There was a lot of activity at cold stone creamery when we went for a pickup order the previous night. I called and ordered a chocolate shake and a small German chocolate cup. Inside the store it was a little chaotic with either grub hub, online, call-in and in person orders. The team was doing the best that they could do. CSC is not set up for fast service as every order is customized. My order was perfect and tasted great. Everyone was distancing. read more

I was disappointed in my ice cream today. $6.00 for a love it and I ended up throwing away half. Maybe my guy was new... I'll give him that. The ice cream was so soft it was pretty much melted when it was put in my bowl. He put my ice cream on the stone and mixed it for 10 seconds and put it in the bowl. I got the dough-licous and added cookie dough. The cookie dough was still in a big chunk and the recess cups were in fourths. Most of the ice cream was plain since it never got mixed it. Their covid-19 policy are absolute trash. The employees are only wearing masks to cover their mouth and not their nose canals. They also don't change gloves after handling cash or credit cards. For some reason this location smells like a bathroom. This all took while management was on the service line, so there is a lack of customer care from all angles. So I ordered a cake through their online website and they deliver through Door Dash. Long story short, Door Dash dropped the ball in which they never picked up the cake or delivered it to my parents. I enjoy eating here occasionally. Most of the time there is a wait but the staff keeps the line moving. The prices are higher than some other ice cream places I visit and the product is less healthy but the flavor is good and the selection of mixes are enough to make the wait worth it. For those who have not been to a "Cold Stone" patrons can get small samples of the ice cream from the staff. (They have tiny spoons and will scoop a little ice cream with them for tasting.) read more

Excellent ice cream. Friendly and polite staff - the people behind us were undecided and had lots of questions and kept changing their minds but the staff was very patient. Very clean and there was no wait at all. Reasonable prices. We thought that the small would have been too small but the medium turned out to almost too much - we managed to soldier on and finish our delicious ice cream. read more

the service was awful!!! i was second hand embarrassed for how they treated other customers when they walked in. we got eyes rolled at us and heads were being shook. we went in an hour and a half before they closed. we got straws thrown at us rudely and were being ignored. they closed early and let their significant others come in and sit down with them while they locked their door an hour before close. all round was a terrible experience and don't recommend going to the cold stone in fairlawn. you will be treated like garbage. read more

Not just displeased with overall experience, but when the manager blew his nose right in the main area where all the food is and then went to make more orders, my mother and I became physically ill...we could not finish our Hot Stones. It seemed like we and then anyone else who came into the store was bothering this manager and he did not treat the younger girls who are part of the crew very well. In fact, we felt sorry for the poor girls who had to work with him. They were so sweet and he was so sour. We will stick to the one in Hudson. read more

My sister lives in Boston and she sends me Cold Stone Creamery gift cards for almost any occasion. I love going there. I can't say it's more expensive because i always eat free, but I would happily pay. Awesome. You really, really, really have to try it. read more
