I was very sad when this bakery closed down in Santa Monica where I live. However I was excited to see that they opened a location in Disney Springs! I do like that they cater to the vegan and gluten-free community. Unfortunately there are always hits and misses with this bakery. Some items will be very dry and flavorless while others will be good and others too sugary. It's very inconsistent. The service is also inconsistent. The staff seem to be disconnected at times and give off a vibe that they don't care to be there and help customers. Very sad read more

This is a cute bakery in Disney Springs that is entirely gluten free and vegan. I'm gluten free and am always on the lookout for a good GF baked goods so my hopes were high going in. The pumpkin spice cupcake was dense and kind of dry, and the frosting was a little too sweet for me. The chocolate cupcake was a little better. I know being GF and vegan is a handicap, but these days, you can find GF stuff that tastes identical to the real thing, so I wasn't impressed. It also came out to like $9 per cupcake, which, again, is understandable because it's GF. Our server was very sweet. What a fun, cute store, with incredible looking baked goods. I ordered an iced cookie and my mom ordered a huge looking caramel brownie. Service was super fast. My mom's brownie was amazing, and I love supporting women-owned businesses. I didn't notice until after we had ordered that all the items are vegan and gluten-free (as well as kosher), which I think is the point - that the taste is still amazing and you'd never know that the items are vegan and gf, but if I had realized this, I wouldn't have ordered the cookie, which I was expecting to be crisp with a crunchy top, and instead was soft and overly sweet for my taste, with little texture differences. Wow!! This is the place to try even if you are not dairy free or vegan! Someone wrote about their cinnamon roll being out of this world and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The roll is nice size to share but not gigantic. It had the perfect amount of cinnamon and icing. We could not get over how good the texture was. It was not dense at all. There wasn't a line- I'm surprised because this place was amazing. There isn't any seating side so we sat outside on the bench to enjoy our dessert. The first hint this place was terrible was the fact that there was no line unlike every other bakery in Disney Springs. The bakery items look delicious but taste absolutely horrible. We bought a slice of chocolate cake that looked amazing, but was dry and flavorless. The cake was completely inedible and we threw it away. The second item was a thin chocolate cookie sandwich with mint cream in between (they were two-for-one and obviously they can't even give their desserts away). Again, these looked great but tasted terrible and we threw them away, too. We spent $30 on dessert that we could not eat. I wish I could get my money back. read more

We absolutely love this allergy-safe bakery! I have Celiac Disease and my boyfriend has wheat and dairy allergies (and a sweet tooth!). Whenever I visit Disney Springs I make sure to visit to pick up some treats for the vacation. It's really awesome to have a designated allergy-safe bakery that produces treats that taste this good! This year, we enjoyed several kinds of cupcakes, a scrumptious crumb cake and a slice of carrot cake with what tasted like cream cheese frosting. The carrot cake was my favorite because it was moist and the frosting delicious (didn't taste gluten- and dairy-free). It is a grab-and-go counter so you don't eat there. Of note, they also have a website where you can order products delivered to your home. We might consider doing this for a special occasion down the road and have a cake shipped to Texas. read more

I had very high hopes for this place, unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. First of all, the store is very narrow so it's pretty difficult to go in with a stroller. The way the layout is, it's not that convenient but anywho! We walked in and saw these desserts that looked decent. I never check prices on stuff, I know, I know. I just go to check out and then I'm surprised when I pay. Anyway, we got a chocolate chip cookie, a brownie, and a chocolate cupcake. I grabbed a spoon on the way out and took a bite of the brownie. Wow, it was like a dry sponge. I was wondering how old it may have been or if it was fresh! Yikes!!! My daughter took a couple of bites of the cookie and threw the rest on the floor. The cupcake topping was very sweet and the cake was dry. It was almost $24 for those three items. I think, if you truly have allergies to things, and cannot eat anything else, then come here because you probably won't know any better. Otherwise, I will never return here nor will I recommend it to any one. The staff was not super friendly, but they were not rude either. Last time I went the server was very helpful because I wanted something to save for later and they made a good recommendation (tea cake bought Thursday night still good and moist {wrapped with the paper bag from Erin's} on Saturday morning. This place is small and adorable with MANY choices of treats, and the treats they offer depend on the time of year you visit. We came in late winter early spring and I didn't like the choices of bakes goods as when I had visited in the past during the Fall. This time they had more cupcake and cake like options than donuts, brownies, cookies. I have a gluten allergy and hands down had the best cinnamon roll here. Sticky, sweet, more fluffy than dense cinnamon deliciousness! Employees are so helpful and kind helping you choose what treat you may like. The baked goods are good and consistent. However, the teeny boppers who they have running the place are despicable. You ask for some specific and they give you an attitude like you're unconvincing their life. I asked for a light baked cookie. They give me a brown one. I say can I please have a light baked one, they respond "they're all the same". However, I can see from where I'm standing, there's plenty of light baked cookies. I spend over $50 when I come and this is how I'm treated. I come here often because I live local and have an allergy, but I'm definitely considering finding another bakery. Once again I would swear that I reviewed this place before but it's coming up as a new spot for me. We've been stopping in here for years and have always enjoyed the variety of products that they offer. They are a vegan bakery with tons of good quality items. Personally I've ordered brownies and cookies on most of my times but I have tried many of their items. On this occasion I decided to try the apple pie donut. This was quite a tasty item that I would definitely try again. I have been here with a variety of different people and we have tried quite a few different cupcakes and my youngest had a slice of their carrot cake this time. They really enjoyed it. The people that work here are always friendly and provide quality service. They are very knowledgeable about their products and have been quite helpful in staring us around some of the other food allergies that some of us have. The shop is easy to locate near the middle of Disney Springs. It is well lit and smells divine. This place is strictly carryout but sometimes we find a bench to sit on to enjoy our treats. read more

Wonderful service and a wide variety for those of us who have food allergies. * I can't have anything with potato starch in it, so oftentimes allergen friendly baked goods are not safe for me (though they are friendly to other allergens, they often have potato starch or potato flour in them as a gf substitute) that said, this location has at least two items on hand at all times that are safe for me- 1) the mounds. They're so yummy and heart shaped 2) the sugar cookies- they're amazing! They taste like the cake-cookies that were a "special treat" as a kid before i became reactive to certain ingredients. * The man named Brett is always so helpful and always triple checked the ingredients for me. 10/10. I came here with my friend on 6/23/23 around 12:30 pm. We ordered two cookie sandwiches and one donut. The girl who served us had glasses and brown hair. She seemed to be really struggling with our order. My friend decided that she wanted a regular cookie instead of a cookie sandwich. The girl said OK. Then she asked me if I wanted the dipped cookie sandwich. I told her no, I want the regular cookie sandwich. We paid and left. We realized we only received one item... A dipped cookie sandwich. No regular cookie, no donut. Making mistakes is OK, but the way this lady acted when we came back was not. We told her that the only thing she gave us was a dipped cookie sandwich (we wanted a regular cookie sandwich, and she already confirmed it one time!) and a cookie. She got an attitude and said " YOU SAIIID you didn't want the regular cookie." And then I told her we changed the order from one cookie sandwich to a regular cookie. And we also ordered a donut which was missing but we are over it and don't want the donut anymore. The lady was super rude. There was another lady working at this time. She was not wearing glasses. Delicious. I got the marble pound cake and banana bread. The only thing is it would be very easy to not know this cafe was vegan! I found it by looking up vegan restaurants at Disney Springs, but would have walked right by it otherwise. The sinage isn't visible until you go inside.
