Yes. Yes. Yes! You can't go wrong with Cold Stone. It's absolutely amazing ice cream and sorbet. The mixes they did for us were epic, and didn't melt out before I finished the 10 minute drive back to our hotel. Everyone was super happy with their ice cream...

Amazing service. They also gave us a free slice of cake for spending more than $25. Always love a little treat. Great little shop.

I love their ice cream, but the past two times I've found hair in my ice cream. I always give places two tries, I'm pretty disappointed.

    So many choices!!!! Yummmmmm

My Petite Sweet, opens at 8 am so you don't have to wake up at the crack- of -dawn afraid of them selling out of items you want vs. sleeping in on your vacation. They close at 3pm so you have time on the way home from whatever day's activities you were doing, to pick up some dessert for an after dinner treat. My Petite Sweet is a great stop for quick, sweet or savory ready-to-eat breakfast items. The employees will ask you if you want your items warmed up and are more than happy to do that for you. There are several tables and chairs available if you wish to enjoy your items on-site... ...but THIS is where My Petite Sweet SHINES ABSOLUTELY ABOVE-THE-REST: Upon entering, you will be greeted by a HUMONGOUS refrigerated case that is remeniscent to me of the magic and excitement I felt as a child imagining finding the "Golden Ticket" and touring "Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory! " My Petite Sweet has an ENDLESS array of YUMMY confectionery so tempting you just want to tell the employee, "I'll take one of everything," because it's so hard to choose. Most of My Petite Sweet's items are little masterpieces so beautifully decorated you hate to ruin them by biting into them! Once you do, however, you experience the taste of something so INCREDIBLY SCRUMPTIOUS you will ALWAYS make this your first stop when you arrive in Lincoln City, or perhaps even making My Petit Sweet your reason for traveling to LC in the first place! I'm glad I live 90 min away or I would be here every day to try something new. Of the many items I've tried, I have enjoyed each one! On each trip I discover a new favorite (or two, or three! ) My Petite Sweet's portions are huge, the prices are reasonable, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Also, don't be afraid to stock up on your trip. The employees pack the items individually, and they stay very fresh in the fridge. ENJOY!

The earthquake cake was fabulous; it was not a soft cake, it was very dense and full of rich chocolate, cream cheese and chocolate chips . It was extremely filling. The two women who helped us were very polite and very patient as we took forever to choose from their delicious options. They had a massive selection of treats. A true sweet-treat paradise. The ambiance reminds me of the old candy shops I would go to on the Oregon coast, which brought back fond memories. It would be helpful if, instead of a large sign that said 'bakery,' it had the business name. Nonetheless, this place was great, and we will definitely be back.

It's pretty small inside and definitely has an antique shop feel. There's lots of different styles and things around. There are a few small tables scattered throughout. The lady at the front was very kind and happy to walk us through their options. They have one small case that's mostly savory and one small case that's sweets with a tiny truffle case on the counter. I think the move here is the cinnamon roll, but when we arrived they were still baking, which meant it smelled delightful, but were weren't able to try one. We ended up trying the breakfast muffin, which was really unique. It's a muffin with cheese and spinach baked in, along with an entire strip of bacon just under the surface, and an entire egg baked in the middle. It was good, but I'm not sure I would order it again. I'm not usually a scone fan, I prefer a muffin, but their scones looked good. We tried the blueberry lemon and the cranberry orange. They were both really flavorful with a good texture, not super dry. The blueberry edged out the cranberry for me because the blueberries were fresh, whereas the cranberry were dried. This is a cute small shop, clearly making everything from scratch with passion. I'd stop back in for a cinnamon roll for sure!

I just wanted a hot delicious comfort dinner and food for the next day too because I knew I needed sustenance. Door dash quickly and efficiently brought me pasta and bread, a salad, fried zucchini, 2 for 1 cheesecake, and a chicken parm sandwich that came with potato planks. The bread and butter were the best part. The bread was soft and warm inside, chewy and crunchy outside. The zucchini was in planks too, that were just too thick and not really flavorful. There was no dip. Sad. They needed parmesan. The chicken parm was not on a ciabatta roll as described, it was on okay toasted bread and it needed more melty cheese and marinara and it didn't need raw tomato or wilty warm wet lettuce on it at all. The chicken was scrawny. The chicken alfredo pasta was just ok. It was bland and the pasta was not really al dente. On Door Dash it said there would be broccoli (no) and in the photo on Yelp it looked like there might be peas (no). The mushrooms were nice. The cheesecake was average. I liked it ok because Im boring but I wouldnt get it again. The potato planks were just alright. They needed ketchup and more seasoning. All in all I do not think I would order from them again. But it was still helpful to have prepared food show up at my door, so there is that. I hear its a ghost kitchen so no ambience to report.(I think its connected to Pier 101).

First visit: My kid liked the smothered fries ( they really WERE smothered, and the mac and cheese, and everything he found on my plate. I got a 3 meat plate in an effort to try and share everything- because I know how this goes- w/chunks of smoky tender chicken, saucy burnt ends, and slices of brisket for a $2 upcharge. The meats were all good. I got mac and cheese which I enjoyed too, it's really cheesey and sticky and I like that, and fries which were ok. 2nd visit: I ordered a three meat plate with ribs, burnt ends, and pulled pork with 2 sides of mac to share leftovers. I didn't receive ribs, I got a big slab of moist, fatty, melty brisket ..that's fine with me cuz I really like brisket. It was all good. The pulled pork is pretty perfect: tender, smoky, fatty, and salty. In context, in an Oregon coast town it's a five. No, it's not Austin or Memphis or Carolina or Kansas City (I have eaten all of that), but the meats were all on point. And that is hard to find in Oregon sometimes. A note saying " hey outta ribs! gave you brisket! " would be good. A cup of extra bbq sauce for takeout would be good, the meat is good without but we like to dip it and there was enough on the burnt ends to spread it around so we lived. I would like a chicken leg ,thigh, or piece of breast vs. little random chunks but they were GOOD random chunks. The sides are a little sparse on variety for me since I can't really eat pieces of corn, beans, or slaw. A potato salad or cornbread muffin or collard greens or dirty rice or yams or something would be good for me but I get it. You can't make all the sides for all the people. My kid asked" wheres the piece of white bread mom?" and "do they have dessert?" Like what? Kid: "Berry or peach cobbler!" Kid grew up in a barbecue eating descended from a KC grandpa family. Lol. So those are our questions for LCBBQ. We are glad they are here.
