I come here occasionally when I have a gift card or if im craving something sweet. They have really good sundaes and so many mix ins to choose from. You can choose chocolate chips, m&m's, Reese cups, kitkats, twix, pound cake pieces, marshmallows and many other toppings. They also have ice cream cakes and you can place a special order ice cream cake if you need one for a special occasion. When I come I usually get one of their sundaes that they have up on the board, which is a black cherry ice cream with chocolate chips. They have so many different sundaes and you can create your own mixture. The toppings are extra which can be a bit pricey though depending on how many extras you want. There are waffle cones, and sugar cones you can choose from or just get your ice cream in a cup. The staff are usually very friendly and i have no issues with the service. read more

Decided to take my kids here since it was a hot day. First time I had ever been to cold stone. There was a great selection of ice cream and toppings. The man who helped us was so patient with my children and very helpful. He really made our experience great. It's nice to see people who really care about customers. Not sure of his name but he had an accent, Australian maybe? So many places these days have employees that couldn't care less and are rude. Very clean even the bathroom. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there is no changing table in the bathroom! It made it really hard to change my babies diaper. Please consider adding one as many parents take this into consideration when choosing places to go. Nonetheless we will be back! read more

Not my first choice when craving ice cream but I do stop here once in a blue. If your looking for a huge indulgence where you can load on the toppings and calories this place is where you want to go. You can choose one of their recommended combos or mix and match to make you're own ice cream/frozen yogurt. The ice cream was delicious, but even more important was the experience provided by the manager Chris and his wife. They are warm and personable, and my husband, children and I had a wonderful time chatting with them. It's sadly becoming rarer these days to have such a pleasant interaction with people you've just met, and I found it to be more refreshing than the ice cream. I really am excited, this was my first Cold Stone Creamery experience! I had to turn around and look outside to remind myself that I was not in Italy again with trays of gelati sitting in pans in front of my eyes. This is not your run of the mill hard hand dipped or soft serve ice cream parlor and you get to design your own creation. First you choose your flavor and if you are torn on which flavor of ice cream to have they offer free samples. Yay brain freeze! Then you choose your mix ins from a board, another dilemma but it always works out. They use two spatulas to work the ice cream back and forth until they have gathered what is needed for your treat. Then they place your ice cream on a frozen cold stone, add your mix ins, place it in a paper cup, a waffle cone or bowl, they are so cute and can be dipped into dark chocolate and wallah your master piece is ready to be devoured. I think they have a pep rally everyday before they open their doors, the servers are flying on a happy high which is contagious and it makes waiting to create your own treat comfortable and enjoyable, plus it gives you the chance to change your mind eleven million times. They have a large variety of ice creams and sorbets that are made with premium ingredients in each store daily, so the sign says, lots to read while you are standing in line. The toppings range from candies galore, nuts, fruits and ice cream sauce such as hot fudge, peanut butter, marshmallow and caramel. I bought some cute double chocolate ice cream cup cakes to refreeze for later, they also have whole cakes, smoothies, shakes and ice cream blended coffee drinks. I love pumpkin ice cream, heck I love pumpkin anything and they are featuring Fall flavors now and once I finally decide on how to create and design this treat I shall return. What I did ultimately decide on was the coconut ice cream with pineapple, bananas and pecans with a drizzle of hot fudge. Oh stop, it was delicious and I had it in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. My second choice was a coffee ice cream with roasted almonds, health bar crunch pieces and either caramel or hot fudge, but tomorrow is another day. Hubby had chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups, brownie pieces and hot fudge, it was so good! One of the first things you notice after the "go get them" approach from the order takers is each time someone leaves a tip in the jar they sing! My gosh you have to leave a tip to keep it going! Okay, I have to share a story with you. For pecan, do you say pe-can or pe-con? Both are acceptable but I used to say pe-can until an elderly southern lady corrected me and said "honey, it is pe-con a pe-can is what a truck driver uses!" read more

