Ordered online for delivery. Had no idea the butter pecan ice cream would come without pecans. And my order came in drippy plastic bag with my ice cream melting. No one said until after my order the driver had an additional stop. It was even bagged properly. I got the strawberry blondie and it was so soupy. I asked the young lady if it was supposed to be so loose and she said it gets a little loose when the whip cream is added. I was thinking - why add the whipped cream then but what do I know. The ice creams all looked pretty soft in the display case so I felt like That was a red flag I chose to ignore. I made it half way through and tossed it in the trash. I just Couldn't do the ice cream soup. I tried it because I HATE to throw my money away. The Coldstone shares its space with a Blimpie, but they wisely have two different lines and two different registers, so you don't have to wait for people to make or pay for their sub before you can get your ice cream. The facility looks like it could get crowded at peak times, but we went mid-afternoon and had plenty of elbow room. The ice cream was delicious; the servers were courteous. Portion sizes were good. It's not cheap, but we had some paper coupons that helped. Note: on my check-in, I informed Yelp that this location didn't do delivery. I was wrong. UberEats is available here. One bad thing, at least in my book: the parking lot can be fun to navigate. There's not a lot of parking, and it's shared between this restaurant and numerous others, including a Moe's and a Starbucks. It can be tough to find a spot, and it can also be tough to get back out of the parking lot because of the volume of traffic. This has to be one of the worst locations to get such a delectable treat. The line is always extremely long due to the fact that the staff is extremely SLOW with no sense of urgency to get folks in and out. This time my girlfriend put in to use a reward and told the girl working and she did nothing. OK, i really like ice cream, the wife really likes ice cream, and as soon as he can eat it i'm sure the baby will like ice cream. Cold stone does some pretty good ice cream so i'm a fan. The reason for the low rating on this particular location is due to the fact that they are always having some sort of issues. This weekend for example two of their three blenders weren't working and the case that hold the delicious ice cream was broken so they had a backup freezer thingy sitting back there. They are also usually understaffed. Sunday they had two people working and a line of about 20 waiting. These are really just managerial problems i think so it shouldn't really reflect on the quality of the ice cream which is always excellent. They always mix ingredients well and almost always give you way more than you ask for. The staff is always friendly. If they could work on getting their equipment issues and staffing levels fixed then i would easily have to move them up to 4-5 stars. read more

This location was a little odd to me because there's also a sandwich shop attached, but the sandwich shop was closed when I went in with my boyfriend. Came in for a nice treat. Handed the young lady my coupon and said "we would like to utilize this" she responded with on what would you like I gave my flavor and then she responded with "what size" I replied "we would like to utilize whatever size the coupon allows" We order and taste great as always. Problem is that when the young lady rang us us up the amount was not what we expected... the coupon states 2 for 5 small. First the amount was over $9 which would mean nothing was deducted from the price. Then the amount was changed to over $7. Still not making sense. The young lady calls the other employee over and I asked her to explain; I still do not have a breakdown of what I've paid for... at this time I was told the coupon only allowed one mix in/topping. I explained to both employees that prior to ordering we mentioned we wanted to utilize the coupon and that the young lady did not mention this one topping/mix in allowance... we should have been given the option.
