Brought my family here after dinner.. so around 8:30. When we walked in we were just glared at. No hi, welcome in, nothing.. once we looked over the menu, we stood there and waited for a team member to address us. Now at these time the crew was laughing and talking with each other.. I politely looked over and said, "do we come over to you?" Seeing this is our first time in, we didn't really know how the que worked. No words except for "size?" Once we paid $46 for 4 Ice creams we went to find a place to sit.. EVERYTHING WAS SO DIRTY. So we began to clean up a table ourselves so we could sit and enjoy the moment! Will a $7.00 ice cream be a regular thing for me? No. Just like a Starbucks coffee, it's a treat to be enjoyed occasionally. Is it worth the money? Yes. There is a reason this franchise is failing. $7.29 for a minuscule amount of ice cream with a bit of candy bar mixed in. I have a large family and for 8 of us to get tiny kid size cups, it was $49. Maybe a quart of ice cream total for just shy of $50. There is no world in which this makes sense. Honestly, go to Publix, get three quarts of the best premium ice cream they have, make a trip down the candy isle and load up on candy bars and you'll have 3x the product for 1/3 the price.
