This DQ is hit or miss, it's never really bad but sometimes isn't as good as others. On many occasions my blizzard would surely run out of the cup if it was inverted... I was pleasantly surprised by this DQ, and would recommend it. There is a remarkably friendly vibe to this place. I was greeted warmly by several workers immediately upon entry. The workers were neat and well-kept; the restaurant was immaculately clean; the place had some really neat decorations and flavor, from Barbie to Star Wars to a neat arrangement of cakes in the freezer. I only got a blizzard, but it was well made and tasted delicious. Someone had apparently dropped some wired earbuds, and one of the workers was asking if they belonged to anyone; she even went into the parking lot to ask people waiting in their cars if the earbuds belonged to them. Pretty nifty. Oh, and the parking lot was free of trash, too. I would like to visit this place again. Definitely recommended. Edit: I came back for lunch another day, and found more goodness. Friendly folks, excellent food, clean place. They were giving away free sundae coupons, and they were collecting funds for toys for tots. Terrific place and really enjoyed it. Given the state's current situation, we had a good experience. The drive through line was wrapped around the building because their dining room isn't open as yet due to Covid-19. I promised my kids a treat which is how we ended up at Dairy Queen in the first place. I orded two oreo blizzards and one strawberry cheesecake blizzard. My order was accurate, no complaints. This was the first time my kids had a blizzard! They loved it, and ate everybite. I had the strawberry cheesecake one and it was delicious as well. read more

This DQ is always top notch. Very friendly staff. We have been making a Saturday evening trip out of a burger and ice cream and all the food is hot and prepared correctly and the staff is awesome! While the dining room has been closed they have done a great job moving the drive thru line smoothly and quickly. Great job to the entire team! read more

Just went thru their drive thru and ordered a grilled BLT Chicken Salad with ranch dressing. I arrive home and take it out of the bag and they had given me Balsamic Vinaigrette, which I can't stand, instead of Ranch. Also, I take the lid off of the salad and it had maybe a spoonful of lettuce, no bacon at all and a few tomatoes but at least they put the chicken on it. So basically I paid $7 for a salad with nothing on it. Called and spoke with the manager and she acted like I was lying to her. Never once apologized. I am a senior on a limited income so I will go elsewhere and spend my money. Take my advise and don't spend your money here. The Manager is a very nasty person. read more

It was simply vanilla ice cream, whip cream and a banana. What happened to the chocolate, peanuts, pineapple toppings, and the cherry on top? I was disappointed. Perhaps this is the way DQ does it. Just left DQ seems everyone there are always new. Can't take a order have to keep repeating. They have specials but the employee never charge the special price. Window said 2 small cones $2.00 my husband just paid 4.69 for 2. Not sure if they are told to over charge, I can say that I won't be back. MacDonalds ice cream small 1.19 it's a big cone and I am always charged correctly. DQ needs an adult to over see the little kids. I am sure we are not the only one over charged. I have always visited this Dairy Queen when I'm in need of a seasonal blizzard. This particular time I was driving my family and we decided to stop by this DQ. I am not very experienced with using the app for the various deals that pop up, but was planning to use a "Get an original cheeseburger for free with the purchase of a small or larger blizzard treat". I did not ask for it at the kiosk because I did not want to be accidentally charged for it. So we ordered two blizzards and one ice cream. When we pulled up to the window I asked the girl working to use the coupon, however she responded in a very poor way and said that I had not ordered the burger with an attitude. She closed the window after handing one blizzard to me and I looked at my family in disbelief. Sad to see no effort being made towards the best of the customers interest. The blizzards were great but overall, not including this time, the service was been spotty at best. I also had a friend who formerly worked at this location and they mentioned how terrible management was and that the environment as far as a work place was poor. Too bad this is the only Dairy Queen anywhere near Hiram, otherwise I'd be at another. read more

Came to grab some lunch while waiting on my car to get washed and had a lovely lunch. The servers at the counter were friendly and efficient. The food was hot and perfectly the way I ordered. Got the $5 lunch and it was too much food! They had a clean restroom and the floor and tables were well cleaned and managed. Will def chose this place again to eat in. read more

What a disappointing experience. I went to have a blizzard and they were out of the supplies for the one I wanted. I tried ordering a second flavor and they were out of the supplies for that one. I tried to order a third flavor and they were out of that one. I settled on a banana split since they could not make anything else I wanted. Customer service is abysmal. No apologies for being out of their supplies and the cashier was a bit rude. read more

It is really sad what the food industry has gotten to. Went to this location for dinner and a desert. All the doors were locked so we proceeded through the drive thru. We ordered and got to the window. I asked if the knew the doors were locked. The young man said "We don't have enough help". I suggested the put signs on the doors, to prevent customers from walking around the building looking for the open door, but before I could finish my sentence her closed the window and walked off. His body language certainly told that he should not be interacting with the public! He handed us the blizzards, by holding them out the window and just dropping the first one into my hand. The second I grabbed before he could release it. This is not the first time we have dealt with this. The manager was previously at a Dairy Queen, my son worked at. This attitude migrates from the top down. The order was wrong and having to deal with this type of attitude will keep me from coming back.
