This is a small location without much upkeep. It can be hot inside and isn't very hospitable. We liked the food a fair amount but didn't consider eating inside. I likely won't come again and will try other ice cream locations in the area. read more

The ice cream is really good. Working staff friendly. It just seems that the female manager just doesn't want to work there/not friendly! I mostly go for the bogo birthday reward. First item she put on counter and just pushed towards me....then at the check out (after entering reward #, which I though was also a pay screen {wasn't}), she just stretched out her hand to give a card, without saying anything! Hope the owner reads these because thank god I only come here for my birthday...but if went out with friends, I'd go to Newport or another location! read more

$16 for two medium size ice cream cups-asked for it "to go" before I even said what we wanted. Female owner puts it in cups with ice cream spilling all over sides and shoves a spoon in each. Asked for lids and she huffed and just grabbed them a slid them on counter so she could start next customer. No bag... everything was a sticky wet mess and only 1 dispenser with really thin small napkins. One thing if it was for adults-but I was buying for small toddlers.. Had to go bathroom to get wet paper towels to wipe sides of cups and wash my hands, which is pretty gross. I wish this was the first encounter but not at this location. We've always liked coldstone but this location is awful-its not very clean-it's consistently hot in the summer with a lack of AC circulating... you know they just want you to leave vs sit and enjoy product in the store. Quick in and out, or In and relax if its hot and you don't want to allow your ice cream to melt all over the place. Typical franchise Cold Stone with the same flavors. I did see some new creations such as the 'Blueberry Muffin Batter'. Usually the same base flavors are available and they don't let me get old by changing up the special creations. The owners are rude and scammers. If you ask for a small size of something they "accidentally" make the larger size and charge you for it, in hopes you won't notice or say anything. When this happened to us, we addressed the size at the cash register, without apology or anything, the owner just took the large milkshake, poured some out and gave it back and charged us for the smaller one. read more

Owners have been there forever and are incredibly rude. I'm surprised they haven't been fired yet over complaints. They barely give any mixings and charge you extra if you ask for the amount you are suppose to receive. Once I noticed a black hair in my ice cream (if you know the owners you know it was hers), I am a blonde. I went right back in the store, showed them, and asked for another ice cream or a refund. We drove over to this Cold Stone from Mason, Ohio (9 miles) and found it to be just as good as the ones we had previously experienced in Columbus. They have very smooth (CREAMY) ice cream. While there are numerous flavors and toppings to choose from, they also have Signature mixtures you can try. Watching them dip the ingredients onto a cold stone and mix them right in front of you is part of the fun. My favorite Signature flavor thus far is Peanut Butter Cup Perfection with chocolate ice cream, REAL peanut butter, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Fudge! There are 20 Signature flavors and that is just the beginning of what you can create here and you can also add numerous toppings to anything. A visit here is absolutely worth the drive. read more

I asked how many scoops are in a medium sized cone-bowl and was told "I don't know, however much fits in a medium" in a very short tempered tone. I suspect that the cones were not prepared recently. This place has unfortunately gone downhill pretty bad. Went today and asked for two waffle cones and ended up with 1 regular bowl and 1 waffle cone bowl somehow. I just don't think they were paying attention. Also asked for KitKats and never got any. They reassured me it was 'in the mix' but I didn't ask for KitKat until they had started the mix. They never added anything to it and I never tasted it so there's that. read more

When I come to Bridgewater I will normally stop here but it isn't necessarily my favorite ice cream ever. It is more of a stretchy ice cream which makes it a little bit harder to eat. However, I love that they will mix in toppings for you but I wish that they would mix it a bit more thoroughly as the past few times I have been here, it is more like the toppings are in the center of the ice cream and not mixed throughout. read more

This is not the cold stone I remember having. The staff is rude and rushes you. There was an older lady working who was rude to a younger employee. Told her she was doing to all wrong and embarrassed her. The cone tasted stale and the older lady was getting annoyed with my daughter taking awhile to pick a flavor. I would have understood if there was a line but we were the only ones in the store. She would ask us every 5 seconds if we've "made up our minds yet". This place is ran poorly, management is rude, and over priced. Next time you get a milkshake from here open the lid and see if it's actually full.
