We ordered the Hot Fudge Nachos ($12)with housemade cinnamon sugar chips, bluebell vanilla ice cream, brownies, whipped cream and a cherry ($, Butter My Waffle Shake ($18.83 served in souvenir mason jar) which is vanilla ice cream caramel sauce, crushed butter finger, chocolate sauce, chocolate icing, sugar pearl waffle and whipped cream, and a Build Me Up Buttercup shake ($18.83 served in souvenir mason jar) which has both vanilla and peanut butter ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, Reese's peanut butter cups, peanut butter sauce and Reese's pieces. The ice cream is quality Blue Bell brand which already told me the ice cream is great. I will say that the shakes and a decent size and could be shared with a friend or family member as they are exploding with sweetness. I really enjoyed the Hot Fudge Nachos as it was a fun spin on a hot fudge sundae. This is definitely an experience I recommend! There is plenty of indoor seating, two large sinks in the back of the dining room to wash out your souvenir mason jars, colorful murals on the walls, friendly and welcoming staff. Menu board, handheld menus and a photo menu book to look at to help you make your decision. You do t have to get the souvenir mason jars with your shakes but they are cute if you want them.

This place is very Instagrammable, which I'm sure was part of their plan (and I think it worked)! They have all sorts of crazy concoctions with fun names, many in mason jars (hence their business name). These concoctions aren't cheap, and I think anyone would be hard pressed to finish one themselves, so if you're not big on sweet treats maybe share one. They do have some options for basic ice cream, etc. in dishes, but that is not their wheelhouse. The staff was very helpful in answering questions, especially because the menu is a bit overwhelming. They make each concoction to order, so you can make some substitutions but that also means it will take some time to get your order (especially in a large group).

The flavors are rich, fresh, and just flat-out delicious. What really sets them apart though is their variety--they offer multiple no sugar added options and several dairy-free choices, which is a huge win. I honestly wish more ice cream shops would follow their lead. The shop itself has a great old-fashioned diner vibe, which makes it even more enjoyable. There's also a nice little outdoor seating area, perfect for hanging out with family. We came in as a family of 7 and tried a little bit of everything--milkshakes, dairy-free (the coconut was incredible), no sugar added options (POG for the win!), plus cones and cups. Everything we had was top-notch. Now, I have to call this out--I'm a HUGE Oreo fan. Like, it's my all-time favorite cookie. And the Oreo Xtreme ice cream here? Easily the best Oreo ice cream I've ever had. It seriously tastes like it was made in an Oreo factory... in the best possible way. Packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, not over-the-top--just perfect. Highly, highly recommend checking this place out. You won't regret it.

I highly suggest to pre taste before you pick the flavor. I didn't and big mistake, I only pre tried the coconut and it was ok but not that great either. So without trying then went for pistachio. It was served on a paper which was messy. I didn't finish it and left. The portion was very large and the best deal you get is on taco Tuesday $5 for a large portion. Not sure they still do it as the place has new owners. I went back a second time and then the ice cream was insanely sweet, the other extreme. Never been back since.

I got a milkshake- they upcharge for chocolate syrup in a chocolate shake- they put it in a thin plastic cup, it was 95 plus outside. I ask for styrofoam cup that was larger and insulated with lid, no couldn't have one of those cups they were for smoothies only??!?! Wtf???!!! It was a cup I even questioned it twice and was told those cups were more expensive so I couldn't have one with a shake. Like even if I paid for it they acted like it was an abomination to even ask. This was pathetic service to argue over a damn cup. Suck less please!

Scoops serves Hershey's brand ice cream. In addition to cups and cones, they also offer ice cream specialties (like banana splits and brownie sundaes), mighty milkshakes, and even specialty hot dogs. My wife and I shared a cup of "Graham Central Station" (graham flavored ice cream with a crunchy graham cracker swirl and chocolate covered honeycomb candies) while our sons shared a cup of "Milk & Cookies" (the super premium version of 'Cookies & Cream'). The ice cream was delicious and really hit the spot after a hot morning by the pool!

I was completely full from dinner, but I just had to stop. It's a whole experience. Once it's your turn, you literally feel like you're the only person in the store. They let you sample as many flavors as you'd like, which makes choosing incredibly difficult! I finally decided on the Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons in a kid's waffle cone since I was already so full. It was so creamy--the perfect balance of sweet caramel and flaky sea salt, all served in a freshly made waffle cone. I regret nothing. It was the best way to end my night at Disney Springs.

The first thing you'll notice when walking in is the amazing smell of the fresh waffle cones they bake in house. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and their rewards program is a nice bonus since every purchase earns you points toward free treats. Even though I sample the seasonal flavors, I almost always order a split single scoop of Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons and Double Fold Vanilla in a chocolate or seasonal waffle cone. It's my perfect combo. Since it's at Disney Springs, it can get pretty busy, especially at night, and since it's a small shop the queue line is usually wrapped outside, but it's absolutely worth the wait. Great ice cream, friendly service, and creative flavors keep me coming back.

My favorite thing here are the Twirls, their take on a Blizzard. Soft serve vanilla ice cream blended with your choice of ingredients. We usually go through the drive-thru, and it's always fairly fast and efficient. Although this location is sometimes staffed with indifferent teenagers, they provide good service (if not the most attentive). There are a few outdoor tables, but we usually just park and sit in the car. There's a huge, free parking lot at the adjacent Winn Dixie grocery store, which makes for good people watching at night. This location is open late, which makes it a great stop after leaving Disney for the day.