I called to order a birthday cake, and a young gentleman, named Chris asked me if he could call me back as they had a line out the door. So, when they closed Chris called me back at 8:30 and took my order. It was so refreshing to talk to someone so young ,that was so nice, helpful and professional. I commend Chris for his professionalism and also Coldstone for having such high standards when hiring their employees . Walked in with my daughter at 7:40 pm and was told that they are closed (3 employees behind counter doing absolutely nothing). Hours show they open till 8:30 pm. The workers Kaylee, Luba, and Crystal looked at my girlfriend and I yet they continued to do other things or find busy work. Terrible customer service! I walked in at 8:45 pm (their hours say they close at 9pm). There was a pretty long line and 2 workers. I can see the employees look at the door every time more people enter the store, but they didn't say anything. After waiting over 10 minutes, one of the employees says (at 8:57 pm) they were supposed to close at 8:30 & they were going to close at 9 pm. I told them I had already been waiting in line for over 10 minutes & the girl just kind of shrugged & walked away. Completely unacceptable! If they were only serving customers that were in the store before 8:30 pm, they should've said that as people entered the store. It's poor customer service & ridiculous to say that after people have been waiting over 10 minutes. My time is valuable and I wouldn't have waited that long to end up with nothing in the end! It is very very disappointing to enter a business where there are a total of 4 employees and none of them acknowledge a single patron that enters the business or stands at the counter waiting to be checked out. One employee is making ice cream for 2 patrons the other is making what looks like to go orders. I grab 2 quarts of ice cream and do to the counter to pay. Stand at the counter to pay for them patiently. No assistance and no acknowledgement. When the 1 employee is finished making ice cream for the 2 patrons she goes to ring them up and tries to sell them my quarts which I tell her is mine. Once she is done taking their money she asks who is next l ask to pay for my 2 quarts because I am next only to be told by the other girl making to go orders that I must wait to pay for them. Thanks but no thanks I have already waited while 3 ice creams where made now you want me to wait even longer while you make more ice cream for other folks that came in after me. If I'm going to pay almost $7 for a signature ice cream, he needs to put more caramel, pie crusts, and strawberries in it! After 3 years of calling every week, they can not seem to make the chocolate cake batter all because the cake maker doesn't want to make that flavor. Which just means the owner doesn't wish to make it. I was going to buy a cake for my husband and was told no they can not make it because they do not make the flavor he wanted. Probably the worst cold stone I've ever had. The ice cream in the showcase looked like it was melting...I ordered a cheesecake fantasy and it didn't have cheesecake bites in it. The blueberries were completely frozen and the ice cream melted within 3 minutes of eating it. It definitely did not taste like the cold stone ice cream I would have elsewhere. It's cold stone so you already know what you're getting. I personally like cold stone every once in awhile but I prefer the local ice cream parlors. This location does get busy on the weekends but the staff moves pretty quickly. The parking lot is also not my favorite. I suggest parking at pier one imports or at the end of the bowling alley. Absolutely terrible! We came in with 4 people, 3 separate orders. We waited to be helped for about 20 minutes. There was a young woman and a young man working. The young blonde woman was perfect! Quick, putting out orders, listened, just great! The young man however was incredibly slow, would leave the apples out and the fridge doors open and this poor girl has to clean up behind him now too. The entire time he is slowly chopping the ice cream, his face a few inches from what someone is about to eat, HIS MASK IS BELOW HIS NOSE, just above his lip. Needless to say we PRAYED the young woman would help us so we don't have to be a karen in the store to this gentleman. The woman finally helped our entire group with our orders. So helpful. All the while, there are multiple people piling up in the building. Waiting just as long as us because of the service. I watched this man smooth down the tops of every single ice cream? It looked liked someone licked the top it was so smooth. Who does that? He dropped another mans ice cream on the counter and still served it. He fully opened a straw and placed it with his bare fingers in the cup. He told a customer no to samples but then allowed the customer to munch down on his ice cream right in front of him with HIS MASK OFF TOO, as my order is melting.
