I came in here with my husband earlier this evening, and I was beyond disappointed. We walked in and there were 9 employees working. NINE, and not a single one greeted us for almost 5 minutes. Yet other customers who ordered online were immediately helped and given excellent customer service. Because we walked in to order in-person, we were ignored. We only ordered 1 cookie, as I just wasn't going to spend any more money in there. Had we actually had decent customer service, we would have ordered more. The store is fine. Nothing wrong with it. Clean, decent size, no complaints there. Would I return? Absolutely not. The fact that nine different people couldn't even be bothered to say hi and greet us says they don't want our business. So, they won't get it again. I mean, it can't be that difficult to at least acknowledge customers and say, someone will be with you in a moment. Customer service isn't rocket science. The feel inside Crumbl is trendy but sparse. No areas to sit and enjoy your treats, just to grab and go kind of place. There were maybe 7-8 workers in the open kitchen area when we came in, which seemed like a lot to me for midday on a weekday. I guess this place must get a lot of business/online orders or something? Because otherwise it was barren of customers. I'll also note that none of the workers looked all too enthused to be there. And the woman who helped us with in our order was unremarkable in all ways, maybe just a bad day. As far as the fare, I'll agree with others here that most of the cookies are overly sweet and/or a little too over the top for my liking. I can easily polish off many cookies in a sitting, but with these, honestly, more than 1/4-1/3 of the cookie and it becomes just too much. That said, my fave of what we tried today was the Sea Salt Toffee - rich, buttery toffee spots hit with some chocolate and salt. Very nice! On the way out I saw a sign stating they now offer mini cookie options, so that may be the best bet! The cost is another downside for me. One regular size cookie is $4.99...and $4.99 to not be blown away. We ended up getting a 4-pack because once you're thinking of trying more than one it feels like you should just go for four since it saves you a couple bucks. I guess that's how they get ya. It would be hard for me to justify visiting Crumbl often, when the reality is I could bake a whole batch of cookies at home for about the same price as *one* from this shop, but it was fun for a one-off treat. read more

I called local Crumbl store to ask for refund and was told that since DoorDash delivered, I had to deal with DoorDash. Unfortunately, this order does not show up on Door Dash app. Very unhappy. I went into crumbl today, which I rarely do, but I worked at a different location for a year and half so I understand what it's like to work there. I walked inside, no one acknowledged me or said they'd be with me, I stood at the counter for a couple minutes before a girl moseyed over to me and took my order. The two other employees were busy making doordash orders and making cookie dough. But the girl who took my order, right after she took it, just walked away and started cleaning a pair of scissors. And I get it, it's a place with a lot of details and moving parts to take care of. But she wasn't even doing anything time sensitive! I would have more grace if she was making something that the doordash order employee needed, but she was doing non urgent menial tasks. And crumbl is extremely open layout, I could see her doing nothing and moving at a sloths pace the whole time. Meanwhile, me and the other people who came in the store after me, are just standing there. I wanted so badly to just go behind the counter and grab my cookie myself-- it takes 15 seconds, it's not that hard! Five minutes pass, she finally stops whatever unimportant task she was doing, and slowly got me my cookie. On top of that, she boxed up my cookie, left it on the counter for a minute or two while she did something else, and then gave it to me. The whole process took 10 minutes when it could've easily been thirty seconds if that girl was more attentive and proactive. It just sucks to see a cute, nice place with hardworking employees being tarnished by one employee who is terrible at customer service and has no respect that customers have places to be. If I had known that was going to take ten minutes I wouldn't have stopped in. Location is great, except for select (one) bad employees. read more

I saw this week, Crumbl cookies were minion themed. They change up their cookies every week, which I love because it has a fun of variety to try and taste. When I first stepped in, the store smelled like sweetness and pastry, which I loved. I was also greeted by a few members of the team and was assisted by one at the register promptly, and in a friendly professional manner. She kindly asked if I were to consider tipping them, and wasn't pushy about it. The rest of the team were getting cookies for orders and making cookies. The 4-pack of cookies = $15.95. It is about $4-5 a cookie, but the cookies are BIG! [The Cookies]: I got the Dirt Cake with Candy Rocks [featuring Otto], Mooncake [new], and Banana Cream Pie. I LOVED them all!! The Mooncake was stamped as an actual mooncake and perfect timing with Autumn festival. Along with that it was served warm and the filling was almond goodness! The Dirt Cake with candy rocks, was HEAVY! Like the physical cookie needed 2 hands, otherwise it would Crumbl [c;]. It was CHOCOLATE-Y GOODNESS! It almost tasted like a really rich chocolate cake, I swear I don't think I will taste another chocolate cookie quite like this in my life. It was also served warm and a cute Otto the Minion cut out. The Banana Cream Pie cookie was served chilled which I appreciated and tasted so fresh! The banana cream filling tasted like fresh bananas and cream, just like the pie would and not heavy. I loved the fact the cookie base was shaped like the pie would and it was a little crumbly yet buttery. Overall, definitely have to visit again! The atmosphere was friendly and sweet smelling. Crumbl's cookies are massive and cost about $5 apiece. Because they're so big and because they're so sweet, it's hard to finish them in one sitting. The cookies here are hit-and-miss. The flavors change every week, which makes it hard to find a favorite, and a lot that sound good have been disappointing. The basic chocolate chip and sugar cookies stick around week to week, but neither of them are worth going to Crumbl for--you could make better cookies for cheaper at home. read more

