The ice cream is quality Blue Bell brand which already told me the ice cream is great. I will say that the shakes and a decent size and could be shared with a friend or family member as they are exploding with sweetness. I really enjoyed the Hot Fudge Nachos as it was a fun spin on a hot fudge sundae. This is definitely an experience I recommend! There is plenty of indoor seating, two large sinks in the back of the dining room to wash out your souvenir mason jars, colorful murals on the walls, friendly and welcoming staff. Menu board, handheld menus and a photo menu book to look at to help you make your decision. You do t have to get the souvenir mason jars with your shakes but they are cute if you want them.

They do have some options for basic ice cream, etc. in dishes, but that is not their wheelhouse. The staff was very helpful in answering questions, especially because the menu is a bit overwhelming. They make each concoction to order, so you can make some substitutions but that also means it will take some time to get your order (especially in a large group).

We both knew our go to orders. My friend got a chocolate vanilla swirl in a cup, dipped in fudge topping for the hardened shell. I order a Kiddie Twirl with chocolate ice cream, cookie dough, and heath bar. But the person I saw before me had a caramel sundae that looked amazing, so I asked if they could drizzle caramel on mine. The woman so nice and offered to twirl it with caramel! Now I have a new favorite menu item. Other locations that I have been to haven't had the most friendly staff, but these two ladies were welcoming and friendly. Logistics: This location is less visible from the main road (192) than most locations, but it does indeed have the iconic ice cream cone building. It was plenty of parking and also a drive-thru. This location also offers umbrella-covered seating.

It was so creamy--the perfect balance of sweet caramel and flaky sea salt, all served in a freshly made waffle cone. I regret nothing. It was the best way to end my night at Disney Springs.

There are a few outdoor tables, but we usually just park and sit in the car. There's a huge, free parking lot at the adjacent Winn Dixie grocery store, which makes for good people watching at night. This location is open late, which makes it a great stop after leaving Disney for the day.
