaurant very cold. After we ate, I didn't notice it as much because I was so full. Meh- why "Oprah" would order her crab cakes from here when the crab is not from Maryland, right? Once I heard that news from the waiter ( I asked, it was not volunteered) I opted for the local soft shell crab special. ( despite it not being season, I should have known better. It was a puny crab with hardly any meat and it was not properly cleaned either. Sides of overcooked brocolli and asparagus. Baked potatoes looked liked yesterday's overcooked option. My colleagues enjoyed the crab cakes which were large portions- should be for $40+ each. Service was friendly, food took too long- it was a long wait for mediocre overpriced food.

I was eager to peruse to see what tasty treat I could grab. Parking was plentiful, but busy. I suggest you go as early as possible to secure a hassle free experience parking and market wise. Upon entering, the convergence of scents hit at once: desserts, bbq, popcorn. I wasn't mad at all. Our first stop was the bbq kiosk where we purchased a rack of ribs and wings. They have a variety of mini markets and food vendors in the building: bbq, seafood, spices, bakery, pickles items, clothing, furniture, butcher, handmade crafts, fresh made pretzels, etc. They also had an area to sit and enjoy your food purchases. We also picked up a half of a coconut cake, a slice of strawberry cheesecake, some apple butter and blackberry jam, and as we exited we got the glazed almonds and cashews. This place seems big, but it is manageable to walk around and check out all of the vendors. Upon tasting, our ribs were good: perfectly seasoned and fresh; the wings were rotisserie roasted and were good as well; the cake was just ok for us fresh with coconut flakes held on by white buttercream; the strawberry cheesecake was just ok; the glazed nuts were good as well. All in all, a nice market to visit for fresh, homemade food and unique crafts/gifts.

Family of 5, we ordered 4 sandwiches, 1 entree, 4 sides to share. Ordered at about 6:40pm and we watched the delivery time change from 7pm to 7:14 to 7:26 to 7:37 and so on. Finally got our order a little before 8. Of course, our order was incomplete and because there's no phone number to Flavortown, there was no way to notify them. I couldn't contact the delivery service, Postmates, because I didn't place the order thru them; they were the service Flavortown used. Also, special requests were ignored (like no pickles on chicken sandwich). The fried pickles tasted like nothing. The Mac & cheese was tiny ($9!!) and the worst we (any of the 5 of us, including 3 teenagers) have ever tasted. I guess I should be glad the serving was small because yuck! I can't even describe it. It takes special cooking skills to make something taste bad and flavorless at the same time! It went in the trash. And I have teens! They eat anything! So we ended up spending $120 for 4 sandwiches, 2 fries, 1 fried pickles side, and the awful Mac & cheese. $120!!!! Contacted Flavortown on Twitter, and I will say the social media person responded quickly. Offered to give me a refund for the meal we didn't receive, and a discount for the special requests being ignored. Turns out, that amounted to $22. So, we still spent $98 on crappy food. All around outrageous. Never again from any Guy Fieri kitchen. He should stick to eating food, not making it.

The waffle fries were also hard and overcooked. The last time we ate at an Iron Rooster was in Annapolis quite a few years ago.
