The young man behind the counter assisted us right away making each of our orders exactly as we requested. I ordered cheesecake flavored ice cream with brownie, Oreo and caramel sauce mixed in. When I ate it, I tasted and Oreos and brownie in every bite. My children were happy with their cups as well. I'm not sure why the rating on here is so low. read more

I've been to this location multiple times but have not reviewed it. Since Cold Stone is a franchise and there's not much difference in menu or prizes than any other Cold Stone, I will rate mostly on customer service. It seems like it is family owned, which I like. The guy that helped us was so nice and patient with us. He made our ice cream order well and even was kind enough to complete our request to put our order in a larger cup. Our experience was different from the one-star reviews. We went in the evening about two hours before closing, and there was no real wait, just a couple of people ahead of us. It appears they only allow you to order less than a week in advance. I went to pick up and it was ready. Service counter guy was attentive and asked if I wanted to add anything to the cake. I said no thanks. It was ready when I was there. Cake itself tasted like ice cream cake. What can I say? I ordered the cookie dough one because my kids love chocolate chip cookies. Went last night and ordered ice cream with my family. This family ran location has horrible service and a terrible wait. Something occurred inside of the store with an ice cream that cracked in fell in-front of the worker as it happened momentarily right before that in HER hands as well and the approach taken after had me in shock when all I asked was for a refund, because I felt bad for her and the line that was out the door and all the incoming online and phone orders, to have to wait for her to even possibly be accommodating to make me a new one or even offer since I already waited over 15 minutes JUST to order. All in all waited over 30 minutes there. The manager Adam is super unprofessional, a complete liar and in denial of taking accountability for staff , shortage in staff and making lies and excuses let alone does not know how to run and manage a business. Ordered a small ice cream with M&Ms for my daughter, staff or owner asked me if I wanted the big or small M&M and I replied with small. Brought the ice cream home only to find out that it's peanut butter flavored M&M for the small ones. Gave the store a call just to make sure it wasn't a mistake and they responded with they can't explain to every customer everything. So I'll have to look at the labels next time. If a customer asked for skittles, would you also give them sour skittles? Naturally, if someone says they want M&Ms, they want regular chocolate flavored. If they truly wanted peanut butter flavored, they would specifically ask for it. Well my friend, l've been supporting your business for years and most of the time I walk in, it's empty. He said we only have large and small. I said large. The amount he put in the "large" was enough for a small one. The girl told him to put more in it. Upon eating my ice cream, I noticed a weird sticky strand. I pulled it out to notice a long piece of hair. I provided a photo. The hair strand I pulled out is at-least 6" long if not longer, as it is still stuck in the ice cream. GROSS. This is a complete food handling issue. I've always been a fan of Cold Stone and was excited to stop by for a sweet treat. I never knew this one even existed but since we were in the area, we decided to swing by. I usually make my own creation but this time I went with one of theirs. We decided to split the Our Strawberry Blonde in a Love It cup (~$6.50). It included Strawberry Ice Cream with Graham Cracker Pie Crust, Strawberries, Caramel and Whipped Topping. I really enjoyed the strawberry ice cream and the pie crust. It wasn't too sweet but it was definitely a lot. I'm glad I shared it and I definitely recommend doing the same. I must say, it is pretty dark in here and they only have 3 tables which looked very messy and unclean. I think they should work on presentation of their store so it looks more welcoming. It didn't feel like the other Cold Stones that I've been to. But overall, the ice cream was good and I suppose that's what matters! read more

Waited in line to order, got up to order and the girl somewhat acknowledged us and asked what we wanted, as we began to give our order she said she'd be back cause she had to finish the order ahead of us. Instead of coming back another girl came to help and when I ordered the Mike's hot honey ice cream they're advertising she gave me a dumbfounded look like I was speaking in alien then asked what was in it. All the posters and window stickers were still hanging in store, I gave her the benefit of doubt thinking she might be new. Fine I can accept that. However what really pissed me off was as I approached the register to pay and a third girl came from the back with a small hand written note on receipt size paper saying "no card, cash only". Which would have been good to announce. They never post it anywhere but at the register, not on the door or where you order or anything. Since I didn't have cash I had to leave my order walk across the parking lot and go to get cash at the grocery store. As I was exiting the store I told those waiting to order my discovery. A mass exodus occurred. Upon returning to pay, still no additional signs advising customers, no apologies, no offer of any discounts, nothing that a place would normally offer for their mistake.
