Great dessert treat . Generous portions for the " gotta have it" portions You can choose different ice cream flavors along with the toppings you prefer. I was craving ice cream and decided to come in to grab some. There was only one other customer in the store. The store was clean and smelled of freshly made waffle cones. We were greeted upon entry and were offered samples to various ice cream flavors. I decided to go with the Surrender to Strawberry in a waffle cone. It consist of Strawberry Ice Cream with Yellow Cake, Strawberries and Whipped Topping. It reminds me of the strawberry passion cake but it's not as yummy. read more

Traditionally I have avoided Cold Stone. The pricing of their ice cream looks excessive, and I was unable to justify paying over double other places locally. My wife and kids insisted we go and I wasn't disappointed. The ice cream was certainly higher quality than other offerings around, the hand blended flavors were consistent and the portion was appropriate for the quality and price. Will a $7.00 ice cream be a regular thing for me? No. Just like a Starbucks coffee, it's a treat to be enjoyed occasionally. Is it worth the money? Yes. I look forward to my next visit when I can try another of their signature flavors, or maybe even come up with something myself. To note, the staff was fast, friendly, and professional. They offered real suggestions and made the experience great. read more

I have been visiting Cold Stone for over 12 years, and while the shop has changed hands several times, the ice cream has stayed true. When you walk in you are welcomed even when the line is long. The employees are quick and efficient in serving everyone. I love when they get fun seasonal flavors. My current favorite is the Blueberry Muffin batter! There is a reason this franchise is failing. $7.29 for a minuscule amount of ice cream with a bit of candy bar mixed in. I have a large family and for 8 of us to get tiny kid size cups, it was $49. Maybe a quart of ice cream total for just shy of $50. There is no world in which this makes sense. Honestly, go to Publix, get three quarts of the best premium ice cream they have, make a trip down the candy isle and load up on candy bars and you'll have 3x the product for 1/3 the price. And the ice cream isn't even that good. Oh yeah, the teenage workers seemed annoyed to have to serve us as well. Hard pass. read more

100° outside so of course we go to get ice cream...along with dozens of others. We walk in to a line of about 10-12 people. I debate leaving but my little friend insists we wait. To my delight the ice cream artist Sam is whipping up orders like a flash! This one man show smiled as he completed order after order, and did the cash register too! Yum. Sweet cream ice cream. Cookie dough chocolate chip concoction! Sugar overdose. The BEETUS! After pigging out at Joe's Crab Shack my mom wanted some dessert and she loves ice cream. I noticed this Stone Cold location right across the parking lot. It's set in a location that makes it a bit hard to find, and was totally empty when we walked in. The counter staff was friendly and had no problem letting us sample a bunch of flavors. A bit pricey but it's a rare treat and the quality is worth it. Bright and clean with only a few tables inside, and a few on an outside patio area that we sat at since it was great weather out. My mom was happy. I need an insulin shot. read more

A nice tidy store with more indoor and outdoor seating than I've seen at other Cold Stone locations. There's plenty of parking because this store is located in a complex with a Publix and lots of other shops. It can be a wee bit tricky to find if you haven't been here before- the store is nestled between a bike shop and a dry cleaner in a building seperate from the Publix (closer to Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy). Service was great. The kids tried the new signature combination themed from that new kids movie, Smallfoot. It was pretty delicious, and turned their mouths bright blue, which they loved. My husband had Mudpie Mojo, which has a strong coffee flavor and was also super delicious. It's cold in there -- no surprise -- so bring a light jacket or sweater. My kids were shivering by the end of their dessert, and so was I. $26 was the bill for 2 adults and 2 children, just to give an idea of the price. The sign inside says they've added frozen yogurt options but I only saw one, the strawberry, in the display. read more

I love Cold Stone's Ice Cream. Delicious flavors and a huge number of mix-in's. You can get a signature dish of ice create your own. All the flavors are good. I like the banana ice cream because it tastes like real bananas. My husband likes getting the Founders Favorite which is made with sweet cream ice cream brownies, fudge, caramel, and pecans. You can't go wrong with anything that you order. read more

This is a good chain, but with all the new frozen yogurt places opening up, they are going to have to try and stand out. I really like Cold Stone, and the ice cream is consistent since it is a chain. The downside to this particular one is the location. i don't go that often because of the price, but not bad for a special treat. read more

Ofcourse the ice cream was delicious. But the fact that I went there with a 10% off coupon for cold stone that I didn't notice was for a different location, he refused to take it. I would of left without buying anything if it wasn't already made with both orders but I'm not a jerk. Not taking the coupon shows they do not value me as a customer and others who were prob refused. All together a bad customer service experience. As a chain business they should except the coupons from there customers and express that they appreciate your business,was not the case at this location. read more

I ordered the All the lovin' with out the oven or something and it was very good. I always end up ordering the Birthday cake remix flavor. He ordered the Chocolate Devotion and it was awesome. Very busy as there was only one girl working on a Sunday. The wait was longer than preferred, but she was doing a good job as the only person. Great variety of choices. Instead, it's actually a tiny, dark, whimsical shop with a queue that wraps around to the displays. Despite the small space, they have three checkout registers, so once you're inside, the line moves surprisingly fast. One tip for first-time visitors: don't rely on the cookie menu on the website. Many of those flavors are seasonal or limited editions. The menu card they hand you while you're waiting in line shows the flavors available that day, so decide what you want before you get to the register because ordering is pretty quick. I ordered a classic Sprinkle cupcake for myself and wanted to get a single pup cake, but for some reason that was only available as a three-pack, so I decided I'd treat the dogs in my family, too. My order was ready quickly and the person who handed it over was very nice. I wanted to enjoy the weather and my cupcake, so I sat at one of the tables outside and dug in. My cupcake was a little on the dry side but good overall -- the flavors were there, especially in the frosting. I also felt like it was a good size, but I'm admittedly the type of person who isn't a fan of giant "oversized" desserts. And I do think the price is pretty fair, especially by Mickey's standards. The pup cakes? Well, they were devoured by three pups as soon as they came out of the box, but alas, the dogs wouldn't give me a review beyond that.

I find the cupcake part to be pretty moist on the day of. Don't put the cupcake in the fridge because it will dry it out. I usually get the red velvet. I also tried a vanilla one and thought it was good too. I did order ahead and came like 10-15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I did have to ask where my cupcakes were but they had them ready in the back.
