The location is clean, beautiful, and very inviting inside. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the visit enjoyable. The cookies themselves are good, with lots of icing and toppings to choose from. They are a bit softer and more underbaked than I personally prefer, but the flavors are still enjoyable. I have been hoping for the cornbread cookie to make a reappearance at my local Crumbl but alas it has not. I was so excited when I saw the cornbread cookie as the mystery cookie at this location! Pretty disappointed in our visit to pick up a 4 pack yesterday. For the size of the small store, it is pretty obvious when someone walks in the door. There was no one greeting nor anyone that made eye contact with us. I walked straight to the machine to order and another 2 people walked in to do the same. No one greeted them either. When I paid, I chose to have my receipt printed. I walked over to the counter and asked if I can have a receipt and the person who came to the front said their printer was down so she asked if I wanted it sent by text or email. Still, no "Hello" or "How can I help you" We waited about 5 minutes and I assumed we were waiting on the oven. We weren't given a status, just waited. I recently wrote a review (6 days ago) giving this location a 1 due to replacing a 2 large cookie for 5 smaller ones. I went an hour before closing and the line was out the door and apparently they ran out of some of the cookies. The smaller ones did not equal the weight of the 2 large cookies. Swapping to smaller cookies wasn't conveyed The cookies were for my grands I decided to return the following morning to speak with the Mgr. I told her the store was VERY VERY busy and the staff was doing everything in their power to get everyone their orders, and may have forgot to let us know about the switch. She immediately apologized, and offered a refund or replacement. We accepted the replacement. This was my 1st time eating a Crumbl and I understand the crave, and my interaction with the mgr. exemplifies the creators mission statement!!! We came here after eating dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. Noticed it was in the same area when we were waiting to be seated. I can't have dairy so this was nice to get. It's definitely very modern. They only have certain flavors available throughout the week according to the sign outside and their menu. The cookies are large. But they also seem to have small ones too. You order on a tablet. There's also a large menu above you too. You can see the giant mixers and there were a ton of bakers there. It was definitely modern chic. Very simplistic and not overly gaudy. I love Crumbl Cookies!  I stumbled across the Loop location while out shopping one day and decided to go in.  Turns out it a national chain.  When I mentioned to a friend from CO and a friend from AZ they both jumped up, "I love Crumbl." Now, that I am officially a Crumbl addict I've found this location near the outlet malls as well.  Crumbl cookies are sweet, but not so sweet that they will put you in a sugar coma.  The texture is perfect.  They aren't overcooked, but not undercooked.  They sort of crumble...get it.  haha.  Other well known cookies in the area have been known to be more like cookie dough for me, and that's not my preference. These are just about perfect as far as I a concerned.   So, the first time I went I got chocolate chip and classic sugar which are the two flavors they always have.  I'm actually a big fan of the sugar because they put the most delicious icing on it.  So yummy!  The chocolate chip is good, but they have so many unique flavors that I've never felt the need to get chocolate chip again. The other 4 flavors rotate every week.  The peanut butter is ridiculously good. This one has peanut butter icing and pieces of peanut butter cups.  Fabulous.  If you can eat it warm, even more mind blowing.  I was also a huge fan of the Hawaiian which had what I would describe as a pina colada flavored icing.  I have never been disappointed with any of their cookies with icing.  This past time they had caramel popcorn cookie with icing and it was incredible.  Shockingly, the bubblegum cookie with icing was good too.  My son's favorite so far has been the blue cookie monster. I have been least impressed with the white chocolate macadamia and funfetti cookies.  Both are still above average cookies, but the fun flavors are one of the things that makes Crumbl stand out. I'll actually add the cornbread cookie to this list. I love the concept. It just didn't work for me. Finally, there's another cookie place that people rave about where a cookie costs over $6.  These are not only more delicious (IMHO), but more reasonably priced.  A box of 6 is $20.  I don't live super close so I usually grab the 6 pack when I go and my colleagues and I eat on them at the office for the week.  Yes, they are that good I've got my whole office addicted.   Finally, you can check the ever changing flavors on the website or app.  You can also pre-order and do a curbside pick up.   Come try these amazing cookies.  You won't be disappointed. read more

