I've been here twice with my boyfriend and the ice cream is pretty good. Definitely a bit spendy but not shocking. The small bowls are actually pretty filling and they aren't stingy at all. The flavor combinations are great, I tried the cheesecake fantasy or something like that and my boyfriend got a halloween special. I even ordered a cake from here last month and it was super good! The service is always casual and friendly and pretty quick too. Casual vibes. Will be back to try more flavors. read more

I came here from a recommendation and had a great experience! You pick the ice cream and any topping you want and they blend the toppings into the ice cream! I ordered my favorite flavor, coffee and added a crushed Twix, pecans, and fresh blueberries. Hit the spot. Didn't wait very long, only a few people before me. Staff was friendly and helped me figure how to order(more toppings than you can imagine). Very clean inside. They also have cakes, smoothies, and other items I didn't really pay much attention to. I stopped in here for the first time today on my way home from lunch. I've been to other Cold Stone locations but hadn't had a chance to go to this one yet since they recently opened. When I arrived there was only one person ahead of me, so I got to order pretty quickly. I ordered two bowls, one for myself and one for my partner at home. I got the peanut butter cookie dough ice cream and I got my partner the cookie dough with Oreos ice cream (I can't remember the names but they're both specialities). The employee at the counter made each one quickly and carefully and then put a lid on each. He then rang me up and I was on my way. When I got home about ten minutes later I took the lids off and both bowls were intact. No spills in the car or on my hands which I was pleasantly surprised by. My partner enjoyed his ice cream, saying it was delicious and creamy. Mine was the same, with the ice cream being more like a custard than anything else. I'm not sure if the cookie dough ice cream specifically is more custardy than normal ice cream or if Cold Stone has switched up their recipes, but I've never had such custardy ice cream there before. Not a complaint - I loved it! The store is part of a bigger shopping center so there is plenty of parking. There is also a light specifically for the shopping center so getting in and out is a breeze. There's one restroom that's gender neutral but I didn't use it so not sure how clean it is. read more

Haven't had a cold stone in Eugene in year so having one back is quite nice. This location is a single unit in a business park so kinda cramped. The service was friendly and very fast. As of May 2024 a "small" $6.75. That feels spendy however if you like it it's worth it. Happy to see a cold stone here again. We will be coming back. read more

I scheduled a cake pick up for the wrong date. I went to pick my daughter's birthday cake up on the day that I thought I had it scheduled for and the cake wasn't ready (obviously). They brought out my order and showed me that I had ordered it for a week later. They asked me when I needed the cake (later the same afternoon) and they graciously said they could have it ready. Then they called and said it was going to be ready earlier than promised. They went above and beyond and were very kind about the whole situation. The cake was amazing and exactly how my daughter requested. They saved the day and I am grateful. read more

The ice cream is really good! It has a good flavor but the texture is kinda strange because it's very thick kind of like slime but still good. The waffle cone tasted a little stale but it still had a good flavor. The only thing is with the service. I ordered my ice cream and she put the ice cream on the stone with the toppings but they were out of the apple pie filling it looked like so she went to get more and she just kept walking in and out of the back room to keep getting stuff and putting it back away. The rest of my group had already got there's and she was still just doing other stuff it was just weird. read more

SO excited this is here--yes there's a ton of good ice cream places in Eugene but when you're craving Coldstone it's the only thing that does it. So far everytime we've been the service has been great and the ice cream has been delicious--will definitely be back regularly! read more

The ice cream tasted amazing and I was served by this girl although I forgot to grab her name I believe it started with a K and she did have a nose ring was maybe about 5'4, quality service from her with efficiency. I would recommend the watermelon sorbet next time you stop in! read more

The ice cream is great. Decent choices to customize with. And including a menu to choose off of making it easier. Just about anything can also be made into a milk shake! My only biggest gripe is the staff. It's obvious theres a massive lack in training. So I feel I can't be upset at the employees. Even once when I came they were little busy. Orders were being messed up left and right. And you could see the pressure boiling meanwhile in the back I swear there was a manager sitting looking at their phone, not supporting the crew (assuming by uniform compared to others) But it's sad to see. Especially when you come in multiple times to hope for better to only see getting a simple order of ice cream can actually take you upwards to 30-40 minutes. The environment is good. Not much to say, simple, small, and "to the point" or so it should.... If this place could iron out its staff issues or lack of training this place would possibly be one of the top ice cream joints in Eugene. Good ice cream, horrible service. read more