Crumbl is getting so overrated these days. I'm disappointed in the quality. I feel like their cookies are just so rich and thick, it's hardly to really enjoy them unless you're a die hard sugar fanatic. One cookie can easily be split with four people. Their flavors are ok, but just seem like they could do better if their cookies weren't so huge. I love the mini options most! Service is always friendly. These cookies are delicious, and yo, TOMORROW IS FREE COOKIE DAY! The place is buzzing with eight people behind the counter. They shout out a hearty hello when you enter. I had the sugar cookie with almond frosting. It was yummy, dense and sweet, like me. I like my sweets very sweet and this is very sweet, so it hit the spot. Flavors include milk chocolate chip, dulce de leche, pumpkin chocolate chip, M & M, raspberry cheesecake and this sugar cookie. Each week there's four specialty flavors. I love how crumbl rotates their lineup each week so customers don't get bored with flavors, some flavors have been soo good but some not and I feel like that's pretty standard since they have soo many different recipes. I can't seem to get behind Crumbl. I have had their cookies on several occasions and have come to the conclusion that they are just not for me. There is so much to like about the concept of Crumbl--their cookies are giant and they have fun and different flavors that change constantly--but they are absolutely way too sweet for me. If you are a frosting enthusiast, you will definitely love them because 90% of their cookies seem to be covered in some type of flavored frosting. Unfortunately, I am not. read more

A fun place with a weekly changing menu and great cookies! We've been waiting for the weekly menu to strike our fancy, but our craving got the best of us and we stopped in anyway this week. The best looking one was the peanut butter brownie cookie. We ordered on the small screen when we came in. There were 10-15 people waiting in the lobby on a Thursday night and the kitchen was bustling making fresh cookies. Since we had only ordered 1 cookie, we didn't have to wait to long and our cookie was served to us fresh and warm. The brownie flavor was delicious and chocolatey and the peanut butter frosting was creamy and tasty. Hoping to return if they have the cornbread flavor again, we've heard it's a favorite! Just a note- the calories listed on the screen are not for the whole cookie. Looking at their nutrition information online, 1 serving is about 110 calories, but there are 5-7 servings per cookie! Sometimes it's even listed at 5.25 or 6.5 servings, just so they can say 110 calories per serving. This is extremely deceptive as there is no way someone would split a cookie into 6.5 servings! It's a fun place for an indulgent treat, no need to try and hide the nutrition of the full cookie. read more

The cookies this past week made up for our experience. Placed an order thru the app, didn't realize I couldn't send someone else to pick it up. The staff seemed clueless about the app and too overwhelmed to care. Which I understand working can be overwhelmed but the communication was lacking. Then after figuring out the app on my end. The staff forgot all items I ordered. And I had to go back twice. Like o said the cookies were amazing but the ice cream didn't have the consistency of normal ice cream. Crumble is a solid cookie spot. If you are looking for a classic cookie, crumble is a little different than that. It's a soft and cakey cookie with even better frosting which is really the star of the show. The coconut key lime pie cookie was perfectly tart and sweet. Around 4 dollars for one and they are pretty big. The store is esthetically pleasing, very modern with pink and white accents. The flavors are rotating. So I don't understand the need to tip, they are already getting paid! I understand tipping a waitress, because their job is to serve and they do it well, then you tip them. These young folks, and here stay positive, work, hard to get the food out quickly and take a lot of abuse From poopy people. I will also get five stars for ambience. When you walk in, you know you are in for a treat. Ordering is made it easy with multiple computer screens on the wall. The computers show you all of the cookies and give you multiple options for ordering and offer all the other items they sell as well. If you don't want to feel rushed and you need to take your time going to the wall and ordering off the computer is easy. You can also stand in line and order face-to-face. Or you can pre-order and have your cookies ready when you drive up. The store front is fresh and clean and you really get that feeling when you're in there that you're observing a special kitchen. I have bought cookies from crumble on more occasions than I can count. Never once has any single cookie ever disappointed myself or anyone on the receiving end. Everyone I know raves about the cookies. Myself included. My favorite is the classic pink sugar cookie. That's just my go to. They did have a cheesecake cookie that was amazing. my kids always require a chocolate chip in the mix. And it's always fun trying out new flavors. We bought the cookie cutter which is amazing for clean tech cookies to share with four people. It's a great way for doing cookie testing. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.