As a hugeee Crumbl Cookies lover, I was so excited when I found out this was only 5 minutes from the resort I was staying at. I'm from New York, so the closest one to me is an hour and a half away. Although it's a small store, they get everyone's cookies out very fast. First of all... I'm giving it 4 stars ONLY because the girls in there were so friendly and efficient. If they'd been anything less than stellar, this would've gotten 3 stars. S'mores Cookie: my favorite of the 4 cookies I tried, and pretty much the only one I enjoyed and might return to Crumbl for. Tons of ooey gooey marshmallowy goodness, which saved the cookie. 2. Hazelnut Churro Cookie: This cookie was alright- the outside tastes like a standard snickerdoodle (I am picky because I make EXCELLENT and better snickerdoodle cookies at home). There was a bit of hazelnut, but left me wanting more... I've made Nutella-stuffed cookies before, and this was just lacking a sufficient amount of hazelnut. But maybe I got a defunct one? 3. Chocolate Chip Cookie: I am not difficult to please with a chocolate chip cookie... I buy Nestle's chocolate chip cookie dough at home and just heat it up, and I'm perfectly content... But this cookie just didn't meet a low expectation of a decent chocolate chip cookie. I read another review, and it caught my exact feelings- this cookie tasted CHALKY. The milk chocolate chips were not delicious... You know when chocolate is just so off that it tastes dietetic? That's how I felt about it. I am usually obsessed with any and all chocolate chip cookies... and I ate some and abandoned this one. 4. Cake Batter- oh dear. My least favorite. It was just a fail. I took a bite of this and threw it back in the box. Wasn't worth the calories. Overall, great and friendly service.... With the okay-est cookies. I accidentally stumbled upon this location when I was shopping in the area. I had seen social media postings from friends, buying boxes of the these cookies and my mouth always watered when I saw the cookies! I couldn't pass up on trying them. When I walked in, the smell was glorious. I was greeted by the staff immediately. They had screens you could order from, or you could also order from the counter. However, for the buzz the business has I thought they would be as chunky and as big as other places like Gou-oui's. However the staff and the service is the most special. I like the fact that you can gift wrap, add notes, and order curbside/ delivery. They show you the cookies in front of you to make sure they're fresh enough. This was our 1st visit to this newly-opened store, and it is a bright, clean, simply decorated location, consistent with the 3 others we have visited. The staff greeted us promptly as we entered, & was friendly and attentive, asking if it was our first visit & offering to answer any questions. They quickly and efficiently produced our electronic order, & we were on our way in a very short time. Now about the cookies...Crumbl has a weekly rotation of interesting cookie flavors that seem to always include a chocolate chip, & usually a sugar cookie. I admit that after my first couple visits I was left feeling as if Crumbl simply provided over-priced, mediocre cookies. The sugar cookies were surprisingly boring - & I'm a sugar cookie fan. There is nothing interesting about them. And the chocolate chip cookies left so much to be desired. I mean, it's a basic cookie, but here, at this much-sought-after cookie factory, it was disappointing. After trying both of these a couple times, I wouldn't recommend or repeat them. I was ready to give up on Crumbl, but then I caved to my children's begging & decided to give Crumbl one last try. And I'm glad I did. After experiencing the Twix & the Reese's cookies, I think Crumbl is maybe just not so hot at the basics, because they knocked these two specialty cookies out of the park. They were both so rich, so full of flavor, and truly deliciously satisfying treats. Those two cookies redeemed Crumbl, & left me curious to know about their other varieties, which led me to this particular visit... This week's flavors included Twix (the reason I came!), snickerdoodle cupcake, & Dole Whip. The snickerdoodle cupcake cookie was a-mazing! Such fantastic flavor, with a delicious, creamy frosting - so good! It was a favorite among my crew! The Dole Whip (a family favorite when at Disney) was a chilled cookie that had a wonderfully duplicated DW flavor. It was really pretty impressive! The cookie was not my favorite, but not for lack of flavor, texture, or being an overall fantastic cookie, I just generally don't prefer those flavors in cookie form. If you're a DW fan you should definitely check it out, it's very unique! Overall, I have been satisfied with my last couple visits, & will be back to check out some of the more unique cookies that Crumbl has to offer. I will just continue to steer clear of the basics here!
